HDFC Bank — not attending the phone | |||||
I paid my tata sky bill amounting to rs 2000/- through my credit card on 17 sept 2017 at about 1.37 am. This amount has yet not been credited to my account of tatasky. On speaking to the customer care of tatasky, i was advised to obtain transaction number from my credit card bankers, which is hdfc. I have tried atleast 50 times between 1930h and 2340h today ie., 19 sept 2017. After being put on hold to wait for the executive, there was no response. This was very humiliating and reflects proffessional incompetancy. Kindly take strict disciplinary action against the concerned and intimate my transaction number at the earliest. I raised a DD on 11th September but still they did not reply back any thing still i did not get any Dispatch message but from my account the amount is deducted.

How can they deduct money without my prior intimation?
