HappyEasyGo — Airlines have refunded the money to Agency but they are unnecessarily delaying refund | |||
I had booked tickets from HappyEasyGo but my ticket was cancelled by Airlines due to Covid. PNR of my bookings are as follows: 1) KFRWHS 2) HCMJ9D 3) QKG9PG 4) WJVWHW I have been in touch with the agency since 13th Nov. Following are the problems encountered with HappyEasyGo. 1) HappyEasyGo Team initially told me that Indigo isn't providing refund to travelers as they are just giving credit shell. When I contacted Indigo Airlines, they refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo. Spicejet has also given confirmation about the refund. But HappyEasyGo team is giving vague replies that they have to do some validation about refund which may take 90days or more. 2) HappyEasyGo Team shares vague timelines for refund every time. Initially, one customer care representative said that it takes 10-15days to get the refund. The other one said that it takes up to 90 days. Now they are saying that it may take more than 90 days. 3) No cancellation email was sent to me by Airlines as HappyEasyGo shared some random email id with Indigo & Spicejet. Due to this I was unable to check the status from official website of Indigo & Spicjet. Indigo Team rectified the details after I raised the concern to their customer service. I have attached the screenshot of Spicejet tickets where incorrect details has been mentioned by the agency. Airlines and other agencies have been very coorperative unlike HappyEasyGo.
