Claiming of bond provided by golden forest

Sir, I received a telephone call from [protected] on 26.08.2021 at 4:34 and the person was asking me about the bond please confirm it whether the same phone number is really help desk number of golden forest or not as I have discussed the case and he confirmed that a mail will be sent to me but
up till now I have not received a call or mail....

But till date i have not received my amount
