HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership | |||
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1799/- from my credit card number ending with 6494 without my concern on date:13/04/2017. And i called them to cancel my membership but they refunded only rs. 500/- on date: 13/04/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Not attending call praper ly last time already took cl just told hello then cuted we are waiting like a waitre but after attending they will cl. More pore cl service hdfc .. I am suffering a lot of problems I lost my card .my refund issue by third part but bank will not cooperating this time. So bad

I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 118.00 on 27-Sep-17 towards ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL GST And Rs 17 twice for inst-alert chg inc gst. Can you please clarify this also I would want to request for the refund of the amount that has been deducted? Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I have done credit card payment before due date but why you deduct 2nd time payment by auto pay. I want to reverse my payment.
