I ordered one mobile skin on 20th october on printvenue, they shipped on 21st with one of the courier company called gojavas(very worst courier service ever), It takes 10 days to reach from delhi to bangalore, they breaked the goods and informed to print venue again, and they are giving the commitment date to resolve the issue, but not solving it. The print venue guys regenrated the order and no mails and calls regarding the issue, when i called back they are addressing the issue with the order. May be issue with the gojavas, and also we cant able to track where their office and the intransit location. Dont send any courier by gojavas, you may receive the goods after a year.

Updated by saravanait0802 They already dispatched the new one, but please improve your website with more information about the tracking, you guys simply updating the status as InTransit for 10 days after lot of calls and struggle im getting the reply from you, if you mentioned directly in your website then there is no need of discussion and we can understand your problem.
