    I am a customer with the Bank for more than a year now. I asked them to install an EDC machine at my Gurgaon office. They said it would take 10 days. After 10 Days when I called them, they said, it would take 10 more days. Even tose 10 days have passed and I have not got the machine still. I have made a loss on business over the last one month waiting for the machine and have also faced harassment for the same.

        I want to close my credit card . I can't pay service charge every year . Even though no officers, I am using the credit card . Till now I din't get a single rupee cash back or discount with this credit card . I want to close the credit card. My credit card number is[protected] . Please close it . I will take some other card which will not have any service charge and has some benifits

          I am Ravindra Rajpoot from Noida (NCR), I would like to share my experience with HDFC services and Branch employee. Here is my A/C no – [protected] . I have raise a request for my cheque book from Noida sector branch 12, after couple of day I got a message from HDFC that you cheque book has been sent to Noida Sector 16 branch and even I got a call from sector 16 branch employee about cheque book delivery . Today I went to branch 16 at morning 9:20, then i found that branch opened at 9:40 AM, I thing which should we open at 9:30. That is fine if need to wait to 20 min to get a good services from branch. I asked to branch employee that please give me a cheque book but after 5 min branch employee told me that sir we do not have cheque book here, that you will collect from your home branch, I was shocked and I said sir I got a message as well as call from branch, again he were telling me that you have to go to branch 12 to collect your check book. Here my question is who will be a responsible for my valuable time which I have spent in branch 16 for my check who will notify me about this status change of my check book. Another thing which I have seen in Branch about misbehaviour, talk roughly and in abusive manner with me, that branch employee name is: Jais Joy. Please take some positive action as I have the proof of his abuse and ill behaviour. I expect that you will respond to my letter positively as it has created very bad impression of a reputed bank in the eye of customer. Please do the needful ASAP. It seems either the courier has been delivered to a wrong destination or the policy is missing due to carelessness of Courier Service, Muzaffarpur.               I got a phone call from HDFC person and I am agreed to open insurance, at that time she said that insurance money will be credited again if anything not happen bad with me, but after some days, I got the paper of insurance showing me that the money will not be refunded after 6 months. Then I raised a complaint to deactivate the policy, Insurance person lodge the request and they are agreed to pay whole money that was deducted from my credit card, but it was going back to credit card department of HDFC, she said that there is no relationship between ERGO and HDFC so ERGO will not pay back to HDFC so you have to pay whole money with cancellation charge Rs.11500 within 15 days. So I decided to continue the policy but some persons are getting benefits if I am continuing my policy.               Hi Sir/Madam,

              My name is Mohandass David, I bought a new HDFC TIMES CARD credit card while Issuing the card they told the Health insurance is mandatory with this card and I confirmed for that and they debited the amount of RS.4579 and converted as an EMI of 12 month tenure(Loan No.[protected] and the documents are dispatched to my office address with policy number 90188475. And after some day some customer care executive called and they asks for confirmation of card activation, but I told them my card is already activated and they told that documents are just for policy details and that card is duplicate card the original card will be sent after your confirmation with the Mumbai team, and one representative will call you soon and you answer yes to all the questions and then only you can use your card. And I confirmed all the questions after some days they debited amount of RS.9173 from my credit card and they issued new policy with the HDFC ERGO numbered [protected], after checked my card statement I raised cancellation request(REF No. 13294902 and the latest is[protected] and then I got call from another HDFC team and they said you can't cancel the polity but the HDFC ERGO team confirms you can cancel your policy at any time, Kindly please cancel the below policy and refund my amount .

                This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 12th Mar 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEB[protected] Reference number[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account and not even received any demate account kit. in spite of me not using the demate servies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free.                   The collection agency people abusing me on phone. How you can abuse a customer for recovery What should i do I really want to take it to court. As i never denied for payment but it delayed due to personal issue. Collection Agent Named Naina Goswami and Mohammad spoke to me in very bad language. Hope i will get reply Asap.

                      This is to address whomsoever concerned . i'm receiving threatening calls from HDFC collection agencies for credit card, they send messages that someone will come to my house for collection. Today i had a lady calling from Mobile number [protected] I also have messages from HDFC collection people sending me that i will face problems in CIBIL, Face delinquency and collection agents coming to my home . I would like to take legal action as im a law student and practise under an High Court Advocate. Chennai.
                      Yes same thing happened to me as well.
                      The collection agency people abusing me on phone. What should i do
                      I really want to take it to court.
                      As i never denied for payment but it delayed due to some issue.

                        Dear #HDFC Bank, I used your #IMPS service to transfer 40, 000/- INR from my HDFC bank to ICICI bank account. Funds has been deducted from my account but it hasn't been credited in my ICICI bank account. As IMPS is for immediate payment transfer and customers use it for urgent transfers. My credit card bill was due yesterday and due to bad services I have to bear further financial loses. Its been 24 hours, I spoke to you and ICICI customer care (both) however I haven't received my funds yet. IMPS reference number[protected] and my HDFC account number is [protected].' Is there a way possible I can complaint (or file a case against your services) since I am suffering losses (You guys also charge late fee). This is a grievance for me, should I expect it to be credit back today. Please take this on high priority. Regards

                          This is to inform you that since last week I am getting threaten calls from a credit card recovery agent and some people visit to my place as well with a wrong intension. From past few days these recovery agents are calling all my office colleagues and use abusive language with them. This has become an HR issue in my organization and my job is on risk. Background of the case: It has been more than 2 years now when I raised a fraud case with HDFC back about my credit card transaction and as per them, their SLA to solve that case was just 20 days but I tried to follow up with them for more than 6 months. I submitted all the hard copy documents to Lajpat Nagar branch (HDFC). When I didn’t receive any proper response from them, I stopped their credit card payment and then they started calling me once in a month or so for the payment. Every time different person from bank used to call me for the payment and when I ask them status about my case, they were blank because they didn’t have even single information or record of my case. Now, from past one week I am getting threatening calls and even some bouncer visited my place in my absence. There is a girl named “Neha” [protected] who called few of my know person in my company, they shared the above mobile number . She is using very abusive and unprofessional language which is harassing / embarrassing. For this issue, I have already raised complaint with HDFC credit card department as well, whose confirmation is shared with this complaint letter. As per them, they need 7 days to work on this issue. I am not in position to pay the amount due to some financial Crisis from past a year now. Will pay it later but still getting those calls.

                            With reference above said application no. I had applied for term policy on 10 feb 2015 & made the payment on the same day. I have submitted the required docs very next day along with photo to the HDFC bank indiranagar branch (0184 - bangalore). Till now the policy has not been generated. when enquired the same with the your customer care non of them had proper answer on my queries. I had called them trice but waste of calling them who didnt had a valid reason for the delay. Today I had discussed with one of your floor supvisior at customer care Mr Sunil. for more than 1 hr on call even he didnt had proper resolution and request another 48 hrs for proper resolution & he had disconnected the call while discussing with him which was very embarrassing to me . later tried several times people at your end all calls were disconnecting post connecting through IVR to any of the caller.

                            Just need to know few things.

                            - Is my policy is generated or not ?

                            - If not why there is delay ?

                            - I had made 3 calls in last 2 weeks to your customer care team there was no resolution till now - what is the reason?

                            - Why the floor supervisor Mr sunil disconnected my call?

                            - My request on mail confirmation to sunil was not honored - Why ?

                            Finally

                            If this service given to any normal customer defiantly would not recommended any of out friends to go the your insurance company.

                            Kindly initiate for the cancellation process with out any deduction what i have paid.

                              Hi, This is Ashish Kumar Singh and I was using HDFC credit card (**** **** **** 5138). In the month of september 2014 I tried to pay my credit card's outstanding balance of 1600 but HDFC Magarpatta staff informed me that they do not have information about my CC in their database. (Might be because I blocked my card long time back) Then I called HDFC Customer care and there also customer representative put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and still did not able to tell me about my card details. (Note: between 1st Dec to 8th of dec I called HDFC customer care more than 3 times and all the time they were not able to provide me the information, If possible please check the call details) Because of all the above mentioned issues I did not able to make my payment and tried to apprise HDFC Bank of the situation through mail. I sent more than 10 mails regarding my issue and asked for the resolution but all in vain, as all the responses from your side did not address my issue instead you kept on asking me to pay the bill. It has been 6 months and I called HDFC bank many times and escalated my issue. Customer Care representative asked me to call at number [protected], [protected]. I tried multiple times but no one ever picked my call. On 27th march between 5 PM to 6 PM I called almost twenty times. Finally now my outstanding bill is of 3600 which should have been 1600.It has been 6 months and I have never got a proper reply or call from HDFC bank to resolve my issue.                                 Dear Sir/Madam With reference to the hdfc home loan file no:[protected]&[protected] I got a email from [protected]@hdfc.com on 03/03/2015 that they are not processing my home loan due to my disinterest. In this connection I bring to your kind notice that l have applied a takeover home loan from LICHFL to hdfc bank after preliminary verification of my credentials. At the time of my application I requested hdfc bank represent that I only give processing fee cheque after the preliminary verification of my documents. Then they have agreed and taken all the documents for scrutiny after one week they said that I am eligible for take over home loan in your bank. After giving assurance I have given the processing fee cheque. After drawing the processing fee they have taken nearly three months time and now I received email from [protected]@hdfc.com that they are not able to process my home loan due to my disinterest. I never told them that I am not interested in your home loan Kindly enquire why they have taken 3 months time after preliminary verification and assurance of my home loan and for not processing my genuine take over home loan.                                   I am a victim of MIS SALE OF Insurance Policy sold to me by the so called Agents/Consultants Executives of this Company. I was told is a once time payablle Policy with Bonus and Medical facilites the Policy can be cancelle d within 60 days if these terms are now found in the Policy documents. I was out of two for 3 weeks, the Policy was delivered at my address On checking on return I found the Policy cancellation period is 15 days and it was already over and mention of benefits. Policy document is changed as Payable for 10 years Rs. 99000/- When I tried to contact the person who sold the property on phone not answering the calls at all The refused my cancellation Policy citing 15 days period is over. When the Essence of Contract is 15 days such documents should be delivered personally to the Policy holder and it is illegal unethical business practice, to stick to 15 days time. The Co. knows the large scale fraud/cheating takes place in this industry with the full knowledge of the Co. which I have noticed in full page paper add given by the IRDA. Despite all this draft was again returned back with same memo. • I contacted the HDFC branch Sector 20 Panchkula (Haryana) in the month of Feb 2015 but they shown their inability to help me in this regard. • On my visit to Rajindera Place New Delhi, I contacted branch Head of HDFC, East Patel Nagar on 17.03.2015, who also shown their inability to help but given me the Number 61606161and advised to lodge the complaint on that number.  On returning to Chennai I made a call on 20.03.2015, at the given number i.e 61606161 and briefed them about my problem. It took about more than 45 minutes to make them understand my grievance. On my repeated insistence she (Ms Sarnia) entered my request and given me Docket No. CHNM [protected] . She also informed me that within 48 hours my grievance would be redressed. Simultaneously she advised me to contact the nearest branch of HDFC and show them the draft and ask the branch head to talk on phone banking number by refereeing to Docket number given.  As per her advice I contacted Branch Head Mr Nashir at BO; Anna Salai Chennai on 24.03.2015 and apprised them about my issue and given him the Docket number . He contacted at phone banking but informed that Docket number is given only to customer of the bank and this complaint is not lodged. He advised me to send the complaint along with PAN Copy, statement of account, Cancelled Cheque, copy of application made with DDA as well as Draft in original to HDFC Noida office.  Again today 24.03.2015, after noon that lady Sarina made a call to me and informed that due to name of the bank wrongly mentioned on the draft, that instrument cannot be processed and paid. I informed that this is my grievance and on account of fault on the part of HDFC I am suffering till now. On making enquiry about Docket number she informed that they have not lodged the complaint but given the Docket number for investigation of matter only. I am surprised to have experience of such a bad customer service and redressal of customer grievance mechanism in your bank where nobody takes any initiative to sort out the genuine grievance of customer. Due to fault on the part of HDFC by mentioning the wrong bank name on the draft, I have been made to suffer and to face such harassment. Leaving no other alternative I am forced to make the complaint to Banking Ombudsman, RBI and all concerned, besides approaching to Consumer Court for claiming interest and compensation for harassments.
