[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no response and bad behaviour of staff

I have a savings account in

Acc no:[protected], cud id:58053851.

I opened this account before few years (group account).

Last few months Average monthly balance charges have been debating from my account, when i asked the customer care call centre they told "your account has been updated, so you have to maintain 25000RS as minimum balance". But i never get any information from the bank regarding this account updation. so I sent my staff to ask detail for account closing, and in bank they told the account holder have to come and meet the BM, so yesterday i came from Chennai and went to bank today (27/8/18, 11.55AM). I asked about the account closing the PB authoriser Mr. Dhanashekeran ( HDFC0001006) asked me to wait 10mins then after that he asked me "you are not maintaining balance in your account", so i told i didn't get any update from bank regarding this, then he said bring all the account details in this group and give it to Mr Vinayaga Moorthy, He is not at the bank now, so u call him and come later" I told him i actually want to close the account, but he keeps telling me to bring all the other account details in the group. So I decided to close all the account in that group, and HDFC Life insurance policies.

Last year i went to this same person for opening current account, at that time he said "current account AMB is 10000 so you cant maintain that just go to some other banks out there", so I opened current account in AXIS Bank with AMB 5000 rs and in ICICI with AMB of 10000rs (for my two business)

I have:

1. Savings account & Current account in AXIS bank (UTIB[protected]AMB Rs5000)

2. Saving and OD account in SBI bank(SBIN[protected]AMB Rs:2000)

3. Current account in ICICI bank ( ICIC[protected]AMB Rs:10000)

I have not seen this type of behaviour in any of these bank.

I have already spoken with your customer care, and sent many mail to customer support but no response from your side.
