I am surendar. I am from tamil nadu. My mom was one of the agent in hbn dairies & allied limited as insurance policy. Lot of policy maturity period was over. So all the people are asking about the status of payment. So i need a clarification on this payment from them. So that we can explain to other policy holders. And also try to give notification to all policy holders through any media.

I had deposited in dairy scheme of hbn dairies an amount of rs.500/- on 21.02.2012. As per the certificate issued the lock in period is upto 21.17.2017. I had deposited the same (No.[protected] on 21.02.2012. My serial no at pondichert branch where i deposited is 500 every month./do[protected].
Till today i haven't received the cheque for the money deposited by me 7.4 yrs back.
The company is bound to pay me as soon as the maturity date is over. Now the delay is unwarranted for.

As per your blog/website, i saw most of the cases against hbn dairies and allied limited, are resolved. I hope you will resolve mine too.
My name is mrs. Saraswati shivaji sonar, residing in musti, tahasil south solapur, district solapur - 413002. For the payment after maturity i was visited to pune branch about 6 months ago, but found that the office was closed from so many months.
I had taken 2 policies (Details mentioned below) from the firm, but not received the payment over maturity of the registered policies. Please help me out in this matter.

I had deposited and matured on 10.06.2013. I got maturity amount by cheque on 27.01.2015. They bounced my cheque. I have contacted chennai office and they assures given back the money by way of demand draftt along with interest. Still i have not yet received demand draft. They have closed chennai office also. Sir,

I am investor and and was an agent when hbn dairies had not banned in[protected] in the branch of jhalawar (Raj).

After it goes banned we did a lot of efforts
Like did the strike.
File complaints against our seniors.
We found that the case of hbn is in the mumbai's court.
Then they hired a lawyer for that..
Case was successfully won by invester's side.

Then case was moved into sebi and auction was announced by sebi for the 80% property of hbn.
Auction was done and the money was estimated.

Then comes demonetizaton and whole efforts had gone wasted.

The case moved into ibbi.
Afterwards every bank was online every money has to come directly in account.

And for that we had collected policy and account details of every costumers as possible and mailed it on given mail id last year

We had to wait.. And still we are waiting but no news is coming.. Any good or bad whatever.

Many costumers come to us and therat us money.
We have no point to make them silent.

Sir, i had depoisted in dairy scheme of hbn dairies an amount of rs.4000 % on 19.04.2010 as per the certificate issued the lock in period is upto 19.02.2016. I had deposited the same (No.1174948) on 19.01.2016 my serial no at thiruvarur branch where i depoisted is d[protected] till today i have recrived the cheque for the money deposited by me 5.5 yrs back. I have taken policy dated[protected] worth rs 1000 monthly through your agent and i paid emi on time till june 2016 and thereafter agent informed me that company has been closed and fraud with us, so emi would not submit, thereafter agent said case has been processed for fraud and your amount will refund as soon as possible. So i am waiting as per agent information to refund my submitted amount till yet, but mu amount not refund till yet, whenever i will query foe the same they say case is still running and no positive input received from last 3 years. I have a policy from hbn dairies & allied limited. I paid full amount till the 5 years as term mentioned in the policy.

I received the maturity cheque no-006977 dt-18/04/2015, bank of baroda but it has not been clear from the bank. I returned the cheque to nit Faridabad branch and they ensure me to provide the dd against this bounce cheque. This cheque bounce in 2013-14. Till the date, I have no information that either I will get my money back or not. Even I don't have any contact number of any branch of hbn.

Nit Faridabad branch had been closed from where I purchase the policy

I am a disabled person hence you are requested to take an action and refund my policy amount.
