I am adding my experience here...
To Quality Manager,
We have been the consumers of Haldiram products for quite some time now.
We were shocked yesterday when we had a worst quality of the above
product.
package. The Mix is not only bad in taste but very bitter.
Looks like due to continuous frying the oil would have gone bad and the
freshly opened.
pack was intolerable .I had to spit it out of my mouth.
this is very serious .The details of the pack are as follows:
Importer- Califormia Certified Inc. It says "Export pack" Net wt 7.06 Oz
black print.
The pack does not have mfg date printed anywhere.( I have observed that
your packs which are sold in
US does not have dates -which is a punishable offence)
Neither it states any -BEST BEFORE .
There is a bar code .
I deserve a immediate explaination and response before I proceed to take
photographs
and communicate to consumer forum.
