Today i visited Shree Ashapura Honda, nr. ANAND BAG, Rajoda, Bavla, Gujarat 382220
For my honda sp 125 servicing but no one was present at the premise. On waiting there for 15 minutes i was informed by the executive that today the workshop is closed and denied to take the bike for service... Even after having the AMC with your company I'm facing such difficulty... Kindly provide assistance...

    On 13th July 2022, while traveling from home to olavakkod railway station in the early hours of the morning, both the wheel drums of my Honda Unicorn bike bearing number KL 09 AU 2923 in my name hit the pothole in front of Chandranagar Punjab National Bank. When I approached the showroom for an insurance claim, I had a very bad experience. It's been almost a month. Service not available. Not even a year has passed since I bought the bike. The showroom says that insurance is not available. Customer service is very poor. After all these days. Have not received any kind of support or service. Information that insurance claim process should be started as soon as possible..or legal action will be taken.

      Dear Honda company, I hope that you will solve my bike related problem soon otherwise I will get it done at high level my bike sp shine 125 is in 2 years but no service center can fix my bike The bike is not able to make a pickup, once the sensor has been changed completely, yet it has become bad again and again, there is some defect in the bike, either the bike itself is the defaulter, you are requested to either change the bike or Well show the engineer because now I am upset otherwise I will make a legal complaint. Thanks

          I have activa 5g, services and replaced the battery in March, 2021 from ess ell honda service center, balliwala with 5 years warranty. The new battery was again discharged in october, 2021 were I again visited the service center. Now, currently(august, 2022) the battery is discharged and scooty can be start by kick but not by self due to battery issue. I found the worst battery replacement by ess ell honda, balliwala which is creating issues again and again. Now, I don't have time to visit your service center for battery replacement, now to my home and replace the battery or take it for service.
          Don't compel me to go in the consumer forum as battery have 5 years warranty but it 2 times discharged within 2 years of replacement.

            Unable to start my bike (KA53H 2637) after 2 days, I don't use daily my bike but twice or thrice in a week, I will use it. Whenever I need my bike It won't start for 50 kicks also. I have given my bike for servicing in KUN honda Tirupati. For all services they charged 2k, there is no change in the bike it's in the same condition, After few days I went them again and told my issue, They take my bike inside and said its ready, again after few days I am facing the same issue, Again I went KUN honda this time I complained to the manager and he said I will have to start my bike daily and should ride for 4 to 6kms, then I will not face that issue. I was totally pissed off with his answer and finally, they take my bike again they said its ready but this time also no progress.

              I got the bike serviced on 8th August 2022 at AUTOFIT MOTERWORKS, 288 LAL KUAN MB ROAD PUL PRAHLADPUR, NEW DELHI, 110044. Before service, bike speed goes up to 105Kmph but after service, it hardly goes up to 65Kmph to 70Kmph. When I tried to contact the service center regarding my issues, they told me to change the clutch plate and charging me approximately Rs1600 to Rs1700. My bike is under Warranty Period.

              I want that if my clutch plate is damaged, it should be replaced Free of cost and if there is any other issue, it should be resolved asap.

                I booked a honda dio Delux red color on 07/06/2022 and paid a token amount of 1000/- and the showroom team contacted me on 23/07/2022 for informing that vehicle is ready at the same time taken quotation for the loan process. After the loan process is done and checking with the showroom they are saying the vehicle is not available and they have not even contacted before giving it to another person, Now they are saying need to wait another 2 months to get it. Very bad experience I faced with the honda showroom and their communication is very reckless. never faced this experience with any other showroom.

                    I have done my 3 services in motoden Honda service center i have told my speedometer rpm is not working they told me your reset button rubber is broken that's why you can't get it in warranty u have to pay 3200 I told him to give me this statement in writing then he told me your dealer will solve your problem..
                    Whenever I told them my problems they every time says it's fine ..
                    But when I over my all free services then they saying your this part is over u have change this just making fool to there customer the advisor Mr chandan
                    Please give me warranty of my speedometer
                    If company don't want to give warranty to there cheap parts then please reply that Honda company making fools to people we don't give any warranty we are selling our products in the name of warranty

                      I bought an Activa125 9 month ago. And i face problem with this scooty. after some month later scooty didnot start. this problem occur when scooty 25 to 30 km driven. Everytime I go to the customer service center. They just assure me that you will not face the problem again but just after days of visiting the service center my vehicle is showing same behaviour not starting. i send you a video please check
                      the issue regarding my scooty. There is only one fee service is remaining. plzz fix this issue because in long route it off many times and didnt start but after 15 to 20 minutes this is automatically started.

                        I have Honda shine sp 125 which I brought on 17th March 2022 after my first servicing I feel that my bike was heated up quickly and I feel it when I go through the showroom the mechanic and others bike service agent told me that it was common. On all sp125 bike . And when my stand outside in rain then water were leak through the fuel cap and my bike couldn't start after mechanic repair it I can start ..and it not only 1 or 2 time..I was suffer it many times .

                        Sir i purchase the by seeing the brand Honda not by the design but I get disappointed by the response of the bike I belongs to middle class family and I have not much money to repair it time to time. If the no 1 bike company of India will not consider the manufacturing defect of the bike then where should a middle class buyer will go ..hope you will understand my pain sir. Please consider my problem and solve it I am suffering a lot I am waiting for your response .. sir please solve my problem..humble request to you sir .

                            I have purchased Honda Activa 125 last year. And the Engine has started creating issues.
                            My scooty gets OFF without any reason and that too on the main road. Last time I managed to save myself from any miss happening When I approached the service center they told me that its a part problem with the engine.
                            And I am severly disappointed with the defective part in my scooty.
                            Kindly look into the matter and give me the appropriate solution for the problem.

                              Greetings!

                              I purchased a new Honda CD110 Dream bike from JSP HONDA Anna Nagar on 07.01.2022, with vehicle no. "TN12AR3270".

                              From day one, we have been facing gear noise and clutch plate problems. I contacted the service person from JSP HONDA Anna Nagar. They said that they would clear this issue on the first service.

                              I did my first service on January 25, 2022. As promised, they didn't sort out the issue and didn't inform me about the same on the first service.

                              I did my second service on 09.07.2022. This time also, they didn't change or sort out the problem.

                              I enquired about the issue on 08.08.2022. They asked me to change the new clutch plate now and I needed to pay for that.

                              I called my local mechanic and enquired about clutch tightness, and he said if we tighten more, then the clutch plate life time will be very short. I asked about the same to your service center people; they didn’t bother to look into this issue.

                              If we need to change the clutch plate every time, like every two months or five months, then why do we need to purchase it from Honda? Why didn't you inform your customer that your clutch plate lifetime is very short at the time of purchase?

                              Is this my problem? Why didn't they solve this at the first service or second service itself?

                              When the warranty period was there, they didn't use it. Is this the way you deal with your customers?

                              I request you to take the necessary action to solve the above-mentioned problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                Hi Team,

                                My name is Nikhil Krishn N, from Trivandrum, Kerala, India. I recently bought a Honda CBR 650r (Feb 2022) from Kochi EVM showroom. The bike is great, in terms of performance, comfort, stability as per my last 6 months experience. The 2nd service is due this month.

                                But I like to highlight one downside for the machine. The CBR 650r comes with a very poor head-light, which is not at all sufficient for the roads here. Initially I thought it was a problem with the adjustment of focus. The service team helped me in checking for the same and adjusted the focus with the best setting. But still, the headlight got a very very poor spread & illumination.

                                I am a person who enjoys early morning rides. I usually go for small trips, starting 4:00Am in the morning. I already own a 2012 model CBR 250r, which is a very strong companion for my rides even now. The illumination of 250r is very much better, when compared to its bigger sibling, 650r.

                                I know that my 250r is having Halogen and 650r is having Led. But even after spending, around 12 lakhs for the new machine, I am not able to use it for my daily rides, which is very disappointing. I can understand that there are some current norms which makes the current headlight’s light intensity low. But still, as a premium customer, I wanted to hear from the Honda team, what can be done to improvise the situation.

                                Let me tell you one thing, with the current Led lighting, if I go in some poorly lighted roads, accidents can happen due to poor visibility, which can severely cause harm to the rider.

                                I hope you understood my concern. Expecting a response that can fix the current challenge.

                                This mail is not an escalation against the showroom team, as they had already helped in adjusting the focus.

                                  Hi, I had visited Pilot Honda (Authorised Service Dealer) in Byculla, Mumbai on June 09, 2022 to get servicing done for my Honda Activa. The service advisor named Mr Arjun advised me to take a servicing package costing ₹1993 for multiple services at discounted price. I agreed to it and paid ₹1993. For some reasons, I visited the service center on August 09, 2022 only to understand the service center has shut down. I'm sure the decision to shut down the center was not taken in a single day. If they were shutting down, why did they advised me to take a servicing package? Now when I called them, they are asking me to visit their Chembur branch which is approximately 20kms from my house. Are pilot Honda going to bear my petrol expenses? This is sheer case of fraud. I want my ₹1993 refund and also I demand rupees one lakh from pilot Honda for mental agony and harrasment.

                                        Dear Sir, My name is Keshav Verma And I am from Agra. My Activa no. Is UP80FQ0227. In a one and half year of span I used my Activa only 12 months rest of 6 months Activa was on service centre of Baluganj.
