Hi, I m Sanjay Kumar & I m the policy holder from HDFC Life last five year, actually I got your young star super policy since Five year ago & when I complete five year to continue my this policy than I went to paschim Vihar branch new Delhi to surrender my policy of 21st Jan-15, I Met your executive which name is Lokesh and get saw my all policy document, he checked status my policy from our system & told me you policy stats is in paid up and submit 60000 Rs by check or 40000 by online. But today I talked to customer care executive for asking how to make payment online, he was told me there are no requirement to submit extra mony & you can easily surrender your policy without any extra charge, I was socked that time so i want request to you kindly take action immediately your paschim Vihar brach executive for given wrong information to me, because he had waste my all working time, convince & my office work, his name is Lokesh Kumar & his mobile number is-[protected]. If you not take urgent action of this guys than I will complaint your poor & wrong service to IRDA & also will go to consumer court..

THE CASE IS THAT THEY HAVE SETTLED MY ACCOUNT IN EIGHT INSTALLEMENT
AT THAT TIME MY FINANCIAL CONDITION WAS NOT STABLE SO I REQUEST THE CONCERN HDFC REPRESENTATIVE TO ADJUST THE SAME IN EXTAR 5 EMI HE AGREE TO DO SO HIS NAME IS CHAUHDHARY FORM HDFC HEAD OFFICE
I PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT IN 13 EMI OF Rs 1, 32, 000.
NOW THIS PERSON CHAUDHARY IS ABSCONDING NOW AND HIS NUMBER IS SWITCHED OFF.
AND AFTER TWO YEARS HDFC PEOPLE AGAIN CALLING ME FOR BALANCE AMOUNT
WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS CASE??
