HappyEasyGo — refund fraud regarding flight ticket

Iam kunal kushwaha ive booked ticket from indigo airlines... Transaction is already done and amount of 1800 rs is debited from my sbi bank account
But no confirmation male has been send in email id or number.
Customer care number is also not responding.
Following are the details of my transaction and booking:-

Nagpur to bengaluru

Date of booking:- 02 april 2019
Time of booking:- 11: 58 am (Approx)
Date of journey:- 14 april 2019

Please look after this matter and initiate the refund of the amount as soon as possible.
