When i was receiving amount rs.2000 from other tez user app then amount debited to his account while send by him but still from 15 days neither refund to account from whom amount was debited, nor received by me and if complaint to tez customer care then hold arround 20-30 minutes and happened this around 9-10 times but no response got. So please resolve my issue

    Sir yesterday on 16th of october i had made a upi transaction of 2000 to my friend by tez app. But the transaction status is showing waiting for bank but the amount have been deduced from my account. I have tried many times to talk with customer care but there is no one to talk with me the chating reply was not satisfying. From today morning i am trying to talk with npci authority but they are giving me another number in which i am trying but the call gets cut itself. I am attaching the photo of transaction.

      Myself dibkar sarkar my bank account number[protected] canara bank. I had transfer money by google tez app from my canara bank account to my someone sbi account but amount rs14950 deducted from my bank account but transaction still not successful, transaction status shows (Waiting for bank) i try to connect many times their customers care but no one there for talk to me. For argent i have to send that amount money to that account please help me. It's very argent i don't have more money to send again someone need that money for treatment.

          I made transaction of rs. 2000 to another account through tez app, the amount from my axis bank was debited but didn't get to the receiver's account. Status in tez app is showing waiting for bank from past 5 days. When communicated with tez customer care they said make complaint with npci.
          Kindly look into this matter...

            1. Amount received from through tez app (Sender phn no.[protected] and receiver no.[protected] this amount shown tez app (Date of receiving amount in tez app:[protected] and also cash back received ₹51 but cash back amount only showed in bank account not original amount sent by that number till now.
            2. Same issue as arise yesterday (Dt.15.10.2017) this amount also not reflected in bank account
            So, please check as early as possible

                  I have a saving account with sbi, branch code - 3814. On 12-oct-2017 in the morning at 7.33 am i got a transaction message on my registered mobile no. Of amount rs.3500/- on pos at google octro inc txn (Message attached), then continue 3 messages came with the same amount, after that 8 messages of rs.80/-. All messages & my passbook copy is attached. I contacted my sbi branch & told them about all the details but they didn't give any response and did not accept my complaint. Please do the needful to get my money back as i have lost my rs.12000/- in total.

                    But every time adsense will disapproved my channel.
                    This is my 3rd youtube account which will disapproved by adsense, they are saying that i will do invalid click.
                    But i will not do any invalid activities. You will check my account

                          I invited 5 of my friends for the first time in tez application by sending them my referral link, all of them get there referral reward ammount of 51 but i get nothing for referring them, the last i received the reffering reward was two week earlier from 4 user but now its not working properly, i contacted to some of there customer service person "the person i referred to were not in the eligibility criteria of google tez" but how is it possible i personally installed this apps in their phone by sitting beside them. I am totally unsatisfied with there service, this fraud kind of thing that they are doing. Its been 5days still i didn't get that ammount.

                              5000rs transferred from indian bank account to federal bank account on 10.10.2017 at 12.01pm. Through tez google money transfer application.
                              Money debited from indian bank account.
                              Waited more than 30hours still money not credited to federal bank account.

                              Already raised complaint on tez application. There is no proper reply from tez support team.

                              Kindly look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible

                                I have initiated the transfer of rs.1000/- to my wife account mrs. Mohana priya ([protected]) using google tez app (Google transaction id : cicagico7ba9fw).. On 9th october 2017 (11:52 am) but the trasaction (Transaction id :[protected] never fulfilled and i got the debit same day so kindly revert the same amount to my account number [protected] state bank of india, mylapore branch ifsc code sbin0000965. So please do the necessary step and reverse the amount back...

                                  Rs. 2055 has been debited my airtel payment bank account during online transfer on google app tez but the amount. I had already compliant about this on app and airtel payment bank but both refused to refund the money and they are saying that it's not their responsibility.

                                    I gave my friend rs 87 through google's tez app and the money got deducted from my account but the money didn't reach my friend's account. I contacted google's tez app customer care and they are telling me that they cannot do anything regarding this as the whole process of payment transfer is carried out by npci. I also contacted my bank and they are telling me that the money has been deducted from my account and therefore they cannot do anything. I hope that you will surely help me. Please look forward towards my complaint.

                                      The nexus 6p model released by google/huawei joint venture started showing boot loop issue with lot of handsets. Both the companies are blaming each other for it. Consumers like me are asked to pay around 20k for getting motherboard replaced as its out of warranty. Its not something which we did, its hardware/software problem and lot of nexus 6p's are having that issue and both the companies are denying its acknowledgement in india. If you search for the issue you will find lot of issues with nexus 6p.in few countries google even replaced the handset, so want to file a complaint as both these companies are not acknowledging the issue and not providing the solution which will not shell extra amount from its users. Users like me already paid around 40k for that phone and we cant afford another 20k to get it fixed for the issue which didnt occured due to our mistake, ideally this thing should have been tested by either huawei or google before deploying to users.

                                      So can you please help in this matter?
                                      I am facing the exact problem since 1 month . I can not believe that two giant company could not help with a problem they created in their flagship high budget phone. In the us there is a big class action lawsuit against them but in india i dont know what to do. If you find a solution please reply

I have brought it from Flipkart online shopping portal in India. After reading all the discussion about boot loop in forum, I came to know that my Nexus 6p also had hardware problem. please help me anyone how can I fix it.

                                      Fine working 6P device is into Bootloop from 19th Dec 2017. Google refused help, as the equipment was bought from a retailer listed on google store; flipkart. Huawei store recommended that I replace the mother board for close to 400$! When confronted with Bootloop issue; they said about the fix from Google has not come! Is this the new internet of things? Where the device purchased and owned by individuals is remotely updated by the OEM with resulting issues and no accountability(Google or Huawei)! Feels let down to have purchased a high end phone and no support.
                                      Nexus 6P worst phone I ever used. This is cheap product manufactured by Huawei and sold by Google. I bought Nexus 6P almost 16 Month back and in September 17 warranty one year product warranty period was finished and Bootloop issue start in early December 17. No support from any one Huawei and Google both.
                                      I have purchased Nexus 6p from flipkart on July 2016, but in January my phone got stuck in bootloop and I went to huewai center, they told me to pay 20k for mother board replacement, pls help what to do ?
                                      I have purchased Nexus 6P from US and now after 2 years same issue facing in India. It Starts when I heat for 3-4 min using hear dryer but went to boot loop in 30 min. It sucks...
