Grand Tourio — Misleading the, customer cancellation request not yet processed

Writing you the mail since today again came to know new surprising element

We were told in the tenure of 6 years - every year we will get to enjoy candle light dinner at any 5 star hotel in mumbai but today when I spoke your customercare executive they gave these names of hotels like Barbque Nation, Vits and 3 more, are these 5 star hotel ???

Till date we have not received the gift which was shown to us when we had paid the entire amt of membership at your Thane Office on 19th Feb 2017

Instead of writing long mails lets cut it short I am really not interested in going forward with the membership, please refund my entire amt paid since I don't not have bandwith for new surprises and than keep on following up with you people

Hats off to your Thane Team I am cancelling the membership because of them, they might be doing good amount of business for you but they are zero on customerservice and once the customer has paid the entire amount they start ignoring the customer

Very true their philosophy is why to service the customer since now the company has received the entire amt

Below is Letter handed over to Thane Team, but no resolution till date not a single call from your Thane Team

I had visited your office on 19th Feb 2017 there was rigorous follow up from yourside hence we visited your office at 07:00 PM. Post going through the discussion with Mr Ismail & Mr Arif, they convinced me and my wife for the enrollment. Everything for done in too much hurry since it was already 0900pm, Mr Arif also said that it was too late, agreed they addressed all our queries. we paid entire amt of 1, 12, 000 /- (18000/- paid by debit card & 94000/- ICICI credit card) post all the discount. he said that 94000/- will be converted into 24 months EMI

very next day i called ICICI Bank for the 24 months EMI to my surprise they said this facility is not available on my credit card only 12 months EMI can be converted, if you want 24 months that can be done from merchant side, immediately I called Mr Arif and explained him the situation, he said don't worry I will check internally and let us know. there was no revert for 2 days. Than again I called for the update he said I will arrange for new card from Kotak Mahindra I said than why there was so hurry in taking the money from my credit card when the 24 months EMI conversion was not possible, you should have checked before swiping my ICICI credit card but there was no answer again. I agreed for the new Kotak Mahindra Credit card he said you will pay ICICI credit card 94000/- and once I receive the new Kotal Mahindra Credit Card you will convert 94000/- into 24 months EMI

Till date there is no call from Kotak Mahindra, I have called Arif more than 50 times but there was no revert call, only when I use to call him he use to say I will arrange for the call from Kotak Mahindra credit card

I don't want to say anything request you to please cancel my membership and refund my entire money, I am totally frustrated I don't have any more bandwith to follow up with you guys neither we have received the welcome kit and the so called gift which you had shown us on our visit to your office on 19th Feb 2017

I withdrawing rather cancelling the membership because I have seen the service level from yourside in last 26 days my credit card cycle date is 18th hence request you to pay the entire amy of 112000/- immediately since I need to pay the ICICI credit card

I am not at all interested in continuing any relation with your company anymore

I am surprised they are not at bothered to call I had called their customer care but are not at all interested in resolving the query,
Guys please share my experience with your other friends and please do not get trap in this company

What you Kotak team are going to solve
I want money back nothing else
If you can do so please do it asap
At the time of membership grand tourio executive told us that for sight seeing we have to pay only fuel charges and now when we book actually they ask us to pay full vehicle charges.
It's a cheating with customer.
