I ordered nachos with cheesy dip at 1.36 pm on 16th september. Its 4.55 pm now and still i havent recieved my order. Expected time of delivery was 2.45 pm and its almost 5 pm now. Its my first experience with gorb and its the worst one. Waiting for more than 3 hours and still not receiving the order is not acceptable

The delivery regarding very poor services provided by gorb team and could not delivered proper address
Yesterday i ordered food from gorb around 11:30 A.m. & received my order after 2 hours around 1:30 p.m. The delivery boy excused of tire puncture for late delivery.
Like that i ordered a food today on 12:10 P.m. & the expected delivery time was 13;15 P.m. but i've not received my order yet.

Gorb Ian pathetic ... there delivery sucks . I placed an order 6.08 am and delivery was shown as 1pm . 12.30 I was told that one item is not available . Told the guy that forget that and atleast send my lunch ... never reached . My kids and I are at their mercy with no lunch in site .

worst Gorb..its second time i have orderd..first time i have ordered on 3.00 pm and next day i have got that order canceled .. and today again same..orders at 8.00 pm and delivery time showed at 9.30 pm, now its 10.30 pm still no updated from Grob...if they are not capable then why they are fooling peoples...

Placed the order at 1 pm. Delivery slot was 2.30. Its 3 pm and order is still under preparation. There is no way to follow up. have tried your contact us number it gets disconnected every time I try to call. Order Id is INMUM[protected]. Look into this urgently or cancel it and refund the money if delivery requires lot of time.
The worst vendor seen so far. & worst'est experience ever as they really- DONT CARE for CUSTOMERS at all. They only have a damn app to take orders rest all steps are missing- No delivery of food, no ways to follow up and no concern from their side when they dont deliver & your money just go waste as you can't track even the return of the same. No words to explain about its uselessness. Its just a big NO.
I had ordered misal pav with 4 pav. I was supposed to get my order by 12:30. Instead I received a cancellation message at 1:00pm.
Right now i have nothing at home to eat. This is the first time i have experienced such inconvenience. Won't order after this and spread the news. Social media is strong. Such a company should close.

Same story with me too. Ordered food at 9:30am and expected delivery was 1:45 pm but it's 3:20pm now and no update on my order. Even I wrote on their feed back page about my concern. But no reply.

Pathetic is their word. They have no sense of time. They take the time as 8.30 for dinner and deliver at 11 pm. Once for a 9 p.m. delivery they sent a message to me at 11 pm saying that the order is cancelled. Their call center is terrible. No senior person is available at any time to give a responsible reply. As per their advertisement, I had placed 3 orders in the month of december and I was supposed to get a free coupon code for 90 days from 1st jan onwards. Till now that is 5th of jan, they have not given me the coupon code. I must have called them at least 15 times till now and each time I get the standard reply that I will get it within 24 hours. Thoroughly disgusting service!!!

On 16th July 2017 I had placed an order of Rs.240 and paid through Paytm.
Order was cancelled by Gorb but refund still pending.
In the beginning they informed refund will be credited within next 7-10 working days but now their time limit has already passed.
When calling on its customer care number..it keeps me waiting for 6 minutes then automatically gets disconnected.
I have sent many mails but there is no reply from their end.
It seems they have done fraud and eaten up my refund.
How to receive refund now as they are not responding?
