I was taken a policy no e07k29782 in the name of my wife smt sangeeta ojha from hbn dairies and allied limited rewa during 2007 and regular premium was also paid to company. On maturity of said policy, original papers was submitted on 15 april 2014 for payment but till now no amount received from company.
