      My name is prashanth kumar.i have taken two wheeler loan in 2017 December.my all emis were cleared only cheque bounce charges are pending. For that charges they were asking 25000/_ as interest. One week back they have seized my bike also.infact they were not informed about charges till 2022 March.now they did not gave any information on seizing.on the way to my office they were seized my bike. I lost my job though I am working in zomato, now I don't have source of income and I lost my Mother also recently

      My name is G Prashanth Kumar I have taken two wheeler loans on[protected] to[protected] Loan ID:APHZHTTW05806 i cleared all EMI'S in that period I have 8 cheque bonus but I clear all EMI'S, when I paid last due Amount that time I asked collection manager also. how much Amount pay to clear all my due. then he is said sir how much amount shown in our app, that much amount you have to paid sir. In that app shown 7500.I paid 7500 at that time.after one year they have call me, he said sir you have have 26000 due. afterthat your bike is sizeing. what you said at the time? that much Amount I paid. then why can you are charged extra me. they told sir you have cheque bonus only 26000 to pay. afterthat i issue Noc otherwise your bike is sized. they informed after next day. my bike was sizeed. this not correct for your company Now I paid 18500 to releasing my bike but it is not correct to adding additional charges and cheque bonus and pently charges.all charges together are not so much.but it's not correct shows bigger amount. i want justice about this issue.

          I bought Honda activa on 8july, 2019, and I took loan of 40, 000 for the same. the money has to be repaid in 24 installments, from which I've already paid 14 installments and 10 are remaining and my issue is, I've been receiving messages from your side that my remaining loan balance is 31646rs on my loan account no. PJJLPKTW02809. and recovery guys are asking me to pay 38000 something.
          before covid, my installments were going regularly but now I'm not able to pay the amount that is being requested, I can only pay the amount that is legit and fair. this is way to much for me, due to post covid effect on me, I've gone in downfall. it's my humble request. thank you so much.

              I would like to inform you that myself Manish Chauhan & hold a loan account in your GGN branch having account number HR/GGN/KRNL/A[protected] .

              I am writing this letter to inform you that I have requested for balance transfer in last week of Feb'22 & by the mid of Mar'22 got foreclosure . Also submitted cheque on 6th Apr'22 of amount around Rs.22 lakhs to close the home loan taken from HHF . Since 6th Apr'22 continuously chasing GGN branch team but not getting any proper update/response . They will be simply said we will close by tomorrow & today even from last week no one picking the call & responding .

              Although HHF deducting EMI amount from last two months even after submitted whole loan amount, currently now i'm bearing EMI from two banks . Its been 26 days my account not closed till now, other side getting reminder for bank for registry papers .

                    I am Bandu Gangaiah, recently i have purchased a tvs bike with hinduja finance. I have paid them 20000/- rupees as down payment. After taking bike i need to pay 3400/- per month for 24 months. I have aked show room manager why i have to pay this much amount, onroad price of bile is 69000/- only, i need loan detail please let me know like that i have asked. I am not getting any respond from them.

                                  I filed an NOC regarding contract no. MPGLGW00056 by the name of Sumer Singh Thakur, Bank colony, Thatipur, Gwalior, M.P.
                                  It is going to a month since i filed my NOC request and still not get it. The reply i get from the respected office, the courier from the head office is on the way.
                                  If you forget to send it please within a day or two. If you sent it, check the courier company. I want my NOC within a day or two otherwise i am gonna file complaint to the consumer forum.

                                    सर मैंने सितंबर 2019 में हीरो होंडा का स्प्लेंडर बाइक जो पंजाब के पटियाला जिला balbera ब्रांच से लिया था, मैं खुद भारतीय सेना में नौकरी करता हूं जब मैंने मोटरसाइकिल खरीदा मैं उनको पूरे पैसे देने के लिए तैयार था पर वह बोले आप फाइनेंस करवा लो, आपको ज्यादा ब्याज नहीं लगेगा और हमारा टारगेट पूरा हो जाएगा उन्होंने मेरा रिक्वेस्ट किया और मैं उनकी बात मान कर फाइनेंस करवा लिया, उसी समय मैंने उनको मेरे भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का 3 चेक भी दिया था पैन कार्ड आधार कार्ड और फोटो भी दिया था, और 7300/- कैश भी भरा था, पर आप के कर्मचारी जिसने मेरा चेक और मेरे डोकमेंट् लिया था उसने चेक और डोकमेंट्र गुम कर दिया, जिसके चलते जो फाइनेंस का फाइल है उसमें मेरा नाम भी सही नहीं है और मेरा पता भी सही नहीं है मेरा मोबाइल नंबर भी ऐड नहीं है जो मैंने उस समय दिया था और उनकी गलती के कारण मेरे खाते से पैसा नहीं कटा, मैं अपनी ड्यूटी के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर चला गया मैंने सोचा मेरे खाते से पैसा कट रहा होगा पर आपके कर्मचारी डेढ़ महीने के बाद मेरे घर में मोटरसाइकिल उठाने के लिए आ गए मेने फोन से बताया कि आपने मेरे खाते से पैसा क्यों नहीं कांटा, उन्होंने बताया कि हमारे से आपके चेक गुम हो गए हैं कृपया आप पैसा दीजिए नहीं तो हम मोटरसाइकिल ले जाएंगे तो मैंने inselt फील करते हुए उनको फोन पे से 6200/- पैसा भेज दिया और उन्होंने बताया कि आप चेक गुम हो गए हैं आप हमको फोन पे से ही पैसा भेजते रहो, इसकी कंप्लेंट में आपकी ब्रांच जो पटियाला में है वहां पर भी गया था और कुलविंदर सिंह सर को बताया था उन्होंने भी कुछ जवाब हम को नहीं दिया और उसके बाद भारत में covid-19 के चलते लॉकडॉन लग गया तो मैंने फोन किया की मे किस्त भेज दु, आप कर्मचारी जस्सा असमानपुरिया मोबाइल नंबर-[protected] बोला कि सर अभी काम बंद है जैसे काम खुलेगा हम आपसे पैसा मंगवाते रहेंगे और अभी आपके कर्मचारी मेरे से फोन करके लगभग ₹15000 ज्यादा भरने के लिए बोला रहे है, सर मे इस केस को क्लोज करवाना चाह रहा हूं सर मेरा कोई गलती नहीं है क्योंकि मैंने चेक और डॉक्यूमेंट दिए थे आप के कर्मचारी से मेरे चेक और डॉक्यूमेंट गुम हो गए हैं जिसके चलते मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा नहीं काट पाए मैं भारतीय सेना में नौकरी करता हूं मेरे खाते में हर समय पैसे रहते हैं आपके कर्मचारियों की गलती की वजह से मुझे बहुत फाइन किया गया है मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरा पूरा fine माफ किया जाए और मैं जो बचा हुआ पैसा है पूरा एक ही बार में भर देता हूं और मेरा केस क्लोज किया जाए सर

                                    सर मैंने सितंबर 2019 में हीरो होंडा का स्प्लेंडर बाइक जो पंजाब के पटियाला जिला balbera ब्रांच से लिया था, मैं खुद भारतीय सेना में नौकरी करता हूं जब मैंने मोटरसाइकिल खरीदा मैं उनको पूरे पैसे देने के लिए तैयार था पर वह बोले आप फाइनेंस करवा लो, आपको ज्यादा ब्याज नहीं लगेगा और हमारा टारगेट पूरा हो जाएगा उन्होंने मेरा रिक्वेस्ट किया और मैं उनकी बात मान कर फाइनेंस करवा लिया, उसी समय मैंने उनको मेरे भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का 3 चेक भी दिया था पैन कार्ड आधार कार्ड और फोटो भी दिया था, और 7300/- कैश भी भरा था, पर आप के कर्मचारी जिसने मेरा चेक और मेरे डोकमेंट् लिया था उसने चेक और डोकमेंट्र गुम कर दिया, जिसके चलते जो फाइनेंस का फाइल है उसमें मेरा नाम भी सही नहीं है और मेरा पता भी सही नहीं है मेरा मोबाइल नंबर भी ऐड नहीं है जो मैंने उस समय दिया था और उनकी गलती के कारण मेरे खाते से पैसा नहीं कटा, मैं अपनी ड्यूटी के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर चला गया मैंने सोचा मेरे खाते से पैसा कट रहा होगा पर आपके कर्मचारी डेढ़ महीने के बाद मेरे घर में मोटरसाइकिल उठाने के लिए आ गए मेने फोन से बताया कि आपने मेरे खाते से पैसा क्यों नहीं कांटा, उन्होंने बताया कि हमारे से आपके चेक गुम हो गए हैं कृपया आप पैसा दीजिए नहीं तो हम मोटरसाइकिल ले जाएंगे तो मैंने inselt फील करते हुए उनको फोन पे से 6200/- पैसा भेज दिया और उन्होंने बताया कि आप चेक गुम हो गए हैं आप हमको फोन पे से ही पैसा भेजते रहो, इसकी कंप्लेंट में आपकी ब्रांच जो पटियाला में है वहां पर भी गया था और कुलविंदर सिंह सर को बताया था उन्होंने भी कुछ जवाब हम को नहीं दिया और उसके बाद भारत में covid-19 के चलते लॉकडॉन लग गया तो मैंने फोन किया की मे किस्त भेज दु, आप कर्मचारी जस्सा असमानपुरिया मोबाइल नंबर-[protected] बोला कि सर अभी काम बंद है जैसे काम खुलेगा हम आपसे पैसा मंगवाते रहेंगे और अभी आपके कर्मचारी मेरे से फोन करके लगभग ₹15000 ज्यादा भरने के लिए बोला रहे है, सर मे इस केस को क्लोज करवाना चाह रहा हूं सर मेरा कोई गलती नहीं है क्योंकि मैंने चेक और डॉक्यूमेंट दिए थे आप के कर्मचारी से मेरे चेक और डॉक्यूमेंट गुम हो गए हैं जिसके चलते मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा नहीं काट पाए मैं भारतीय सेना में नौकरी करता हूं मेरे खाते में हर समय पैसे रहते हैं आपके कर्मचारियों की गलती की वजह से मुझे बहुत फाइन किया गया है मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरा पूरा fine माफ किया जाए और मैं जो बचा हुआ पैसा है पूरा एक ही बार में भर देता हूं और मेरा केस क्लोज किया जाए सर

                                      I Sabir Ansari. Contract No-ESDUANTW03459. I have taken loan from u r company and successfully paid all my emi but now they are saying u have to pay additional mortage charge during lockdown for non payment of emi but i want to tell that i was having all amount in my account for emi u didn't debit it was u r fault even i complaint to customer care about i am providing u the details of customer care complaint detail. I would request u to wave off this charge and grant me noc without any cibil problem. Thank u
