    Order not received yet. ordered on 29th june 2015. Expected date of delivery was[protected] and now the status is not updated till date. Have contacted the company a several times but still not received any satisfactory response order was placed on purplle.com and they have dispatched the product through gojavas.com But both the companies are not clear about the delivery details till now. They have not responded with clear status about the product I have already made the payment through online mode.Order no. is [protected]

          I have ordered a Product on snapdeal.com. It was shipped on Gojavas with Tracking number :- UNISNPP3829918. The Parcel reached Hyderabad without any problem. But from then the Problem starts. The Parcel has reached HYD Diamond Point Office. And there on the same day they kept a status that "OUT FOR DELIVERY". Within half an hour they kept the Status "Undelivered. As the parcel reached incorrect Branch, Will forward the Package to correct Branch." But then also they have not forwarded the Correct Branch. They kept parcel with them. And on the Next day, They have again kept a status "OUT FOR DELIVERY" at 5:40PM and immediately at 6:10PM, They again kept a status of "Undelivered. As the parcel reached incorrect Branch, Will forward the Package to correct Branch." They are not at all delivering the parcel. And they are not even forwarding to Correct Branch. I have called their customer Service and gave a complaint but they simply say wait for 24 to 48 Hours, definitely it would be delivered. So i have asked them fro branch address so that i can go and collect the package. But they are not giving their address or contact number. And simply they are saying "Our employees will be busy so we wont give office address or Contact numbers". Courier Name:- Gojavas Tracking Number:- UNISNPP3829918 Received in Hyderabad:- 28/06/2015

          Why is it taking so much time to deliver UNISNPP4523461. There is no status update as well. It was picked up from the seller on the 12th night and today is 15th End of day and the status is the same.

          Please help here.

              Gojavas courier boy deliverd my product to unknown person on wrong address without authentication. Delivery boy not visited my home to deliver the product even he did not make any call to me for confirmation. Gojavas providing very pathetic and worst service. I have a paytm order, order no. is [protected] and gojavas tracking no. is UNIPAYP2054917. 20 june at evening I got a sms from go javas that my product has deliverd. I did not get the product, as per the gojavas customer care the product handed over to my My brother ABDUL but I have not any brother with the name of abdul. How can courier boy deliverd the product to any unknown person on wrong address without proper authentication. I think go javas courier boy not educated, they can't read the address.                 I am the one of the employee working in the gojavas . When I started my job my salary is 8.5k in my hand but from 3 month I received only 8000 salary in my account and I am not satisfied with this rule. When I asked to my senior they told me action will taken soon. You will receive money in 2 days. but I cannot get my proper salary. So please take action soon.

                I am the one of the employee working in GoJavas.when I started my job my salary was 7.3k in my hand but before 3 months Our hub stock was decrease So some F.Es are not going to route at the time one of the incharge in our hub."he told that there is no work today you have to take today as weak off " this is repeated 2-3 times in a week.


                One of the F.E asked to the incharge who is in the hub he said " you want job / not "
                And the FE who asked this ! Incharge decided to give totall a week absent .
                Then what's the salary he take when it happened

                Many more complaints I've but can't expressed

                I want to share many problems we are facing in this hub but I've fear to say why because after I'll said you .What's the position of my job

                Plz call any one who are working in head office ( support to FE & branch )

                  I am checking at the tracking page for GoJavas http://gojavas.com/docket_details.php?pop=docno&docno=24661011 It shows the status for the doc no[protected] as still in Gurgoan. I had a call with Customer executive (5th June 15 5:00 pm) and he mentioned that the same thing as shown in the tracking url. I am very surprised that how can a courier which was shipped from Gurgoan on 1st June remain in Gurgaon on 5th June. Kindly let me know whats happening with this courier

                    Hi, I have purchased two shirts from Jabong.com, Order no: [protected] 1.Lee Red Casual Shirt 2.Lee Blue Casual Shirt After the delivery I requested Jabong customer care to return these product due to size issue. Support team told me that one of their courier partner will pick these product within 2-3 days. After 3 days (date[protected] the courier boy(Mb no.[protected] ) from javas courier called me he is coming to reverse pick up for those products. He came to my office reception and took both product but given one pickup slip, I told him please give separate pickup slip but he denied and said “Isi mein dono ho gayega” Slip no is 577066, Doc no. P100001 After few days I received call from Jabong care that they have received only one product and they are going to give refund for them but they have not received another product(Lee Red Casual Shirt ) but the Javas courier boy took both product from my office reception. and mentioned one on pickup slip, To my surprize how courier boy doing these type of fraud work. When I called him he doesn’t pick up my phone. I am really very disappointed from Jabong.com and Javas Courier. 1st time I am facing these issue, I am also going to complain on consumer forum.                       hi sir/mam i have ordered 1 tool from snapdeal and is being delivered by gojavas, but from 2 days there tracking system all day shows no information and at the end of day shows could not be delivered will be attempted again. and no contact information or address is provided by company since my shipment is avilable with them and i can understand due to load it may take time to make delivery, if i had address of company in kaviri nagar pune, i could have picked up by myself .

                        I have brought a power bank from Paytm on 19th april with order number '[protected]'. As per the status they have delivered the product through GoJavas. Now the courier has changed the status as delivered the product without even delivering it. Neither paytm or Go=Javas is taking any responsibility on that. Don't ever buy any anything through Paytm nor book any courier through GoJavas. Dont even book through Jabbong even they deliver the products through the Gojavas

                              customer care is really bad. I ordered nike flex supreme tr3 shoes from snapdeal. They send it through gojavas. On 30th of April I got a call from gojavas that they cannot deliver it at the given address. Although they accepted the pincode when i ordered it and they should have delivered it to the given address, I still told them that i can pick it up from their hub. I even have a recording of it. But they shipped the item back to gurgaon. And when I called gojavas again, the call was answered by a customer care executive named PRAVEEN. And he was very very rude. I have a recording of that too. If gojavas doesn't do anything about ot I am going to complaint to consumer forum court.
                              Yes the Gojavas are the big cheater they not even know how to handle the service.The are the biggest fraud courier service in india.

                                An executive from GoJavas (Kalkaji branch) turned up at my house on 6th April asking for a return package. I asked him that are you picking up for Flipkart (since I had to return a damaged kurta to Flipkart) to which he said yes and picked up the package giving me request No 251367. Later in the evening when the actual person from Flipkart came to pick up the packet, I realized that the wrong person has taken my package. Upon checking I found that the person from GoJavas had come to pick up a package for at-home, something that had already been picked up by the same person two days earlier. Upon confirming from at-home it was confirmed that the package had been picked up wrongly for at-home and they have not received it yet (after 9 days). Even the GoJavas website is not showing any status of the package. Since then I have been pursuing them relentlessly (for nearly 1 month now) and all they seem to be doing is investigations (perhaps some Sharlock Holmes is on the job). Nobody has any concrete answer, the person at the call center changes every time I call and every time they are investigating. The mail reply by some Riyaz Ahmed (on 16th April) also says that someone is investigating (ticket no http://gojavasfeedback.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/35977) and thereafter total silence in spite of 2 reminders. Clearly the most pathetic courier service I have seen in my life. The management needs to shut it down in everyone's interest or the Govt. should close it down in public interest.

                                    I ordered a product from Snapdeal. It was scheduled to be delivered on 21st April, 2015 by the courier company GO JAVAS. I got a message in the morning that product has been arrived at the local branch and will be delivered the same day. End of the day I get a message that they were unable to deliver the product. I called the service center and asked the reason which was that I was not available. Though I had been waiting for the courier throughout the day, I didn't even got a call from them. Very poor service from Go Javas.

                                      i m so disapponted by the go javas delivery boys. they are so dumb that they cant even find an address..they are delivery boys arent they?? in addition to that their attitude towards the customer is so rude. i was supposed to get a parcel by go javas and the delivery boy called me and said come on the main road and get your parcel or im going...is this the way to behave to your customer who has paid you for home delivery?

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I did place two orders with No. UNISNPP1293839 and UNISNPP1292968 on www.snapdeal.com. Now, I am facing a problem from the side of your local delivery system. It was the 3rd day that I did get the messages one in morning and one in evening for assuring the delivery for the day and helplessness in delivery for the same day, respectively. For that I did make a call to your C. Care in Gurgaon in afternoon of 10-04-15. What is perturbing, is that there after they did send three sms assuring delivery at around 7 pm. Then after 1 hour they again did send the three sms in succession for their helplessness. If they got that the destination was not correctly reached then why did they do send sms without proper info. Not one, not two it was four time in single day. Can you imagine how much persecuting it is? It is not the first time It did happen to me. It is second time in the interregnum of 40 days. Last time with an order No 329072 (Mobile No.: [protected]) on www.trendin.com, the same local people did the same for seven day in continuation. In those 7 days where I did get 14 sms and 10 were after I did lodge a complaint against the disturbing manner. How much audacious they were! Now after getting this type of treatment from your side, it does seem that it was and is a deliberate act of persecution by someone to me from Bangalore local center. Even, after three days there is no response from your side and complaint #35276 is still pending. Now, I do want an appropriate action or at least an inquiry from your side to responsible people who are daring doing this on the cost of your image and business.
