Sir, On 01.11.18 i traveled from ahmedabad to cochin by go air (G8701) rs. 17555. My trip id is[protected]. I got rs. 3692 credited in my vault on 31.10.18 and i transfered to my axis bank account [protected] on 09.11.18. But till the day the amount was not credited in my account. I used your application 5 to 6 time. But this is the first time i faced this problem. So i requested you to please check the transaction and credit in my account. Was this information helpful? | |

I received this text as the Trip ID[protected] been canceled and refund would be make in 10-15 working days. Are they in my ancestors period, when you take the money instant atlest refund it back in 5 business days as others do.

the provided documents does now show clear picture: who and based on which conditions failed to transfer point (matureal value) into your personal account in the bank.
Such dispute requiers all documents ready for the carufull and vast legal examination.
It can not be done fairly in such unidentified sircumstances.
You need tp susmit the complaint to the service provider with the timely and monetary description of the purchance and to request/or print
(1) a contractual conditions
(2) exact monetory demand
prior to hiring a lawyer, who is able to commence the civil case in your favor against the unidentified service provider before the Indian court.
