Dear Sir / Madam, I purchase Click to protect term plan (HDFC) I Nov.2014, but due to some technical reasons from HDFC my policy wasn’t started. Please see below mail. Regards, PolicyBazaar Customer Care Team After this suddenly I got the following msg that Dear Mr. Kadam, Greetings from Policy Bazaar.com, This is regards to your HDFC term plan. As per the information available to us from the insurer, for your case risk commencement date is 14/11/2014 and the policy issued date is 04/02/2015. However, as you paid 3 months premium which was settled till January 2015. Insurer did not receive the ECS mandate hard copy the Direct Debit is not activated towards the policy and policy was lapsed as the premium due date is on 14/02/2015. Hence, we request you to pay February and March 2015 premium via other mode (Online, Cash, DD, Cheque) and submit the ECS mandate and Cancelled Cheque at any nearest HDFC Life Branch for Direct Debit activation.
