Someone had eliminated it as an act of vandalism. Please repost the same in google profile immediately. Biodata is attached for your immediate action. Kindly make it tamper proof to prevent such incidence

      Tez frequently debits money from senders accounts, fails the transaction but did not credit that money back. This is a cheating from google or some sort of scam.
      Many users have faced this problem.

      Dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 153.0 on date[protected]:08:30 am by upi ref no[protected].

      This money has been deducted from my account. And this is third time i am facing this issue.

        My bank andhra bank
        My friend send me 150rs to me on tez app
        I received credited money
        And again i send money to my friend account through tez app 150rs but it's transaction failed and but my money was debited from my bank account
        How it's possible transaction failed but money was debited what a bank what a bank
        I want my money back

          I have done a payment of 2990/- rupees on 6th november, money deducted from my axis bank account but not credited to the recipient's account. The upi transaction id is[protected] and the google transaction id is cicagic6_pbuew.
          I have done this through upi payment procedure. The status of this payment is showing 'processing'.
          I have previously done another payment through upi of rupees 600/- which is showing "processing", and here also my money deducted but not creited to the recipients account. Here for this transaction the upi transaction id is[protected] and the google transaction id is cicagidykps0za

            I am using google tez and my friend was sending me money through tez and his bank account debited but on google tez it is just showing processing. Firstly he tried to send me 50 rupees same happened with that and again he send 150 then the same happened, it show processing and receiver (Me) didn't receive money. So please we both are students and this is huge amount for us. Please refund our money. Or process the transaction soon.

                Hi,
                I send the amount of 300 rs to my friend with the help of tez on 31 oct 2017 around 2:41 pm but he not received yet and its more then 48 hrs. Amount was deducted from my account on the same day on same time regarding this issue i tried to contact your customer support teem with the help of app and all this thing i've mansion in that after that i got the call from ur end after that im waiting for a response til 15min but from your end no one respond on my 1st attempt on 2nd attempt i've to wait 5 min again but not got any response its very wast service i have seen... Want response asap.
                I tried to send the details throw email id which was available on google and its says address not found ([protected]@google.com)

                I have transferred 2000 Rs to someone's account and what I have noticed that amount has been deducted from my account but not credited in other account. I did this transaction on 1st feb.2018 and now its been a week they have not taken any action even after I raised many complaint.

                Current Status is showing "Track Payment Progress"

                SIR, DTD 3.11.17 i transferred Rs 550/- to my friend but he cannot get money. i have show message transaction failed.but that amount not credited to my account. i have show one message - UNDER REVIEW.following are the transaction id

                  madam submit a complaint to rbi
                  with bank a/c details and transaction details type rbi compliants in Google click on first search results next select banking ombudsman scheme next complaint form next after filling details suit complaint.

                    Sir actually maine ek account tez app per banaya tha, jo ki google ki ek transaction app hai usme mera acount [protected] no. Se hai. Maine apne ek friend jo ki ankit hai use maine refer kiya aur uske bad jb wo mujhe 10 rs bheja to wo mere acount me na aa ke pending dikhane laga uske bad wo is app ko fake samajh k uninstall kar diya & 5 oct. Ko mere acount me wo 10 rs aa gaya. But mujhe abhi tak 51 rs ka reward ni mila hai. Full payment detail niche hai-

                      Respected sir/madam

                      I have made a transaction of rs.5000 using the tez application on 29.10.2017 at 08.23 pm...
                      The transaction was failed but the amount has been debited from my sbi account... And there is no refund till now...

                      Therefore i request u to consider my case and do the needful to refund the as soon as possible.

                            I made one upi transaction on 25 sep 2017 of rupees 1891 payment was deducted from my account but didn't get credited to the beneficiary's account and the status was waiting for bank. Later on 5 oct 2017 it changed to failed but i didn't get the refund yet. I have contacted with the customer executives and every time i just get the answer you have to wait for few more day but its already more than a month and i think there should be a maximum time period for the issue to be resolved. I am tired of calling again & again but not getting any solution. Please help.

                              Please sort out the issue its been more than one weeks since it.

                                  I am kunal. I am using tez app from last 3 days this app is not correct. I paid 17000rs to my friend via tez app but the transaction is still processing from last night and also my money has been debited from my bank account and my friend also not received any type of amount.

                                  How to solve this? Please raise a compliant and help me i want my money back.

                                    Suddenly while using my gmail account my account get disabled without any warning or information. Then i tried to enable it, the google team ask two days to wait. But already 4 days left. Still i haven't received any reply from google and also i cant recover my account. I need some details that has been stored in gmail. Please enable my mail for at least one day. I will take a backup of my contacts. I am suffering a lot by this type activity. Please help me in this regard.

                                      Today I installed tez app and part of the transaction I send money to my friend in the evening my money debited from bank but the receiver (my friend) didn't receive the amount yet the app is saying its still under processing
                                      How much time I have to wait we are living in 2017 not in 1940 plse use your brain everyone wish to transfer the money within seconds but you people making the fools of whole world

                                        This is ashi negi from new delhi, india. With reference to above subject i would like to say that i haven't done any purchase from young joy and google services but my sbi account [protected] got debited twice on 29th oct 2017 for the amount of rs 6274. Total amount of rs 12, 548 fraud transaction took place from my account through debit card for young joy and google services. Kindly look into the matter and stop the payment and purchase as soon as possible and refund my amount.

                                        My name is ashi negi. My sbi account [protected] got debited twice with the amount of rs.6274 by young joy google. I haven't done any purchase from young joy google. As far as i know my debit card has been cloned and some fraudster has done this. I dint even received any one time password for the transaction. Kindly stop the purchase and refund the amount in my account.
                                        This company also performed unothorized transaction in my account just now 10/28/2017 amounting to almost 10k in peso. As per checking in this site there are multiple complaints same as mine. You need to take us seriously!!
