Re: Bill No. RO414ST/SO1516/00028 dated 16.7.2015 We order for lunch for 20 people for meeting in office. Advance payment of Rs.5000 made . 40 Rusgula were ordered on 15 July 2015 for delivery on 16th July, 2015. Rasgula not supplied and replaced with Gulab Jamun. Rakesh Kumar, Manager at Cyber Hub said short of supply but Rasgula is available at the outlet. Why so. We are regular customer and taking lunch regularly. Last bulk order was taken on 13th July, 2015. If Rasgula is not available, then we would have been informed so that we can decide to buy from some other outlet. Also the atitude of Rakesh Manager was not ethical. He simply deny of supplying material as we are buying free or cost. When we placed advance order a day before the delivery then there should not be any excuse. Please look into it serious and improve services. Also there is only one mix vegetable item in the menu whereas we need something different like seasonal vegetable to serve our people. However Paneer and Dal is quite good, everyone liked.

    Worng Items added in the bill - apologized but took more than 45 min to refund the money and dint take the ownership. Rude staff. Only manager helped after 35 min of pain for deleting items from the bill in empty store.Sore is placed on kaushambi vaishali road

      On 28/06/2015 at Haldiram, Omaxe City Center in Gurgaon. Firstly I ordered 1 Chola Bhature, 1 Lassi, 200 grams jalebi and 1 Raj Kachori and ate this at the restaurant only. The boy who was giving jalebi first gave 100 grams and than I want to the cash counter and again ordered 2 Chole Bhature and 200 grams jalebi. Than when I gave him the new order of 200 grams which was for pack than he gave me 100 grams of first order and I ate 7-8 peices and told him to pack the left one also. Than went to the chole bhature counter to take my packed order of 2 chole bhature and took the packet which the jalebi boy has kept on the counter and went to my car because I'm from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. And when I checked the packed things chole bhature was there and the new order of 200 grams jalebi he didn't packed and packed only those jalebi which I ordered in first and which were left. I paid through my debit card and amount was Rs. 92. This is the message which I received from the bank. "Thank you for using Debit Card ending 8654 for Rs.92.00 in GURGAON at HALDIRAM on[protected]:12:45:05 Avl bal: Rs.250103.43" You can even check the CCTV recording of the restaurant. I will request you to refund my money. For more information contact me on [protected]. I think this is not expected from Haldiram.

        As haldiram claims that every product they deliver is hygienically packed and approved by FSSAI but I found a long piece of thread inside a packet of haldirams channa crackker . Cant expect this kind of quality from a company like Haldiram. I am going to get it tested in lab and wounld file a suit indeed.

          This is to bring your kind consideration that billing staff sitting at your Namastey Highway Food Court Meerut Dehradun Highway, NH – 58, Mansoorpur, Muzaffarnagar Haldiram’s Food centre is defaming your name by cheating peoples. Today around 2.40 p.m. I Gave Rs. 500 Note to billing clerk against a plate of Pani Poori and he returned me 4 Notes of Rs. 10 and a few coins and instantly I picked up the change and had my snack and left the place in hurry. On the way I recollected that I was not returned the Balance Rupees 400/-. This is their modus operandi. Being a regular traveller on NH – 58 I used to visit haldiram and It had happened to me earlier also but it confirmed today. You can check CCTV footage in between 2.30 to 3.00 p.m. on Dated 27/06/15.             Hello Haldirams, I purchased a packet of namkeen yesterday in Bijwasan area, and I opened that packet I was eating that namkeen directly from packet, suddenly I found an iron nail in the packet I was surprised because some seconds back I was having that namkeen directly from packet, I want to register complaint against this serious issue. As because of this it can be a serious cause related to my health or i might get hurt only because of this. Please provide me email id's of Delhi Quality and marketing head so that i can send mail to them about this, with the picture of that iron nail and packet.

              We went at haldirams of sector 12 faridabad and had a v bad experience in terms of service and behavior of the staff. While taking pani puri when we asked for some sprouts to be given along with aloo the said person ruely refused to give it to us and they were talking to us as if we are taking it for free or a beggar. Even we did ask to take out aloo if requires but they bluntly refused. Secondly, last week moong dal halwa was full of ghee only and no taste at all. When we two the senior persons for anything they behave rudely. Is this the way a customer should be attended? We pay good amount of money for the quality food and good service which we do not get at all. Bikanerwala is another alternative we chose alternatively which is far better than haldirams in terms of service and quality. The seniors there do listen to our queries and sort out the issues immediately. We have decided never to use haldiram outlets anymore. Haldiram needs to improve on the same else many people were overheard being completely dissatisfied there. Devendra and suruchi SHARMA.
