Me and my family today went to haldiram bhujiwala's outlet at kankarbagh patna bihar today.
We ordered quite few stuffs to eat but throughout our experiences it was the worst..the quality of served was below expectations and even the vegetables were not ok and was awfully smelling. When we complained about it after argument the manager agreed but was behaving rudely as he has done a blessing on us. And argued with my family and didn't...

On 18th June 2017 i ordered 4 packets of laccha to be delivered on two addressed and according to the estimated delivery date offered by the Compnay it should be delivered 23-24th June but it has not been delivered. And when i call the customer care executive Biswajit Paul (+[protected] he is just ignoring my pleading to deliver as soon as possible as I ordered the product on the occasion of Eid and he says bluntly that it wont be delivered...

Sir, in your haldiram prabhuji's lachha packet, a pic of rounded bowl full of milk, lachha and dry fruits.in the rounded side of bowl i noticed in the design that the name of our beloved prophet muhammad (محمد) s. A. W.in arabic. I request you to please change that bowl picture for the rest of the packets and try to inform everyone as soon as possible to take care of those packets which are already sold. I have taken meals at Haldiram on 22nd March, 2017 at haldiram near bata chowk in faridabad, Haryana.

Unfortunately, I lost my bill. In order to claim the same, I have not been giving my lost bill.
Owner at haldiram refused to give my bill every time.

I bought 1.5kg pinaple cake from mathura road haldiram which is in crown interior mall fridabad.I orderd that cake on 11th of may and got on next day of the evening from the same place but the matter is that i got a one rupees coin inside that cake which is really injerious for health issue and its also shows the bad quality of the haldiram so please look into this matter....

I bought a packet of chana nuts and found bones in the packet. I wrote to Haldiram but no response yet. Tried reaching FSSAI but never got through. I want to file a formal complaint for this negligence and the Noida plant where it is manufactured should be as shut for investigation. The batch should be called back.

I have purchased one Dosa, bill Paid by debit card of rupee 146/- again I have bought Dhokla of rupee 45/- but when I tried to paid bill by debit card, the store person ignored to swipe.

To my surprise when i reached at counter after standing in long queue to book my thali... They informed that thali is finished and i can have a paneer combo instead.
