I need proper clarification for my two wheeler loan account. my loan account was closed in the month of Dec-2021. But still ECS has been debited from my account for the last three month. I have raised complaint for this issue on 18th of Jan 2022 on Dindigul Hinduja Leyland branch office. but still I didn't get any proper responses from that office. In that office no one is taking this into consideration.

Can you please help...

They have been collected almost 5 Extra EMI payments and on time payments also given negative reports to CIBIL kindly requesting to change on time payments report in CIBIL, I have wrote complaint last time for the report they didn’t contact me and tag as resolved in the complaint.
I added picture of my Hinduja leyland finance statement and CIBIL report pics.

It’s is a fraud company I request to careful with the Hinduja leyland finance company.

Dealer have taken my vechile I went to office to clear the balance when I'm giving the money to dealer he said to go to main branch Chennai and clear the amount fully if I have full amount to take the vechile y I will prefer the HLF finance and he taken commission from my father 1000 rupees and he is taking rashly with us he said we will not give vechile do as your wish

I bought a two Wheeler from Siddhart auto Gurgaon. It's very Saddening that Mr Pankaj Kataria has been misleading people. When asked about quotation or any sort of break up I was told I will get it within an hour yet he didn't fulfill that. He was just putting random amount and said the loan is at 10%, as he wished and got my signature from ecs form and other forms. Now I have paid the whole amount to the dealer and I wish to close this loan processing and I want to get my documents. When asked upon Me Kataria said he was out of station. I visited showroom then saw him sitting there. It is really disheartening that he is been doing this for long time.
Kindly look into the matter and please make sure I m returned the documents which I signed because of him misleading. I m really by the situation and if not dealt with I might need to get legal issues.

We have taken auto loan on hinduja finance on 2012, contract number is "TNTRMY00096". Auto loan payment completed on 2016.
Got 90 days NOC.I thought loan was closed.

Now we have applied business LOAN in Bank.On Bank manager says your CIBIL score is very Low due to LOAN taken on Hinduja finance on 2012.
LOAN account not closed balance due 1, 50, 000 amount is pending.

From 2016 to till now no update/no phone call from hinduja finance regards your loan is pending.

Due to this loan problem we are suffering lot, Bussiness wise, healthwise also.

Please help to close this loan account.

Hi, I am Chandrasekar from Sembakkam, i have bought a vehicle loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance for the vehicle ( TAVERA 2012, Reg no : TN 22 CD 7497) I have paid full payment for the loan amount in 2016 itself but still now I didn’t received my NOC document and I use to visit the finance office which is located in little mount so many times but they are not responding properly. I am a 65 yrs old man and I have health issues also, so please understand my difficult situation and kindly take appropriate action.

Ridiculous service and behaviour in complete finance corporations. Even after paying all the EMI’s and request for NOC we wouldn’t get it as they promise. Usually for the NOC period is 45 days and they promised with same, but we will not neither receive any post from head office nor the clearance at the local office. We need to roam least of 10 times to get NOC and other 20 times to close the account to office repeatedly. Interesting part at Hyderabad Ranijung branch they do not have any phone service to enquiry. It’s been almost more than a year the office was shifted from one place to ranijung and the reason they still say it’s a new office we did not install phone lines. And Most great person of the office the manager would also not be there on time to office. I guess he’s using the place as his guest house. And none of them provide exact information. I don’t know how the people are even selected for those roles & designations were they doesn’t know how to even respond properly. I would rather give my opinion to then or suggest them to, leave their jobs so that the needy can get one and earn for own.

For the above contract number, loan was cleared & i had discussion with your customer care on 5th Feb 2022 regarding the NOC.
Customer care team had verified the loan details, had taken my current address to send the NOC and mentioned that they forward request to concerned team & asked me to call back after couple of days. Am trying to connect from 9th Feb 2022 to get the tracking details but no one is answering the call.

With reference to above subject installments were paid to you through ECS (Rs4790/- p.m)
Now we are receiving messages from HLF to pay Rs 1344/- as non paid amount without giving any details.

Please stop sending these messages and send clearance certificate to me at the earliest.
