I found a piece of glass in Haldiram aloo paratha. I was eating the parantha when I bit on something very hard, thought it was my tooth but then saw a piece of glass. Luckily didn't chew enough to get into my stomach or cut my gums. I do not understand how glass could have been in the vicinity of parantha!!! I am not buying Haldiram's anymore!!

        I have bought a Gupshup peanut packet today (31/08/15) from Sector-31 Gurgaon and found fungus inside the peanuts. Reference Batch No. B133 & Date of manufacturing: 11/08/15. I am a regular user of Haldiram's products, but after going through such a bad experience and seeing so many complaints on this forum I shall stop using this company's products for sure. I am also registering a complaint on Haldiram's company's website. Lets see whether they resolve the issue or not. Photograph is attached for reference

          To All Concerned, We are very regular consumers of your Haldiram products. This is in reference to your above mentioned Potato Chips details mentioned in the subject manufactured by your very esteemed company, which I had bought from a very reliable retail outlet in Kandivali, Mumbai. It was consumed by my 75 years old mother during her fast of Shravan. I was very surprised to see the quality of chips packed in the wrappers (Please refer attached photographs). She noticed the quality after she had little from it and start feeling vomiting and also taken to the family doctors and advice her to take bed rest and gave some medicines. I have taken a very serious note of this matter, especially since the very trustworthy brand name “HALDIRAM” has broken our faith and is providing edible products with absolutely substandard material at the risk of the consumers health. I have this packet for reference and would like your company to look into the matter seriously and at the very earliest and not tarnish the longstanding goodwill of your national and international brand and company. I humbly request you to please look in to the matter at the earliest, failing wchich I have no option left but to stop supply of your entire products in my area by discussing this issue with local politicians and accelerate this issue with the Government and food authorities take strict action against all violators who are not maintaining their food standards for ex.             I bought haldirams peanuts small pack ..when I opend that packet I found peice of peanuts covered with white wax or Glue ... Shame for Haldirams and Indian Food Standards for playing with customers Health ... Please its a Request to the Government and food authorities take strict action against all violators who are not maintaining their food standards for ex. Packing of food and quality of product ...             I just bought Haldiram cream doughnut and I opened that doughnut packet see what I found some insect like cockroach.
            Haldiram please do not play with your customers health ... Exp date 16oct on that packet

              At the time i am eating the khatta meetha namkeen with my friends at 5 . 30 PM in IOCL Panipat i was found a Insect in this product .                 This is to highlight the worst service received from haldiram's crossriver mall delhi.. On 16th august 2015 we purchased Malai ghevar from the said ghevar to present our relative on the occasion of Teej.. In the evening we got a call from relative to whom we have gifted that ghevar saying the ghevar has sour taste and there is fungus on it as well... We called up haldiram on the same day at [protected] and spoke to some manager dont recall the name... He apologised for the same and saud you bring the ghevar here and we will exchange the same... Our relative stays in ghaziabad and its not our duty to come all the way to delhi just to get it exchanged...                       Re: Bill No. RO414ST/SO1516/00028 dated 16.7.2015 We order for lunch for 20 people for meeting in office. Advance payment of Rs.5000 made . 40 Rusgula were ordered on 15 July 2015 for delivery on 16th July, 2015. Rasgula not supplied and replaced with Gulab Jamun. Rakesh Kumar, Manager at Cyber Hub said short of supply but Rasgula is available at the outlet. Why so. We are regular customer and taking lunch regularly. Last bulk order was taken on 13th July, 2015. If Rasgula is not available, then we would have been informed so that we can decide to buy from some other outlet. Also the atitude of Rakesh Manager was not ethical. He simply deny of supplying material as we are buying free or cost. When we placed advance order a day before the delivery then there should not be any excuse. Please look into it serious and improve services. Also there is only one mix vegetable item in the menu whereas we need something different like seasonal vegetable to serve our people. However Paneer and Dal is quite good, everyone liked.

                          On 28/06/2015 at Haldiram, Omaxe City Center in Gurgaon. Firstly I ordered 1 Chola Bhature, 1 Lassi, 200 grams jalebi and 1 Raj Kachori and ate this at the restaurant only. The boy who was giving jalebi first gave 100 grams and than I want to the cash counter and again ordered 2 Chole Bhature and 200 grams jalebi. Than when I gave him the new order of 200 grams which was for pack than he gave me 100 grams of first order and I ate 7-8 peices and told him to pack the left one also. Than went to the chole bhature counter to take my packed order of 2 chole bhature and took the packet which the jalebi boy has kept on the counter and went to my car because I'm from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. And when I checked the packed things chole bhature was there and the new order of 200 grams jalebi he didn't packed and packed only those jalebi which I ordered in first and which were left. I paid through my debit card and amount was Rs. 92. This is the message which I received from the bank. "Thank you for using Debit Card ending 8654 for Rs.92.00 in GURGAON at HALDIRAM on[protected]:12:45:05 Avl bal: Rs.250103.43" You can even check the CCTV recording of the restaurant. I will request you to refund my money. For more information contact me on [protected]. I think this is not expected from Haldiram.

                            Yesterday i bought a peanut packet for 44rupees from our area shop keeper. When i was having them at home i felt very bad taste in my mouth. I spitted it and checked the whole packet and found very bad quilt y peanuts inside. I wanted to go to court but today is holiday. So i will go further on monday. It is more harmful than nestle's maggie.

                                As haldiram claims that every product they deliver is hygienically packed and approved by FSSAI but I found a long piece of thread inside a packet of haldirams channa crackker . Cant expect this kind of quality from a company like Haldiram. I am going to get it tested in lab and wounld file a suit indeed.

                                  This is to bring your kind consideration that billing staff sitting at your Namastey Highway Food Court Meerut Dehradun Highway, NH – 58, Mansoorpur, Muzaffarnagar Haldiram’s Food centre is defaming your name by cheating peoples. Today around 2.40 p.m. I Gave Rs. 500 Note to billing clerk against a plate of Pani Poori and he returned me 4 Notes of Rs. 10 and a few coins and instantly I picked up the change and had my snack and left the place in hurry. On the way I recollected that I was not returned the Balance Rupees 400/-. This is their modus operandi. Being a regular traveller on NH – 58 I used to visit haldiram and It had happened to me earlier also but it confirmed today. You can check CCTV footage in between 2.30 to 3.00 p.m. on Dated 27/06/15.                                         As haldiram claims that every product they deliver is hygienically packed and approved by FSSAI but I found a long piece of thread inside a packet of haldirams classic nutcracker which is a physical hazard for a consumer .this is not the first time I have seen this type of physical hazard in haldiram product but this time after seeing this thread this has crossed all limits.
