Hi my name is sandeep kumar gautam and it is informed that I have booked an air ticket of your through happygoeasy app for 03 people which was scheduled on 01.04.2020 from Mumbai to Chandigarh however, due to Covid-19 lockdown journey was not made from the website of the airlines Indigo I got informed that amount has been refunded however I have not received the same in my account yet. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount.
