Hello sir/madam,

I didn't got any call from one assist regarding their plan renewal, but they charged me rs.1899 towards for one assist subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and credit the amount back to my hdfc credit card ending with 8881, other wise cancel my credit card.
Kindly refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis. "don't activate this type of service in future."

I am not happy with your service i have not opted for this policy and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

I transferred 3000 through imps my account is debited and transaction is not credited in beneficiaries bank.I received a message that transaction could not take place due to technical reason.
