This is with reference to the memberships with grand tourio for 6 years with 2 bonus weeks. I have taken membership on 14-jan-2017 and paid full amount (1.25 lacs) in advance. In last 6 months, i had pathetic experience and don't find grandtourio as value for money. It's feeling like i have been cheated and made fool. 1. I was promised for candle light dinner but were provided with buffet that too in causal hotel whereas big shot hotels were promised. 2. It was promised for 12 events in year, however, in last 6 months, no event provided. 3. Now i am requesting for banquet hall from last 10 days, however, i didn't get any positive results. I got revert from support team that you can go to sai baba restaurant (One of the smallest hotel) with rs 375/plate. It's normal prize in that hotel. Then what's role is grand tourio?? Do i just need permission to celebrate??? Let me know surrender procedure. I would suggest you to enter into another vegetable business as you guys are pathetic for tourism and standards are too low.
