Hi, i have booked a ticket via happyeasygo for my travel on february 12th. It was a connecting flight which had a waiting time of around 12 hous in bangalore airport. So with no other option for an urgent family matter i had to cancel the first segment of my travel which the website didnt't allowed. So i contacted indigo airlines directly and cancelled my first segment and they have a refuned a 1300+ rupees back to the happy easy go's account. So when i called them for my refund they told me to mail them the issue and i did that. But none contacted me yet. I called them again and no one response Was this information helpful? | |||

I ANjana Suresh, have booked a flight (GoAir) on 05/03/2017 from COK to MAA PNR J97MKD which was cancelled by them. I haven't received my refund yet. I contacted the GoAir service as was said that they have already initiated the refund to you and now you need to do the rest. It has been almost 1week. Please do take a note on this.
