I have ordered tablet in snapdeal. Yesterday would my delivery date 13th Jan 2016. The item was arrived gojavas gopalapuram branch.The item was out for delivery at 12 : 00 am. Yesterday I was available at my home only. No one called me regarding the delivery and no one attempt for delivery. Today morning they have mentioned in tracking information like could not delivery the item. Can your team give me the answer for this? Untruth tracking information. What is the prodcure to escalate to your concern team. Kindly confirm and I need my item get delivered by today

When I call customer care they are simply telling it is delayed. They are not assuring when I will get my pack. Now my question is will i get that pack. Haven't seen such a worst courier service in my life.

    Snapdeal — Extreme Delay in service

Haven't seen such a worst courier service in my life. SnapDeal being a big online seller it should not go for cheap courier like GoJavas. Snapdeal also not caring about these.

      My order no [protected] was cancelled without consent. The order was attempted delivery 2 days after the scheduled delivery date. The delivery staff didn't call or SMS in the mobile number mentioned in the order and cancelled the order. I received the call after the order was cancelled.. Sheer negligence and unprofessional attitude

        Hi, I have ordered photo mug from printvenue on 16 Dec (Order No[protected]. It is prepaid. The expected date of receiving shipment was 22-Dec-2015 via a Javas shipment service. I am tracking with their customer care but they helpless in tracking down the product. I have also logged complaint for tracking down the shipment(Complaint number 664420) but no luck. More over their website (http://gojavas.com/docket_details.php?pop=docno&docno=DELPVNP568407) is not able to track down the product after 18-Dec-2015. I am feeling helpless now. Please provide me appropriate way to come out of this case. I have lost almost RS 200/--300 /- for contacting them to track down shipment. Looking for the positive response. Thanks in Advance!                 The order with shipment no DELPPDP154485 dispatched on 26/11/15, has been showing the same status since that day. I was informed that it will be delivered within 3-5 days from that day, however the same is either not moving ahead or there is lack o[censored]pdation on the company's part. I request that the company looks into the matter. This is a case of need for urgent delivery as I'm moving out of town on 1/12/15.

                  i am Prakash R employee from a corprate concern, i like to bring an escalation on go javas courier company with the help Snap deal Online company.
                  I have made complaint with Snap deal reference number is 13610941
                  i hope you all aware that there will be night shift job in MNC company. Today morning i received a call from the courier guy regarding my product. i requested him to deliver to my home, where i was in a deep sleep as i have completed my night shift.MY shift time is 10:30pm to morning 8:00am I was waiting for this product since today is my Spouse birthday. Kindly think how can we walk with the sleep. That too with in 2 hours after I received a call
                  Refusing to the deliver the product to my Residence place. Which is unsealed
                  But courier guy refused to deliver the product and informed that he cannot deliver to home, because has his company’s pays very less km. He was not professional when speaking and more over he informed that he will take the product back to their office.why they need to take ny product back to office after nearing my home ?finally i requested him to give their team lead number to speak.
                  Mr Kathir Totally failed in Communication. (Go Javas Chennai Branch Ambattur industrial Estate)
                  Pugazh courier guy and team leader, Mr.kathir does not have a proper English communication to speak with the customer the words are not I understandable at all, he speaks in tamil which has not looked like professional to me.Hence i requested him to connect with Gojavas branch Manager of Chennai who is taking care the Ambattur industrial estate. But he refused for that and informed then rudely he command me to make a call to the snap deal customer care people to do what ever you want. Issue
                  Then I went by walk where my bike has got some Starting problem because of the heavy rain which is lashed recently in chennai. I received the product in un sealed too
                  Note : i have the recording in my mobile to prove about their ugly behavior. And the courier bike image.
                  i have ordered more products in Snap deal and more over i referred my MNC friend to order in this on line store. but here i am totally Frustrated with this courier company deliver
                  I am totally upset with your online service because of the courier guys.where I lost all my happiness on this Birthday of my wife

                      I bought a product canon ixus 160 price 4253/- on case on delivery service.I got a faulty battery so i wanted to replace it.after 3 days nuvoex courier came and i gave them the product. After that my new replaced product dispatched on 31th October and handed over to go Javas courier.my product's last update i can see on 6th November. They are saying still my product is in transport after 20 days over i am reporting this. My estimated delivery day is still over.they got the money but i am not getting my product. What should i do?
                      Go javas is the worst courier i have ever seen. Help me.

                        I have ordered mobile through snap deal on Nov 5th.Next day got one mail from javas courier with docket number UNISNPP4921685 mentioning estimated delivery on Nov 13. Now its Nov 17 the courier company doesn't know where is my shipment while tracking am getting the same message showing received at warehouse @ 6th now.Below am attaching the screen shots of the tracking page which i took on 13th Nov 2015 & 17th Nov 2015 the fact is both tracking shows the same information.i have contacted the coustomer service they are saying the backend team is working on this but the result is same .

                        The only reply i got from gojavas is attaching below :

                            I purchased mobile "Lenovo Titanium S660 8GB Grey" on 06NOV2015 to gift someone. On repetitive calling gojavas for delivery they kept telling me that I will get product on 11NOV2015(they never informed me about delay in delivery!). I didn't get single intimation from gojavas about delay, and till last day they were doing fake promises with me. GOJAVAS is showing same status since 06NOV and today is 15NOV!

                              My order number UNISNPC14572820 from snapdeal was supposed to be delivered by gojavas between 3-7 November 2015 which was not done, the tracking page in their site shows its in transit since 28 October and no update since then, they sent me a sms stating that the order is delayed and will be delivered in few more days...i have contacted customer care and they said the same thing...there is still no change in status of the dispatch of the product...

                              Very disaponting and poor service...Never again !!!

                                i have orderd moto e 2nd gen mobile on 2 nd november, today is 7th november the last update from gojavas is on 2nd november . since last 4 days i an am seeing my status is in transit to Durgapur only .Order ID: [protected] (1 Item), AWB No: UNISNPC14865434. i have ordered it from snapdeal.it has been shiped on 2nd november but till now i have not got my product so, sir kindly take action against it as soon as possible.

                                My order was dispatched on 18 October 2014 but till now both has not yet reached to me. Status is showing it is in Belgaum. It is more than one and half years that my order is still in same status. I have paid the amount for that item. When it is going to reach at my place. This is too much frustrating me.                                   I ordered one mobile skin on 20th october on printvenue, they shipped on 21st with one of the courier company called gojavas(very worst courier service ever), It takes 10 days to reach from delhi to bangalore, they breaked the goods and informed to print venue again, and they are giving the commitment date to resolve the issue, but not solving it. The print venue guys regenrated the order and no mails and calls regarding the issue, when i called back they are addressing the issue with the order. May be issue with the gojavas, and also we cant able to track where their office and the intransit location. Dont send any courier by gojavas, you may receive the goods after a year.

                                  They already dispatched the new one, but please improve your website with more information about the tracking, you guys simply updating the status as InTransit for 10 days after lot of calls and struggle im getting the reply from you, if you mentioned directly in your website then there is no need of discussion and we can understand your problem.

                                    Docket no: UNISDDSC1232808 Gojavas, A so called delivery was attempted on friday, nobody called me to confirm time I will be available. No calls nothing until i notice the status myself while tracking it. I am frustrated, disappointed and now plain angry with gojavas. I've raised a complaint 3 days in a row, speaking to various customer service reps for atleast 10-20 minutes everyday since Monday. I've invested too much time and money in this to cancel my order. I've already spent almost 100rs trying to talk to you and convince you to finish your work. How inconvenient! How hard is it? if you've established a company you certainly should know how to run your business. All I hear is. "the concerned department is not responding/ no update.."etc How do I care? sort your house! get your process in place! Get me my shipment! if you tell me you've put my request on "high priority" then please understand what high priority really is, don't tell me it's high priority for 3 full working days and still have no answer for me. you won't even give me an address to go pick it up from either! I'll do it myself, since you clearly can't do or your job! But no, that's not a possibility either. GIVE ME ANSWERS, GIVE ME MY SHIPMENT!!

                                      Hi I have ordered an product from snapdeal and it has been in dispatch from 17th October Docket No. UNISNPP4636405 but there is no update after 18th its showing still in transit and its 21st cotober today and the product is still undelivered and in transit and no update on the site also about the product, how come a product in transit from last 5 days why it is not delivered. By which mean it is coming so it is taking so much time in todays world there is no such slow means of transport by which you can send a product and wont get delivered in 5 days and no update also. It shows bad delivery from Gojavas that there is no update and delivery of the product. Kindly do needfull in this regard or i have to contact somewhere else tell me.

                                        I have ordered shoes through AMERICAN SWAN on 18th September 2015 and I got the shipment details on 19/09/2015 that they have sent the product through Gojavas courier service with AWB number - DELASWP271035. When I tracked my order at Gojavas site it shows that "In Transit to PUNE PCMC". I called up the Customer care on 24th Septmeber'15, they lady asked me to wait till Friday as the shipment haven't reached the Pune branch. Today is 29th and still now there is no update on the Product Delivery. I really want to know when the shipment will be delivered to my place.
