I have a policy from hbn dairies & allied limited. I paid full amount till the 5 years as term mentioned in the policy.

I received the maturity cheque no-006977 dt-18/04/2015, bank of baroda but it has not been clear from the bank. I returned the cheque to nit Faridabad branch and they ensure me to provide the dd against this bounce cheque. This cheque bounce in 2013-14. Till the date, I have no information that either I will get my money back or not. Even I don't have any contact number of any branch of hbn.

Nit Faridabad branch had been closed from where I purchase the policy

I am a disabled person hence you are requested to take an action and refund my policy amount.

My Mother in law is a Policy holder of this scheme and her policy maturity date was 11th June 2016. She has paid INR 7000.00. Request you to send the refund as soon as possible. She has shared all the required details and documents as per request. Please try to refund the money at earliest.

I have taken policy dated 22nd December 2010 worth Rs 1000 monthly through your agent and i paid EMI on time till June 2015 and thereafter agent informed me that company has been closed and fraud with us, so EMI would not submit, thereafter agent said case has been processed for fraud and your amount will refund as soon as possible. so i am waiting as per agent information to refund my submitted amount till yet, but my amount not refund till yet, whenever i will query for the same they said case is still running and no positive input received from last 3 yrs. so please refund my amount which i submitted to your organisation so that i will resolve my personal financial problem.
Please confirm me the status as soon as possible that when issue will resolve and my amount will refund.

both under plan No. C1 for a term period of 06 years and 03 months with the expiry
dt. of 21.03.2017 (Copies enclosed). Although the period is over by more than 2 years, I am yet to receive the matured amount. I request you to kindly take necessary steps to solve the issue.

I deposited in dairy scheme of “hbn dairies & allied limited” a sum of rs 7500/- (In installments) starting from 16.07.2011.
As per the certificate issued the lock in period was upto 16.05.2017.
I have deposited as per the below details:-

So please i requested that, release the sum of maturity amount above cited please reply as soon as possible, otherwise i will “knock the consumer court door.”

I had deposited in dairy scheme of hbn dairies an total amount of rs.3000/- on 08.09.2009. As per the certificate issued the lock in period is upto 12.07.2014. I had deposited the same (No. D09b00613) on 25.06.2014. My serial no at bhopal mp branch where i deposited is m-5386.
Till today i haven't received the cheque for the money deposited by me 5.5 yrs back.
The company is bound to pay me as soon as the maturity date is over. Now the delay is unwarranted for.

Hii sir... I joined 66 months insurance scheme in hbn at anna salai, chennai... I completed that 66 months in 2013... But till now i didn't get that finished amount of that insurance... After i completed my insurance scheme they gave cheque but next day they collected that cheque from me and they said we will provide you dd for your finished amount... After 2 days that company was closed... Soo please take immediate action and refund my insurance amount... I joined my husband in this same scheme... So this complaint for me and my husband... Please refund my insurance amount.. Here i attached my hbn identity card and cheque details.. Please take immediate action.. Please... Please... Please.. I gave complaint in police station but no result... Kindly refund my insurance amount.. Please...

I have registered 4 policies of my friends including my daughter with hbn diaries and allied ltd, faridabad. Their office was located at bata road in faridabad.

I bought the policies in sept 2012 for 80 moths tenure. Details are asf:

3 policies : @ rs. 240/month
1 policy: @ rs. 480/month.

Out of 4 policies 1 policy was paid till nov 2013 and stopped.

Due to unsatisfactory response at the office in faridabad, other 3 policies (2xrs. 240 and 1x rs. 480) paid till august 2015 and then stopped. Payment details are asf:

1 [protected]@ rs. 240: paid for 3 yrs. Paid money is rs. 8640
2nd policy @ rs. 240: paid for 3 yrs. Paid money is rs. 8640.
3rd policy @ rs. 240. Paid for 15 months. Paid money is rs. 3600.

4th policy @ rs. 480: paid for full 3 yrs. Paid money is rs. 17280.

All the policies are going to mature in may 2019. Since last 2 years hbn office in faridabad closed and no whereabouts. Whom to contact for getting back the money deposited for 3 years.

I seek your kind attention and helping me out please.
