I have created one google adwords account a month back. While adding the money in my adwords account for my product promotion, the first two transactions got failed due to some payment gateway error and for the third time the payment was success. I added rs.3k and i used around rs.500 for the promotion. After that they suspended my account by saying that they have experienced some suspicious payment behavior since the first two transactions got cancelled.
Customer support told me to cancel the account and request for the refund. I did so. The next day i got a mail (Payments profile id:[protected] that i will get my refund in one week. I used to call them in between and they used to say me to wait for two more days every time. Its been a month and now they are saying that i will not get my refund due to some refund policies. After that i checked the refund policy of google adwords thoroughly and didnt find the point which they are saying.
What should i do now?? Its not about the money. Its all about their worst service and the way they handle their customers!!

    I am using tez app from october 2017
    I am using this app for payments
    My friend send 200rs amount (Gudala bhavani) to me through tez app and money credited in to my account and i also send same 200rs amount through tez and money is debited from my bank account and it shows payment processing and money is not credited into my friend account
    I want my money back
    My bank is indian bank

        I have seen that rs 0.38 will always get debit from my phone currency during any account verification done on the tez app, this is usually not debited back and since its a very small amount people start to ignore it there's no way to trace it and no proof can be taken of it, the only way is to try and see it, i have asked the google feedback forum but there is no response looks like a scam on the network part

          I forgot my gmail password but i know last password and mobile number and my mail id but still it is not resetting my password. When i click on forgot password option it's asking last password then mobile number after that google send a sms code to my mobile number after that gmail creating date and month i don't know that...             I am balpreet singh and my mobile is [protected]. Tez user saurabh singh whose mobile number is [protected]. Firstly he send a msg on whatsapp that i have earned 300 rs. After that i send a msg to him why you earn money then he tell me about that the tez app. After registering on tez app he said me that you send me rs. 500. After that you earned a coupon. I didn't believe then he send me rs 150 and then i do the transaction back to him. After few days he send a msg that you send rs. 500 to me. I believed on him and send rs. 500. He didn't return my money rs 500. Now he block me from the whatsapp and didn't attend my call. Please help me about that.

              My friend send money 160rs to my bank account through google tez app and i didn't get any money to my bank account from my friend account
              And my money is 1st credited into my account and afterwards it is debited without any my permission
              And it shows message money debited and credit reversal i want my money back.
              What's wrong with the andhra bank always upto now many it happened

                I had made a payment via google tej app my money 750 is debited from my account but not credited to benificiery account. This was happened at 09.12.2017 09:41 am.
                Please resolve the issue and refund the money...

                Google support team response seems fake. They just promise to solve but dont resolve the issue... Very disappoing servece. I am thinking to leave the tej services looking its issues and no resolution from google team.

                      Someone hacked into my account at same time i was using it.

                      On december 7, 2017, at approximately 1:15 pm central time, i notice your gmail account was active on the same computer i was using at a kansas city, mo public library. The computer was in an inactive mode as i logged on. I put in i put in my account number and my pass code to log in. I began by transferring sensitive documents to a non-profit organization for relief assistance on my gmail account. I loaded two of my three documents and the computer begins to deny me to load the third document. I get notices telling me i have to share my documents with google documents. That is when i noticed another gmail account logged on along on the same computer i was using. This i know does not suppose to happen. Well at least that never happened to me. So i am saying something is going on with that; denying me the rights to use my account as i suppose to use it. I’m blaming google or more specific; microsoft. That # don’t happen unless their employees are specifically harassing or discriminating against someone, me for reasons unbeknownst to me. The account holder is [protected]@gmail.com. Is he or she one of your employees or this person some government hack playing games? Regardless, i will have this as evidence to hold microsoft blameworthy of such annoyances. I know these are public computers and sometimes people forget to log off their email account; however, there was no indication that other account was logged on when i started. That’s where i think these so-called government trolls do more the monitor, but they now interfere with peoples’ livelihood.

                            On october 27th i transferred a money 200rs to my friend account but the transaction failed and my money also debited from my account and my friend not received any credit on that day so please refund my money back to my bank account my money is deducted on oct 27 now today is dec4 upto now my money is not refunded

                              The account omair. [protected]@gmail.com was on [protected] using in india by micromax p702 tablet. And one day ago, someone access to my account omair. [protected]@gmail.com from pakistan on galaxy s8 and when i go to secure my account he had changed my password and recovery option number to his number and logout from my all devices and also change recovery email from umair. [protected]@gmail.com to his email and now when i recover and enter recovery code google is unable to verify me. I was unable to access my personal files on google drive, my apps, and games.
                              There also using my this email to many places.
                              It's old number is [protected] and other number is [protected] and recovery email is umair. [protected]@gmail.com. Now i don't know it's current email and number. I only know one thing that he is from pakistan and his name is adnan shabbir.

                              So, i requested you to please review my this account and help me gain access to my account.

                                unauthorized transactions

                                I am living in lebanon and just got messaged that someone is using my credit card to do transactions on youngjoy. Gbr.. How can i stop this and refund my money? I appreciate your immediate reply before the amount increases...

                                In my google pixel phone lte problems are going on and i am not able to overcome this situation. My incoming and outgoing both are not working because of this situation. I came to google service centre in surat where they told that motherboard problem is there and therefore they replaced it but nothing changed. Now also same problem. Please do something about this problem.

                                    I am running my ad-words account for about 4 years continually. Whenever i have asked any question regarding my ad-words running ads issue, the ad-words executives have never satisfied me with their reply for any issue. They only diddle their customers. If the customer is technical they try to roam him, when they understood customer is technical they can not roam him longer, then they put him on hold for long time and after returning 20 to 30 mins they cut the calls, saying hello - hello and showing as they are not getting voice of customer. This is the way of ad-words customers executives to handle their ad-words customers.
