HappyEasyGo — travel agent system error printed wrong name on tickets and charged me for cancellation

I had booked the round trip ticket on 19th sept' 2019, for travel to del-mum-del on 21st oct' 2019 and return on 25th oct'2019, through www.happygoeasy.com.

My name on e-tkt ticket showed wrong surname, whereas the name on the confirmation mail bearing e-tkt was absolutely correct. Which proves that i had written a right name but it was purely a system generated error from happygoeasy's end, which has goofed up the surname.

Airline is refusing to cooperate and penalizing me to bear the cancellation cancelation charges & convenience fee for for their own fault/system error for wrongly writing my name.

This seems to be a scam for earning extra money by fooling customer through such faulty online booking system

Updated by uvsonic Del- Mum - Indigo has not charged me any cancellation for rebooking ticket with right name ..but happyeasygo not refunding full amount and charging me for cancellation despite fault from their system.
Mum -Del, Air India has clearly pointed that its system error from travel Agent and asked travel agent to approach the Air India for name change /consequences but HappyEasyGo not taking the responsibility .
