I am Priya BG, I bought a TVS WEGO from Hinduja layland finance on 27.03.2015. the vehicle registration number is KA01HK1168. I changed my mobile number. The old mobile number was[protected]. Now I changed my mobile number to [protected]. I wanted to get the NOC but unable to find loan account number. Also in my CIBIL it's showing suite filed. So please help me to clear the outstanding balance and get the CIBIL report corrected.

I had purchased a Two Wheeler through Your Finance. The Loan Account No is KABQKLTW00185 and Vehicle no-KA01HK1168. I wanted to get NOC after clearing the loan amount. But when I contacted the legal consultant Mr. Ramesh (Mob:[protected]) he told he left the job and till new legal consultant comes we should wait. Please guide us to clear the loan and get reflected in CIBIL.

Hi, I am Chandrasekar from Sembakkam, i have bought a vehicle loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance for the vehicle ( TAVERA 2012, Reg no : TN 22 CD 7497) I have paid full payment for the loan amount in 2016 itself but still now I didn’t received my NOC document and I use to visit the finance office which is located in little mount so many times but they are not responding properly. I am a 65 yrs old man and I have health issues also, so please understand my difficult situation and kindly take APPROPRIATE ACTION.

Respected sir/madam
my self suhaib i took commercial vehicle loan from hinduja leyland finance
having contract number : MHMUMWSV00897.
before lockdown all emi where paid by cheque. their person comes regularly to collect the cheque.
after lockdown no one came to collect the cheque and no one was there to contact and we call them regularly but no one was there received your calls. then suddenly in january we got a call from a person saying they cant come due to local transport issue and they provide me a app to make online payment that i paid regularly.
then from august 2021 a person came from their side came to collect the cheque for eci purpose.
i never bounce a single payment which u can check in my statement. Suddenly they are charging a big amount of 80000 extra as late payment and overdue etc. and 3 to 4 person came to compound my vehicles no. MH03CV0432.

On a scrutiny of my Equifax bureau report, I observe that the referenced account has been showing 2 negative accounts but I paid all my EMI's and it's impacting my Cibil score resolve the issue. This is hindering my ability to avail fresh loans and I would like to know what needs to be done to update the account status as CLOSED/STANDARD. I need your assistance to resolve this issue with the bureau and help me become loan eligible.

Dear sir,
i financed my two wheeler in 2018 .loan account number. KLCACTW01124 .i was financed in surya fincorp orsp;hinduja leyland . i closed the loan in 2019 as one time settlement before the loan tenure. after one week they given me the NOC certificate . in 2020 i sold my two wheeler.
now i checked my cibil the loan account still exist .the loan status currently actived cibil score is too low. it is a clerical mistake .iam requesting to solve my issue

I need proper clarification for my two wheeler loan account. my loan account was closed in the month of Dec-2021. But still ECS has been debited from my account for the last three month. I have raised complaint for this issue on 18th of Jan 2022 on Dindigul Hinduja Leyland branch office. but still I didn't get any proper responses from that office. In that office no one is taking this into consideration.
