Dear sir,

I deposited my hardcore money with the above company with the hope that i will get a good return as claimed by the sales persons of the company.

I was given certificate no. Scg 0833213 and registration number d[protected] dated 08.03.2010.

As per this certificate, i was supposed to get my money back on 8 jan 2016 but now no one is available in the company and i an not able to get my money back.

Request for help in this matter.

Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that HBN Dairies and Allied Ltd. is not releasing the amount. I have invested against certificate no D09BE[protected] and maturity dated was on 23.11.2014 and till date I have not received any amount. I have personally visited HBN office at IIIrd Floor, Vardhman Chamber, Sonia Complex, Vikas Puri, New Delhi - 110 018 and Head Office at D5 Mall, next to Radisson Hotel at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, but there response is that they don't have the money and Directors are in Jail already and the matter is sub judice so after the court order only any decision can be made for the payment or not.
I would request you to please intervention in this matter get the money invited by innocent investors.

I had deposited in dairy scheme of hbn dairies an amount of rs.10000/- only on dt. 31.12.2019. As per the certificate issued the lock in the period is upto dt.31.08.2016. I had a deposited the same in no. C[protected] dt.31.12.2009 consideration to rs.20000/- only at raipur branch.

The due date is over and i have not received any cheque for the money deposited by me 5 years and above back.

The company is bound to pay me as soon as the maturity date is over. Now the delay has been over for three years. Please do needful action.

Till today i haven't received the cheque for the money deposited by me 5.5 yrs back.
The company is bound to pay me as soon as the maturity date is over. Now the delay is unwarranted for.
