This is how happy easy go cheats customers who online book rooms, flights etc... Please go through below trail mail. No one revertback till except this below mail. No amount being refunded even after more than 15 days passed. I will take this matter to consumer court for deficiency in services and complete negligence showed to address this serious issue. No executives made any serious attempt to resolve this long pending issue. Customer care executives are doing time pass saying i will get call back from happy easy go... Which i will never get it. Since 15 days i am speaking to customer care executives gautam, mamta etc who said some officer from happy go will call me back immediately, but till today there is serious action took on it. As you mentioned within 15 days refund will be made but even after more than 15 days nothing has been done. Yesterday your customer care executive mamtha who assured me immediately call will be made.
