Hi,
For the above contract number, loan was cleared & i had discussion with your customer care on 5th Feb 2022 regarding the NOC.
Customer care team had verified the loan details, had taken my current address to send the NOC and mentioned that they forward request to concerned team & asked me to call back after couple of days. Am trying to connect from 9th Feb 2022 to get the tracking details but no one is answering the call....

With reference to above subject installments were paid to you through ECS (Rs4790/- p.m)
Now we are receiving messages from HLF to pay Rs 1344/- as non paid amount without giving any details.

Please stop sending these messages and send clearance certificate to me at the earliest....

in my cibil report, they provide reports that each payment was paid late
