I book ticket 18-march through happyeasygo applicatio

Once i book ticket i show your ticket sucessfully booking and i take screen shot

Next day i received one mail it's mentioned your ticket cancel due to price high

But once i book ticket if price hike real time so why happyeasygo accept my payment it's screen show real price. And why it's showing msg your ticket book.

And it's say your full refund money intiation but still i m not received any money

I go near police station filled fir against happyeasygo
