To The Head, Customer care HDFC bank. Subject: Non issue of credit card. Sir, It is informed that I am having a SB account with your esteemed bank. I applied for a credit card Application No.CC20297486 under reference No.[protected]NS and again I was asked by your representative to apply again . Application No. CC22031134 under reference No.[protected]NS. Today i.e on 08/04/2015 I checked the status of my application. I was surprised and shocked to read that you have disapproved my application for issue of the credit card. I want to submit that I fulfill all the elligibility conditions required for. I am having my own residence in Rohtak City. I am financially sound and never been any defaulter with any bank. I am a regular Haryana Govt. employee having a total regur service of 28 years. I am drawing salary in Payband IV- amounting to Rs. 1, 10, 000. In this connection I want to register my complaint as why I was denied a credit card. Please tell me whether it is the sweet will of any officer, scruitening the application, not to issue the credit card. It seems as if some body is playing with the reputation of your bank. He wants lesser and lesser of work and rejecting applications arbitrarily with out any reason. The employee of HDFC bank, Rohtak, Model town branch who contacted me himself introduced himself as business manager, Mr. Arun Parik.. I was surprised at their indiffrent and callous attitude for not answering my queries regarding issue of credit card. You are requested to look in to the matter personally and issue me a credit card after verifying my profile. I shall be thankful to you.     I have made a proposal for Click2Protect plus policy (Proposal No.[protected] for a term of 20 years and paid initial premium on 02.03.15. Medical tests were completed on 21.03.15 and waiting for the confirmation. In the mean time I want to make changes in my proposal before the policy got issued. I'm following continuously for the last 5 days asking for the procedure to make changes. I'am getting the predefined mail, asking to allow 2 working days. I don't believe 2 working days required to inform the process? In addition to that received a link asking to go through for making changes. Found the link given is for making a new proposal, no way connected with my existing. Got a call also from HDFC person offering the support to complete the process for a new proposal, informed the same to HDFC. Received a reply again asking for 2 working days and with the same link, asking to go through. I received n No. of calls before made the payment. After this, it is reversed. They are not even interested in understanding the customer needs. If this is the way during proposal stage, ... I have no choice, but to cancel my proposal and go with other insurance company.

      Dear Team, Since last 4 to 5 years I am trading through your HDFC Securities office situated at Gandhinagar (Gujarat). Today when I call to them they said your account is mapped in Ahmedabad so you have to call there. Further when I call to ahmedabad branch they said you have to call from your registered land line number. How can one call from his land line when during the whole trading session he is in his office?? Further I have never request or done trading through ahmedabad location so how my account was mapped in that area?? And mapping and all that is their internal matter why should I loss my money because of their internal system??

      i was told that hdfc sec accepts trading orders via phone only from the registered contact number in their records..this is their measure undertaken to avoid non genuine or fraud practices...which i believe is a good process...this provides security to our accounts...suggest u register your number with them by contacting their customerservices number..& i believe mapping of trading a/cs to a particular branch is as per the branch of your region... u can anyways always call on[protected] prefix local city code) to place order...

          I had done an IMPS transfer for an amount of 50, 000 on 04/04/2015 at 10:28 AM, from my HDFC account to a CITI account. The amount has been debited from my account but has not been credited to the beneficiary’s account. It will be great if you can provide me the necessary help at the earliest and credit the amount either in CITI account or back into my HDFC account. The customer care was of no help as they just want me to wait for a few more days. They are not sure of where the money has gone or what caused the issue.

          The entire purpose of IMPS has been beaten. I have also sent an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with the reference number and other transaction details.
          Got my money debited into my HDFC account. Thank you.
          hi rohit, i am also facing same issues. Can you let me know if the IMPS issue was resolved? and how long it took?

            Dear Sir, Plaese note that I Vivek Srivastava have taken the two policies of HDFC LIFE with the following details. SR NO POLICY NO POLICY AMOUNT STARTING DATE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID 1 12971017 50775 / YEAR [protected] 303100 2 15378198 60000 / YEAR 22.08.2012 180000 Here, all is going smoothly and I am satisfied with the policy. But, in october 2013, I have received a phone calls from delhi office that he is calling from HDFC LIFE office and starting trapping. As per him, I have a agent commission approx Rs 80000/- in both the policies and approx Rs 100000/- is the bonus in the same policies. He said that if we start the same amount policies in company code where there is no agent coommission and the above agent commission and bonus amount will be shown in the new policy and he will withdraw the above amont in my saving account. Fathing with his words, I have taken the following new policies. SR NO POLICY NO POLICY AMOUNT STARTING DATE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID 1 16468015 50000 / YEAR 04.12.2013 50000 2 16468135 60000 / YEAR 04.12.2013 60000 Again, he offerd me a new policy of one time premium policy of 2 Lacs and says that this will be 3.20 lacs in this deepawali after company bonus declaration. Fathing with his words, I have taken the following new policy in my wife (MRS SHWETA SRIVASTAVA) name. SR NO POLICY NO POLICY AMOUNT STARTING DATE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID 1 16777776 200000 / YEAR 27.03.2014 200000 The name of the persons which are calling me repeatively saying that they are sitting in Delhi head office are as follows. SR NO NAME MOBILE NO 1 MR SINHA [protected] 2 MR BALARAM [protected] After repeative talking with him from march'14 onwards he deposited Rs 50000/- against STANDARD PARTNERS and Rs 50000/- against CHARTERED SOLUTION (A/C NO [protected] IFSC CODE - CBIN0281417) each in oct'14 1st week saying that he will withdraw the above two policies including agent commission and bonuses with the said deposited Rs 100000/-. As per him, I have surrender the one policy[protected] in HDFC LIFE Sambalpur on 22.09.2014 and get the value Rs 210414/- in my account on 22.10.2014. Now, on calling the above two persons they are not receiving the calls and sometimes disconnecting the calls. After being a literate person, I am now feeling that I have being make fooled. Therefore, I am taking this issue to HDFC LIFE HEAD OFFICE, and request you to see the my following issues. 1) Can I continue the surrenders policy by minimizing the losses. 2) Can I get the Rs 100000/- which I deposited and are the two persons belonging the company. 3) Can I surrender the last two policies in my name on 04.12.2013 by making no loss.               Annual auto renewal of domains names from www.godaddy.com (Transaction ref.[protected] had taken place for USD49.15/- on 29th Sept 2014 from my HDFC Credit Card which I was not interested to continue. Immediately I blocked the credit card after I saw purchase transaction SMS from mobile alert. So HDFC blocked my card (I was Happy). HDFC card division halted the transaction with Godaddy but I got monthly bill to pay the same amount; still I paid USD49.15/- in INR3000/-. I contacted Godaddy customer care after a month time & they had informed me that the transaction disputed & money paid back to my HDFC credit card. I checked my Godaddy account control panel & the same amount (USD 49.15/-) is credited back to me on 21st Jan 2015. Now I applied in written for re-activation of my credit card with HDFC & they replied with SMS that re-activation declined. Today I got a SMS that the amount due is Rs.598.77/- as such I don't have any dues for the last couple of months. Immediately today (7th April 2015) I contacted the HDFC customer care & they replied this is annual card maintenance charges. I asked why the bank will charge when there is no activation of card & more over my Rs.3000/- is laying in my credit card account as unaccounted till date. How do I get my Rs. 3000/- & Now I want to close my credit card account with HDFC bank.

                Respected Sir / Madam very bad service of HDFC atm old machine's and out dated Operating system XP. my atm card got blocked in atm due to network issue when i have inserted my atm card. i have requested to atm cashier (vinod) i have showed my proof as passport and bank passbook he did not give me. he did not consider my request as my atm he is not giving to me it self. very bad rules of hdfc tech support also very bad. i want to bring to your notice so that others will not face the problem like me.                   I have transferred Rs 93000 through IMPS on 4th April to my citi bank account till now that amount was not credited to my citi bank nor the amount was not reverted back to HDFC account...I called up support team and they are not up to the mark...they end up saying to contact Citi bank and Citi back support blames on HDFC...

                    For no reason was I charged Rs 5618 on 26/03/2015 as RENEWAL MEM FEE INCL ST AND CESS on my credit card [protected] when I was surprisingly sent this Regalia card last year even though I told the representative who called me up offering me an upgrade that I don’t want any upgrade and don’t want anything to change on my card as I have my utility bills paid out of this card. Yet I was sent this card without my acceptance. I had immediately called up your phone banking team on receipt of this card and had spoken of my annoyance with respect to me having received this card even though I didn’t want it.You can check the call recordings with respect to this and I am sure the same is documented in the notes. I was told to use this card as there is no fee charged for the first year for me and if at all I want to discontinue using it after an year I could do so and I would not be charged with any fee then. I was also promised to be sent an Taj Epicure Membership card which too was never sent to me. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service and would request you to: 1.Waive the fee that has been charged 2. Downgrade my card back to the same World Mastercard that I had with zero annual/membership fee. I feel very badly treated today when comparing back with the service provided by HDFC earlier. Seek your help and support for a resolution.

                        I went to my bank regarding my loan and my personal banker Amit Tripathi told me that you have to pay first installment of your loan and you need to give a cheque right now. When I started filling, he told me to leave the amount blank as he need to confirm it. After waiting for a long time he said there are some server problems and he said he's writing cheque in favour of "HDFC" on it and will fill the amount later. I left and after some time I got a message that INR50, 000 Withdrawl from my account using cheque and it was same cheque but in favour of 'HDFC Life'. I have also filed a FIR for fraud in same issue and also want bank to look into matter.

                          I. inderharpreet singh i am usning hdfc credit card platinum plus no of card [protected] this month I am using card approx 20000 for fuel and bank charged me 700approx chargea for this and talk with hdfc customer care regarding this.executive told me if you are using card on fuel above 10000 bank charge you 2.5% extra.but befor two month i was talking hdfc customer care he had told me you are using credit card on fuel above 10 k no extra charges. now why you charged me 2.5% extra Fuel charges.i cant pay this extra charges pls deduct this extra charges becaus i dint have received any msg or call bank side if you using above 10000 than bank charge you 2.5% extra so pls deduct this Charges.

                                  dear sir, I, Romi keshari n account holder at your hdfc bank and also possess a locker with the account. Sir I want to state that without any prior information on how much hike in annual fee of locker I have been charged 4 times of annual fee for locker for this financial year. I should have been informed how much hike will b there in annual fee, so that if could not afford it I would have leave the locker. Earlier I was paying Rs. 1000 for small locker in varanasi city. But this year I have been charged Rs. 5000 without any information. Sir I want my money back n don't want to continue locker service at your bank, as many other banks are also providing locker including nationalised banks at much cheaper rates.                                   I have also faced the same issue. locker charges revised from 1000 to 5000 and the amount has been deducted from my account without my authorization. This is not acceptable. i'm planning to approach a lawyer / consumer court.
                                  Even for me they deducted 10000 on April 1st 2015 and today again they deducted 1500 for Medium size locker.. Sadashivnagar branch is too dangeorous . Why they deduct so much ?
                                  For Trichy Area for a small locker increased from Rs. 700 to Rs. 7000 and for this Tax also debited from account. Almost 10 times more. Is there any control on banks charges. Bank say SMS and courier send for Hike. why no wide publicity given on news paper or on the HDFC website for the increase of locker rental charges. banks know how to loot money from customers.

                                  I have bank account in khanna Punjab, similarly locker charges has been debited from my account, last year it was 750 now they have deducted 7000 & 850 tax . I am going to leave this bloody bank .

                                  My name is Surendra, i have an joint account with my wife in HDFC
                                  bank in Kalkere NRI layout bank Bangalore.
                                  We have taken a small size locker in this Branch since last four year
                                  and used to pay 1000/- as rental charges each year as per initial agreement but
                                  this year HDFC charged 7000/- for rental and 823rupees as service charges directly
                                  debit from my account on 3-May-2015 without any prior notice /intimation or new
                                  fresh agreement.


                                  When contacted directly to the branch manager, on 29-may-2015 HDFC
                                  bank in Kalkere NRI layout bank Bangalore, he said, rates has been revised across All India and rental rates are
                                  same in all the branches of HDFC with respect to size of the locker, which was
                                  not true when i enquiry with other branch near by Ramamurthy Nagar which they
                                  are charging 5000/- for small size locker. When i requested for the circular/communication
                                  which branch offices might receive from
                                  Head office regarding the rate hike and new charges, he said, it has been communicated
                                  verbally to all branches and there is no document as such they received.

                                  And finally after so many discussions he send me a mail from his
                                  office mail id with below mail.

                                  My question here is

                                  How Bank can debit the Rental charges of Locker without informing
                                  the customer?


                                  (By law: Rental of service/
                                  property should be mutual argument between two parties which needs to be agreed
                                  upon by both parties and signed before it can be executed. Here if they have increased
                                  the Rental rates from 1000/- to 7000/- which is 600% rise without prior notice
                                  and debited from my account, which is unethical in any business practice.)


                                  How they are black mailing customers,
                                  if you don’t wish to pay then surrender by tomorrow.
                                  What happen to the money HDFC hold it up in HDFC Bank account for month or two month of
                                  rental charges of Lakhs of customer of cores
                                  of money who don’t want to continue further locker after Knowing this unethical
                                  business practice, do HDFC will return the money with interest?
                                  How the rental rate of lockers are fluctuating in Large between
                                  braches which are 500 meter apart.
                                  There is a big question to all the customer of HDFC, If HDFC Bank can debit any amount from your account without taking
                                  your consent or without informing you then they can do anything to your money.


                                  Do you feel your money/Valuables are safe in HDFC bank, I don’t.

                                  This incident needs to sued and HDFC needs to be respond back. If everyone o[censored]s can join in group this incident will gain momentum to fight across the unethical practices of HDFC bank.
                                  I wonder who has awarded HDFC with awards like the best bank or most customer friendly bank and so on...This locker rent hike is definitely not reflecting this. While other banks are still collecting a reasonable amount as locker rent, HDFC is literally sucking the hard earned money of its customers. I have a feeling that HDFC is more interested in people who are willing to transact with them as per their terms. I am feeling really hurt that they have cheated and misused our trust.

I will never recommend anybody to purchase any policy from hdfc life as the service is very poor & pathetic & horrible.
