Hi Team,

Greetings!

I purchased a new Honda CD110 Dream bike from JSP HONDA Anna Nagar on 07.01.2022, with vehicle no. "TN12AR3270".

From day one, we have been facing gear noise and clutch plate problems. I contacted the service person from JSP HONDA Anna Nagar. They said that they would clear this issue on the first service.

I did my first service on January 25, 2022. As promised, they didn't sort out the issue and didn't inform me about the same on the first service.

I did my second service on 09.07.2022. This time also, they didn't change or sort out the problem.

I enquired about the issue on 08.08.2022. They asked me to change the new clutch plate now and I needed to pay for that.

I called my local mechanic and enquired about clutch tightness, and he said if we tighten more, then the clutch plate life time will be very short. I asked about the same to your service center people; they didn’t bother to look into this issue.

If we need to change the clutch plate every time, like every two months or five months, then why do we need to purchase it from Honda? Why didn't you inform your customer that your clutch plate lifetime is very short at the time of purchase?

Is this my problem? Why didn't they solve this at the first service or second service itself?

When the warranty period was there, they didn't use it. Is this the way you deal with your customers?

I request you to take the necessary action to solve the above-mentioned problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Hi Team,

    My name is Nikhil Krishn N, from Trivandrum, Kerala, India. I recently bought a Honda CBR 650r (Feb 2022) from Kochi EVM showroom. The bike is great, in terms of performance, comfort, stability as per my last 6 months experience. The 2nd service is due this month.

    But I like to highlight one downside for the machine. The CBR 650r comes with a very poor head-light, which is not at all sufficient for the roads here. Initially I thought it was a problem with the adjustment of focus. The service team helped me in checking for the same and adjusted the focus with the best setting. But still, the headlight got a very very poor spread & illumination.

    I am a person who enjoys early morning rides. I usually go for small trips, starting 4:00Am in the morning. I already own a 2012 model CBR 250r, which is a very strong companion for my rides even now. The illumination of 250r is very much better, when compared to its bigger sibling, 650r.

    I know that my 250r is having Halogen and 650r is having Led. But even after spending, around 12 lakhs for the new machine, I am not able to use it for my daily rides, which is very disappointing. I can understand that there are some current norms which makes the current headlight’s light intensity low. But still, as a premium customer, I wanted to hear from the Honda team, what can be done to improvise the situation.

    Let me tell you one thing, with the current Led lighting, if I go in some poorly lighted roads, accidents can happen due to poor visibility, which can severely cause harm to the rider.

    I hope you understood my concern. Expecting a response that can fix the current challenge.

    Note:

    This mail is not an escalation against the showroom team, as they had already helped in adjusting the focus.

      Hi, I had visited Pilot Honda (Authorised Service Dealer) in Byculla, Mumbai on June 09, 2022 to get servicing done for my Honda Activa. The service advisor named Mr Arjun advised me to take a servicing package costing ₹1993 for multiple services at discounted price. I agreed to it and paid ₹1993. For some reasons, I visited the service center on August 09, 2022 only to understand the service center has shut down. I'm sure the decision to shut down the center was not taken in a single day. If they were shutting down, why did they advised me to take a servicing package? Now when I called them, they are asking me to visit their Chembur branch which is approximately 20kms from my house. Are pilot Honda going to bear my petrol expenses? This is sheer case of fraud. I want my ₹1993 refund and also I demand rupees one lakh from pilot Honda for mental agony and harrasment.

            Dear Sir, My name is Keshav Verma And I am from Agra. My Activa no. Is UP80FQ0227. In a one and half year of span I used my Activa only 12 months rest of 6 months Activa was on service centre of Baluganj. Now My Activa is on service centre and problem is head part of Activa whose cost is 41 rupees only. Please I request you to that please provide my Activa as soon as possible.

                  My vehicle mh12ue5450 has faulty battery. B u bhandaari and Honda customer care mentally harassing me last two days. They have taken my vehicle. Neither fixing and not returning back. I am frustrated and feeling very low due to misbehave of service center and customer care. I have received vehicle with manufacture defect and they know so harassing me to hide the fault

                    Very sad and unhappy to tell you that i have bought one honda activa from AryanHonda Showroom located at court road Amritsar one year

                    I am facing some noise problem in the activa and tried calling the concern person in the showroom but not getting any response and even not picking up by phone call.

                    Very unhappy with the services of honda even for the new activa purchased.

                      Start button not operating properly, lock sencor also giving problem, not starting a vehical at a once, in service center parts are not avaliable since 1 month. Service center persons telling we have already 30+ bikes are standing in front of service center because of shortage of parts since 1 month, and not giving answers properly.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I have purchased Honda Unicorn last year Jul-2021 (MH18BU8359).
                        I am facing problem for engine oil leakage issue from one month.
                        Since last one month your authorized service dealer(M/s Ganan Honda, Kharadi Pune) had several activities, but issue not resolved.

                        Now they are saying need to change engine cylinder head. This is manufacturing/quality defect of engine, as there is with running of 2590kms. and less than one year. There is requirement of dismantling of engine and replacement of cylinder head.

                        Dismantling of cylinder head with such a short time is not acceptable to me.

                        Please replace the engine on top priority basis, as this is engine manufacturing fault.

                        I am struggling to get response since long time over mail. Please response

                        Awaiting for my refund amount against charged for labor charge. Almost one week is gone, still your dealer(Gagan Honda, Kharadi Pune) doesn't given proper answer to me. Dealer is not picking my phone calls and not given any feedback for refund the amount. How many days are required for refund the amount?.

                          Dear honda,
                          I had bought a two wheeler scooter from a dealer name moonka Honda the model name is activa 125 in the mith of October 2021 it is 9 months old. I have faced a lot of problem due to this product at first it creating problem with self start along with kick start. After that I made contact with the dealer they told to talk to mechanic spent 300 rupees for the check up and the reason for the problem is battery they charged it and told it won't cause any problem but again today it caused problem the same one.
                          Please look into my issue since I have bought that scooter for 98000 and no money comes from tree please resolve the issue so that it won't cause any problem.

                            This is to inform you that unfortunately I had purchased a vehicle Activa from your dealer shymas at cherthala on September 1week2021. I very sorry say iam mentally financially disappointed for this darmed vehicle of your. On the delivery time it was too daley, on the service side too delay, after the every single service, even water service also iam not at all satisfied with the work. In every sing day the vehicle had several problem like, puncher, rim was broken by one month, central stand also brokened, engine busted, when the vehicle is moving it's makes large noice, yesterday on the Ernakulam junction the was stoped suddenly no responses. On that day I had Loss of pay at my work and it's regular also.It had just less than one year I had purchased. Al right I had done the whole services and maintenance with your cherthala team, I can't take it any more. I need to clear or exchange the vehicle immediately or other wise I will complain to the Court surly. Iam also working at two Wheeler loan. This is not just my request it's my warning I will definitely post and details in all social media, and news channel, against you definitely. But iam still waiting for your immediate respond Sir, Madam

                              I met with an accident last month while driving my Activa 6G. So, for repairing I claim my insurance and get the work done. I gave my scooter for 10 days to the showroom for repair and they did denting and painting of my scooter okay okay type. But the major thing where I am very dissatisfied is Tendon cover work (Upper back fiber cover of tail lamp). They did not fix the body of the scooter properly. Now due to my job I got transfer to Nashik location and when I noticed that body fitting then I went to showroom in Nashik (Khushi Honda Service Center Nashik) then I came to know that the clips of that fiber cover are broken and which is done by mechanic of Arihant Honda Service Center Aurangabad. When we met with an accident at that time the complete body of the scooter was in good condition. The metal body on the right side was just flatten and few scratches were on the scooter. But this clip was broken by the mechanic and the person who was in contact with me was Pramod ([protected]). When I was taking delivery he was saying everything is good you just take your scooter on my trust. I even asked him about my petrol opener which was going hard. But he said even it is good if it is fit. Petrol does not get out of it. So, now what should I do? I just completed 1 years by buying my scooter and now it is in this condition.

                              When I got a call from Airhant Honda, Aurangabad (Person Name: Kishor Kumar) he said give us option to resolve your issue. But I said now I am in Nashik and I can bring my vehicle at Nashik service center. Then he said please visit to Nashik honda service center and call us but today dated 01st Aug. 2022 when I went to service center in Nashik then Kishor Kumar is completely denying for that which he said on previous call. He is saying that I did not ask you to bring your vehicle at this service center. Even though I asked him to speak with Service Manager of Nashik service center. He also spoke with him and he said to this manager that keep vehicle with you for few days and do something with this or alter this part and return this vehicle to the customer or claim in the insurance on your level. But I am completely denying to claim in the insurance and also not ready to keep my vehicle in showroom for 1/2 days. Because to change this part they need only 15 min maximum.

                              Honda, now give me the option what should I do?

                                      Vehicle not running...it's clutch plate not working properly...and gear not shift on the running condition...this is very bad loss for me...this is a new vehicle and in the 1 month this problem is appear...i want to solve this problem shortly with guarantee period...I don't pay any payment for this issues...

                                        I was a proud costumer of honda so I recomended honda vehicles for my friends and family. But now I lost my faith on honda. One of my relative bought a new Honda Activa 6g on last month. when he purchase the vehicle at that time onwards he is in the service centre. Atleast 6 times in a month he visited the ktc honda showroom badagara, Kozhikode, Kerala, india show room for his seat lock problem solution but they didn't clear the issue .at last I registered a complaint at district head office of ktc honda Kozhikode.then they sent a new lock assembly to vadakara show room for replacing the lock assembly and the Kozhikode manager contacted me your lock is ready please visit vadakara show room.but the vadakara show room peoples behaviour is very rude. They didn't replace it . Again I contacted the higher authority. Atlast they changed it. But then also they played cheap drama. Instead of new lock they repair the lock with an old spring that not matching to the vehicle and the make it artificially fit. They cheated without any dignity.now also the lock is not working . One of his helmet is theft because of this issue.He is not an experience one to sent mail that's why I sent it . Now he is trying to sell the Activa to buy an other company scooty due to the bad behaviour of ktc honda dealer. please take an immediate action to resolve the problem and I also attatched the photo of lock for your reference
