HappyEasyGo — Flight Ticket | |||
I have booked a flight ticket from them for 4 passengers with free cancellation and due to covid lockdown at the destination address, I had to cancel the ticket. Now they aren't providing any refund saying contact Reliance general insurance for any claims. After I cancelled the ticket, i logged in to indigo website and I can see that they have issued 15300 Rs refund to Happy easy go and happy easy go isn't even refunding me Re 1. After talking to 5-6 customer care respresentative of Happyeasygo, they now say that i haven't paid for any free cancellation but reliance general insurance which is different, WTH. Where was this information when i booked ticket? where was this information when i called you before cancelling my ticket? Where is the amount that you got back from Indigo? Complete fraud.
