Limited warranty is provided
on all Penta T-Pad tablet PC(s) on the following conditions:
1.
The
product purchase invoice needs to be shown to the ASC as proof of purchase of a
new product.
2.
Purchase
made from authorized channel partners.
The limited Warranty on PENTA products is not
available on any product purchased from any unauthorised source/Online web
store, primarily because its ‘newness’ and ‘ tamper-proof’ state cannot be
guaranteed by Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd (PTPL).
It is pertinent to state that major online
channels like FLIPKART, SNAPDEAL, INFIBEAM, NAAPTOL, AMAZON, SHOPCLUES etc. are not signatories to the PTPL Service
Policy and PENTA does not recognize them as authorized channel partners for
selling our products.
PENTA products come bundled with BSNL data
plans. Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (PTPL) takes no responsibility for the
activation and successful operation of the BSNL telecom plans that are bundled
with the devices free; it is merely a commercial offer for the benefit of the
prospective customers. We carry no warranty / liability for the services
offered (or lack thereof) by BSNL to the customers of PENTA products.
From the information
available with us, It seems that your product is not a fresh purchase and is a
refurbished purchase from the market.
