Hi, I had received the credit card ending with 4395 a month ago, but still did not receive the pin of that even after sending the SMS to the concerned number to receive the PIN... i request you to plz send the pin either in e-mail or by post as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir, Myself Shrey Nandi, holding an account in South City - II Gurgaon branch. I would like to bring to your notice poor and unsatisfactory service on the part of HDFC Bank. I am having an ECS service activated from my account (5th of every month) which I wanted to discontinue. I was told by phone banker that I need to go to my home branch to stop the service. I visited the home branch on around 12 Jan 2015 where I was told to submit an application duly signed by me stating that I want to stop the ECS service. I did the same and was ensured that within 7 working day my ECS will stop. To my astonishment, after around a month the same ECS amount got deducted on 5th Feb. I called the phone banker on 5th Feb who advised me to wait for 24 hrs for a call back from home branch. Next morning I myself went to the branch to know about the issue. I was amazed to find out that the branch had sent the application to Noida office on 12 Jan'15 (received on 13 Jan'15 by Noida unit) after which the issue remained pending for about a month. Neither I was informed about the delay nor the staff there had any clue regarding the issue (they didnt even bother to follow up after 13th Jan). Again I was told to wait for 24 hrs by the executive. I contacted the B.M. (Mr. Ankit Mittal) who stated that he will follow up and notify me about the issue. Whole day passed and I didn't receive any call from the Bank. I called the BM (Mr. Ankit Mittal) same evening and he stated by our end everything has been initiated and there is some new system problem so your ECS will be cancelled from Mumbai. He also asked me to wait till Monday. I waited till Monday ie 9th Feb 2015, but didnt receive any followup call from the bank or Complaint center. I went to the Bank on Tuesday again- 10th Feb 15 and met the BM who said that there is some clash in the process and we need to decide "who's fault is it." He again mentioned that he will solve the issue and revert back to me in 2 days. After which there was no response or explaination given by HDFC or heir Complant Cell. Today is 28th Feb 15, and till date I haven't received any call neither from the BM nor from the Complaint Cell. Complaint No: MUMT[protected] Regards, Dr. Shrey Nandi [protected]

      We took a personal loan from HDFC. We clearly asked the agent if there would be any additional cost if there is pre closure. Agent clearly said that there would be no charges at all. Today when we cleared the loan we were asked to pay charges for pre closure. When we said that their agent informed us that there will be no charges, we were asked to show proof. How silly is this? You should train your agents not to make false promises. Secondly, my sincere request to all customers who want to avail any kind of loan. If agent promises you something, please make sure that he gives it in writing. The executive of the personal loan nicely escaped by asking us written proof. Their agents are trained to make false promises so that we take the loan. And when the time comes these loan executives escape by asking us proofs. Contact: [protected]

          Dear sir I Gaurav Gajanan Borde my ac no-[protected] I visited on date 18.02.2015 to the higane khurd branch for closing my salary account but my account is convert in saving account without any information so I meet to branch Manager Mr.Atul Bassi they check my account and said 5000/- debited need to pay but now I want to continue my account they are not aggery and I am not ready to pay that debit amount because your bank executive is not inform when account covert salary to saving no any intimation provide by branch to me when I ask about complaint from they told me we don't have form and give me advice please don't open again account in HDFC bank.             i am deepak rathi. i have applied for proposal in hdfc life with proposal no 17152829. i have asked for the withdrawal of the proposal on 14th feb for which i have sent the email also but nothing has been done on that till now. I m following up again and again but not getting any revert from the company. Its really harassing and not professional. Why company is doing delay in giving my funds to me. Kindly look into the matter and take the action against company.

              my name is nagneth madhavrao kendre Bill dated 07/02/2015, Bill of January with amount 19500, I paid late bill 3 days late hdfc chanrged me 4523 finance chanrges ...i called customer care and asked what are those chanrges he told me ...its late amount interest ...i asked what is interest he told 3% for 1 month. According to mathematical calculation for 19500 amount 3% is 585...from HDFC calculater 3% for inr 19500 is inr 4523. My cell number is [protected]..please help me on this.

                I am using HDFC credit card no. [protected] it is always showing as overdue for payment i had word with collection team in the month of December they told me there will not be any dues left once you paid Rs. 7000 which i have already paid and now every month i am getting late payment charges and finance charge. i am using this card since 4 -5 years and if you check the payment history you will come to know that there is no over due. So request you to please settle this am not going to pay any single amount contact no. [protected]

                    Myself Ashit Rajnikant Gandhi, was holding credit card no. 5560 XXXX XXXX 3086 (as I have not cc no right now) but my registered email id with the credit card was [protected]@hotmail.com. Today one lady was calling from +91 [protected] to my coordinates and subordinates constantly. She used very slang language during her discussion with everybody. I have audio recording proof of those. This vulture behaviour made me very depressing and made me in so much mental torture. The such calls is mentally harassing me and spoiling my professional reputations as well. Why the organisation is calling those people who are not at all responsible for any transactions between you and me. Let me clear one thing here, kindly stop this nonsense and do whatever your protocols allow you otherwise I will be forced to knock the door of consumer forums.

                      My dad had taken a loan from HDFC bank of Rs. 528526 loan account number 80286894, which was insured by HDFC Ergo(policy no.[protected]. Then he had a topup in the loan of Rs. 347956 with loan account number 80381349, which was also insured by HDFC Ergo(policy no.[protected]. But due to sudden heart attack my dad passed away in sept'14. When I claim for insurance of the remaining loan they had just given the check for the topup loan amount and not for the base loan amount. The family condition is not so stable as of now and by elder brother is also mentally ill. So I request to look in the matter and help me out for the same

                        i am Chakka.Manoj.i am customer of hdfc at podili branch in andhra pradesh. in this month 3 times my account debited with each 22 rupees total debited above 70 rupees.i am asking my branch they said to me using of debit card more than 5 with drawls on atm in month. charges applicable.but rbi norms the rule applicable only for metropolitan cities. ok it may be applicable rural areas also then I AM USING MY ATM FOR ONLINE TRANSTION ONE TIME, THAT TIME ALSO my accont is DEBITED MY A/c no.[protected]

                          Hi, I am Sudhir Kumar and I took home loan from HDFC Sector 18 Noida branch . My Home Loan No is[protected]. Along with home loan of 50 lakh, I also took the insurance loan of 69400 rs. During the issuance of insurance, insurance adviser, Mr. Vivek(If i remember correctly) had told me that at the time of surrender I will not
                          have to pay remaining insurance amount left. In other words if I pay all the amount of loan(including home loan and insurance loan both) then I will get the return of remaining balance of insurance loan amount returned to me.

                          I paid the remaining amount of loan(including home loan and insurance loan both) on 31st December 2014. But now rather than returning 61000 rs approx amount to me, hdfc is returrning only 22000 rs approx. This looks very fraud business to me. Also I never got the any copy of my insurance loan. It shows that from starting there was malicious intention of doing cheat with me. Also when I ask the insurance adviser who had suggested for insurance loan, HDFC is not letting me to talk to the person. I have visited HDFC Sector 18 Noida branch but they are not ready to listen. Please help me to get my whole money back.

                                Hello, Myself Pranay Ramchandra Thate HDFC bank credit card holder. I got call from this number [protected] at 4.03 PM date 25.02.2015 said that calling from HDFC bank customer care executive. HDFC bank customer care executive start giving information about insurance policy, i said i already have other insurance policy so not needed.That executive forces me to apply for policy and used wrong word against me. Also said that if you not apply for policy we will not increase your credit card limit after 6 months.(If you not gives business to HDFC bank, HDFC bank will not help their customer.) So that's why i want to register Complaint Against HDFC Bank Customer Care Executive.

                                With great sorrow, I would like to inform you that today at 12:25 pm I had received call from a lady customer care executive of HDFC credit card deptt.She asked me rudely about non registration of email ID for linking my new hdfc card.I was quite astonished to hear her rude voice over telephone.
                                Now I've decided to surrender my Credit card if I don't get justice of that misbehaviour within 48 hours of this complaint letter.

                                  I recently applied for an ISA account at your Byculla (Mumbai) branch which was to be linked to my account number abcdefghij and this was explicitly called out in the AOF. Your CPU has gone ahead and linked my ISA account to an account that is dormant and has no functionality alive. I have spoken to my PB and as usual he is helpless, despite trying to help me. Your PU has made this error basis some 2008 AOF that I would have submitted. I liquidated an FD yesterday which was to be invested in MFs which I am not able to do now. I need the following to be sorted out now: 1. Correction to be made in the ISA linked savings account 2. Re-instation of my FD 3. Explanation on why this error got committed at all 4. Explanation on how something could be linked to a dormant account Hope you will not have a TAT of 7 days here as you would be sensitized to the fact that this is some one's hard earned money which is just be wasted coz of someone's callous attitude among your staff.

                                    This is Apurve Singh Rathore. I bought a policy from HDFC life wide policy proposal number 17120032. Its under proposal stage only and not confirmed. The policy has not been issued to me. Due to pathetic way of delays by HDFC life, I requested them to cancel the proposal on 06th February, 2015. Till date, HDFC life has not cancelled my policy and not refunded the money.
                                    HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I received a call few minutes back and the guy who was on the phone, what the hell he thinks of himself. How can he speak to me like this. He was not letting me speak even a single word. If you are working as a customer relationship manager than you should know how to speak with a customer. He was saying my address proof was not verified by the service provider (in regards to credit card) so I said I don't have much time to visit that place so can I provide you any other document as I have my Bank Account passbook with me for this address. But he was not letting me speak even a single word.
