Dear Sir, Gojavas in chakan has not delivered the Mi2 phone since last 10 days, even the phone is at their chakan hub, their delivery boy never attempt to deliver the product at my said address and always updating the tracking status as wrongly, please see attachment of tracking details and their wrong statements which are not true, even their delivery boy never called yet to deliver the product, please take necessary action, these people are harassing customers and cheating the way, Such courier needs to be stopped if they have no delivery sense and no sense of time and its importance, i also blame to Snapdeal for the same, cause i ordered the same thru Snapdeal and they also not getting in touch with customer whether their product is delivered on the address or not, Thanks, Nabin Sharma [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com

    This complaint is mainly for Gojavas & his own company Jabong.com (Courier Co. operated with Jabong.com).i ordered from snapdeal 9th sept-2015 and they are handover to gojavas 10th of Sept 2015 and the shipment also reached my nearest location gansoli 12th sept 2015 and delivery date mentioned 14th sept-2015, i request to gojavas team to delivered my parcel 13th of sept-2015 because i am going to native tonight kindly delivered urgently, they are committed delivered my percel within 24 to 48 hrs but not received my shipment and i cancelled my ticket and booked next day Again i called up on 14 Sept (3 times Morning/Afternoon/Evening); javas call center executive says we are taking a hard action against this matter.but still not received my shipment again i call 15th Sept is same as earlier days, same commitments “We are taking a hard action against this we are also tracking your parcel, I am mentally harassed by Gojavas Team.       I had ordered an I phone 6 16 GB Gold from Snap deal on 30th July 2015 and received it on 1st August 2015. After few days I started facing some problems in the phone and I got my phone diagnosed by the Apple Engineers at Janakpuri (Westend Mall-Esteem Technologies). They informed me about my I Phone 6 fake accessories which I received from Snap deal. So I decided to get a replacement and the courier pickup for my product got scheduled by the Snap deal through Nuvo logistics Pvt. Ltd.. On 5th September 2015, I handed over my product to the courier boy (Arun Kumar) and my new product got dispatched on 7th September 2015 through Gojavas. The last date of delivery of Snap deal was 11th September 2015 and of Gojavas was 12th September 2015 but the product has not been delivered to me yet. Many complaints have been registered and forwarded to the companies but no action has been taken as such. After describing this whole scenario, Snap deal is neither dispatching an another product through other courier service nor refunding my amount even after requesting for the cancellation of the product and giving necessary details like A/c No., IFSC Code, etc..         I ordered TP-Link 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ADSL2+ Router (TD-8816) through SNAPDEAL on 1st September 2015 and I got the shipment details of on 02/09/2015 that They send the product through Gojavas courier service with AWB number UNISNPP4259542 .When I checked at Gojavas site it shows that it is a invalid number and please try later.I repeatedly talk with SANPDEAL they provide the same AWB number and When I called at Gojavas customer care they unable to provide the details and even deny to give their deharadun office number.When I checked at SNAPDEAL site on 6th Sep'15 it shows that it is in transit but still i dint get delivery from Gojavas and didn get any call from their delivery boy .I repeatedly try to contact with gojavas customer care but every time they are uttering same word they unable to track the item shipment.

          What type of co-operation you want from a customer? When your courier service partner is such a most forged partner.Even the Gojavas people unable to provide their local branch office number.Is it not ridicules?At the photo it is clearly showing that the items picked on 2nd sep'15 but as per reality it is not happened.Please tell me that who will pay for this negligence.

            Really, Amazed with the service of GoJvas, theyare just bluffing with the customer, I am not able to understand that courier company does not aware abput the reason of the delay in shipment. They are just keep on telling to me that ur query will be resolved within 72 hours. Funniest thing is that the fellow customer care executive does not aware about the working hours of the company as he was tellin me that within 72 working hours will be taken. I think such kind of company should be barred. I ordered the spectacles from Lenskart, Lenskart should not render the services of GoJavas and if Lenskart is also involved in this mischief then I would like to request to fellow buyers that it is not worth buying items from Lenskart even.               i have not yet recieved my item ordered on snapdeal. and when i tracked my order it was displying that "ORC - customer rejected - cancelled by customer" even though i have not cancelled my order...completely fraud...

                Hi team, Just to inform you that i ordered a watch from snapdeal(SNAPDEAL order, tracking no. UNISNPC[protected]. and the ojavas delivery boy delivered the same to me. But the boy was very rude even doesnt hav sense to talk with the customers. I was just looking my courier and the boy shouted at me. "Aare bhai ise khol ni skte phle mere paise de or ise ghr me jaake kholio".Is this the behavior or manner to talk with the customer.plz trained them first then send them to the respective customer.

                          Gojavas is very worst courier service. No proper response for the tracking. I got message, saying as they will deliver it by today and when i called at 7 pm to customer care then i received another message conveying as Delivery is not possible. If they are not capable of delivering properly, website shouldnt prefer them. My suggestion is not to prefer GOJAVAS.

                              This is regarding following AWB NO. MUMPVGP484038 which is still pending for delivery.
                              Your delivery boy called me on 19th July'15 from his office and confirm my address over phone. After that he called me and talk rudely and said I am not able to locate your address collect your consignment from our office.I told him your company already delivered an earlier consignment via AWB NO. MUMPVGP455842 on the same address.

                              Then he told me over phone if you can collect it from our office then it's okay else we will sent it back to company.

                              That kind of behaviour of your staff towards customer will bring your report down and if such matters are escalate to your B2B Client will affect your business.

                              I expect from you to show professional approach and take disciplinary against the employee. And deliver my consignment ASAP

                                I have oeder a pen drive from snapdeal and confirmed me that it wil be delivered through gojavas courier but the courier service not updated my order after 14 July. I still didn't get my order which should have been delivered on 19 th july.

                                The return delivery product has not been yet delivered to shopping retail. I have lodged many complaints and still gojavas didnt responded. Its over 1.5 months they every time they give different reasons. Now, only option for me is to file a case against the Gojavas company. My docket no was P[protected]. Compaint no. 253482. Very poor service infact not at all meant even to respect the customer.

                                  Hi, I had ordered for an exchange from Jabong. the returned product was picked up on 16th Jul'15 and i was told that the new product will be delivered by 20th Jul'15. However till now the tracking update shows in transit to Kolkata. the package is really urgent and I don't know what to do. AWB number E[protected].

                                    We are Online Sellers with almost all E-commerce Companies. On 23rd June, we had 15 Packets of Snapdeal(Oneship), and 1 Packet of AskMe Bazaar Through Gojavas. A Courier Guy named Sonu, called on our number, and we clearly told him to pick his 1 Packet from our office. We 3-4 times repeated that he had to juust take one packet from the staff team. In stead of that, he went to the office and office staff asked him from which Courier company he belonged to. He told that he was from Snapdeal, and took the 15 Packets, which never even had the Name of GoJavas written on it. The Office staff handed him the Manifest, and even then, he did not tell that he is signing a wrong manifest. We have been tracking our Packets back, and it has been a month now, but no RTO has been done, and the Courier team is giving such ruthless response that they don't know where the Packets are. First thing, how can a company like GoJavas have such uneducated and illiterate COurier persons that he could not even read whether it is a Snapdeal Manifest or GoJavas. Secondly, if he could read and write, what kind of thieves you have kept, that they take the packets and then Vanish. Since then, he is not even taking the call, and on regular calling, his mates tell that he is not available etc. Secondly, even if the person took the packets, are they not supposed to be returned back to the Vendor, after seeing that they cannot be, or are not supposed to be delivered by Gojavas. Generally, RTOs are made within a week. This is the first time, that RTO has not been done over a month's time. I want the GoJavas team to handle the issue and get me my packets back, else I'll have to take the concern to a higher level.

                                      i have ordered a product on sunday[protected] and after that i have received a msg from gojavas UNISDEXNP 155570 we will deliver with in next 2 to 4 days. I called to customer support and she informed its been delivered on 12July and still not received at meerut store. what should i do now only helpless.
