Above mentioned ticket is already cancelled by indigo and got confirmation msg from indigo also regarding cancellation.
As your app was not allowing to cancel the ticket, so spoken directly from indigo customer care. Indigo has already processed
The cancellation and refunded full amount.
Please refund my amount as indigo has already done the process.
Your customer care nos are also pathetic as not getting proper response in time.

Please refund the money as indigo has already confirmed that they have initiated the full refund of flight amount on 14th march.

Happy easy go have very pathetic service.
They are not listening as i already mention indigo has already cancel the ticket and initiated the refund and indigo has also confirmed they have initiated full refund of amount to happy easy but they are not responding.
