    I have purchased Honda CB Shine from Shoolini Honda Solan's outlet branch Shimla, which was registered on dated 11.08.2020 at RTO Shimla.
    On dated 04.08.2022 when i was on the way to my native village, approximately at 8.00 PM my bike was suddenly stop working . Then in emeregecy I call a local mechanic, but he could not resolve my problem. Next day I brought my bike to my nearest service center located at Shimla. My problem could not be resolved at Shimla service center. Then they send my bike to Shoolini Honda Solan.
    I have called so many times and not received any positive response from Solan till date. They told me that there is a problem in ECM system of my bike and ECM system is not available in Honda Company.
    I get frustrated and suffered a lot since a long time. I thought Honda company is a reliable and provide good service for their customer but I was totally wrong, I was served by a pathetic service.

      Some Mishap was happened on 9th Sept 2022 and had requested Roadside assitance, till today i. e. 11th sept 2022 evening, roadside assistance wasnt provided. No proper answer or any kind of communicatiom happened from Honda dealership/service centre side if any sets back or so. Calls were not answered and no prompt action taken. Had to visit the showroom
      for communication and update.Disappointing service. Roadside assitance can be any urgent case but seriousness shown. Inappropriate

        My unicorn 150bike purchased 2019.And few months running the back tire unevenly wear and also right side front shock absorber some extra vibration during running. And told this issue to advika honda in hosur service department.He analysed, this is tyre problem.Two or more times tikd service centre. Don't response. My experience front right shock absorber failure at the time of delivery. Please confirm product quality of child if function r not at time of delivey.This is fair one. Please reply. And give explanation.

          The accident of my bike happened on the morning of 30/07/2022. I took the bike to the showroom at 4:00 pm on the same day to claim the insurance. After that showroom staff took the details from me, and said that you will get the bike in 20 to 25 days. But today is 10/09/2022, after 42 days showroom staff still saying that your bike is not made yet. When I asked him the reason why my bike has not been made yet, Then he again asked me come after 10 days later. When I talked about complaining for this delay He said me that whoever you wants to speak, you can speak I will see them. Then also misbehaved with my younger brother.

            My scooter’s central stand is not working and for this I had visited the Honda showroom 2 times but my complaint is unresolved yet rather than they made excuses to repair it from some other place and both the times they made me wait 2-3 hours just to say no that we can’t resolve your problem.very pathetic customer service of your showroom m/s Sohan lal and sons chandausi distt Sambhal Uttar Pradesh pin 244412 .zero point for customer service

                  We have given our bike for repair and its almost a week ago til now its not rectified and u they r teling today tmrw stories and spare parts not available. wen we hav eprblm u they want to help us and say insurance is ended. the insurance shows it till 2025 and u they say its ended how cum this works.                     This is to bring to your kind attention that I have purchased a Honda Dream Yuga bike in 2013, Vehicle No. TN 30 AS 4694. Since then the bike is being serviced at your authorised service centre only. This time on 26th Aug-2022 my bike suddenly stopped while running and could not be started.I have given it to service stating the condition of the bike @ The Triummph Enterprises, 390/73-A, Cherry Road, Hasthampatty, Salem -7.

                    After 5 days, the bike was delivered after service on 30th Aug22. Within a day with the same complaint, the bike stopped intermittently and on request, the service personnel from the above service centre took my bike to attend to the complaint. Till today the service centre is telling that the required spare is not available and placed order for the same and on receipt of the spare, the bike will be attended and delivered. It is already more than 13 days, the bike is not with me. How many days should I wait to get my bike repaired. Kindly intervene in this matter and do the needful. Thank you

                      Hi,

                      I gave my Activa for regular Servicing on Monday 5th September 2022 to Vihari Honda(Bhavanipuram) branch, and it was mentioned that it would be done by 6PM on the same day. But it's been 2 days and they're unable to do a regular servicing even after 3 days. For each follow-up they're cooking up some stories and delaying the delivery. Such a pathetic service you have in Vijayawada. Never seen such an useless & pathetic service. Please look into this else you will loose customers going forward.

                      Finally, received my 2 wheeler after close follow-ups and as expected they performed the WORST job. In general we expect after service the Scooty should work better than earlier. but here in my case they spoiled the Rear Light Lamp completely & front tyre dome. I regret choosing Vihari Honda service centre.

                      Also when they don't have man power they should communicate it to the Customers upfront instead of wasting our time but wondering how an authorized service centre running in a tier 2 city without having proper equipment & man power

                              My name is Sirazuddin Basha and I purchased Honda Dio scooter (Invoice no: TN01BB0421S00301) on 03-March-2022 at "Lodha Motors, No.784/6 GST ROAD KADAPERI, Tambaram-600045".

                              Reason for Complaint:
                              When went to Purchase I mention clearly to provide new manufactured 2022 model because this was a first gift to my wife(First Vehicle) and Sales person (Name: Bhuvana) assured me they sold the only new vehicle right now (Which all stocks are 2022 MFG models) and old vehicles are already sold out now.
                              After taking vehicle delivery all invoice and other papers are okay and I thought it was 2022 model Scooter.

                              When I Identify:
                              Vehicle RC receiving as per the Show room notice board is one month post delivery, But in my case I didn't Receive my RC after 50 days also. When I check show room physically attending they told previous papers have mistake due to that RC got rejected and I need to resubmit details again. So right away I re-summited proofs. After 1 month I receive my RC and when I cross check I found "Month & Yr. of Mfg. is 09/2021". Literally, I Shocked and went to correct the details in RC. But Shocking they telling as per the records this a 2021 vehicle and no need to correct the RC.
                              When I try to convey that when I purchase the vehicle I told need new 2022 model vehicle. But they are telling you to check all the papers before taking the deliver like that they put all blame on me. No sentimental value over the customers. I need justification for this. Could you please route to correct person regarding this Fraud selling on Lodha motors and try to resolve my issue.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I bought Honda Shine BSIV on 11/09/2019 from Yug Honda & purchased 3years of extended warranty (Total 5years warranty). During delivery itself Dealership guys mentioned wrong address in RC even after submitting correct details & they are very casual. Nobody answered for that. I used to service my bike in the same service center from where I purchased even though it's 30kms far away from my house. From the day 1 I faced speedo meter fluctuation issue & vehicle vibration after 60kmph speed, which was not resolved by service centre. They are not able to identify the problem. Even after several phone calls & mails to Honda Customer care, no body responded & even I won't get any reply or call back from them. After 1st service new problem came. There is a noise from Front whenever we are crossing speed breaker or going on rough roads. Same was informed during 2nd, 3rd free services which was not rectified. Then moved to near by service center i.e., Om Wheels Honda. Here this is different. Every time after service, I need to visit service center again for new issues to resolve. In Honda Service center they don't deal with Warranty as they don't give warranty for any part. Even I replaced my Battery with payment even within 15 months as they told that Battery warranty is for 1 year only. Inspite in manual it's mentioned that Battery warranty is for 18 months to 21 months. In this service center also I complained about front noise & they put papers in between head lamp & doom & told it was rectified. Due to papers now there is a huge gap in between head lamp & doom which looks ugly. After service I found oil leakage & they rectified after visiting service center again. In last to last service I complained about vehicle not able to accelerate in 1st gear or initial movement. Once they didn't do anything. 2nd time they rectified the problem, but new problem started like fuel cock stopped working. In last service I complained about this & old complaint of front noise and handed over byke at 9:30 am. At 2:30 pm I got call from technician & he told like he got vehicle to service at 2:15 & spark plug & air filter need to be replaced & he assured me that he will rectify the said problems. I told to proceed for replacement. At 3:30pm I got one more call from reception that my byke is ready & asking to come for delivery. When I went there at 4pm, none of the complaint was rectified & technician is telling that he assumed the complaints & did some other checks & not the actual ones. After sitting there for 2 hours again, they replaced fuel cock & told that front shocks need to be repaired for front noise problem & they are telling it will not come under warranty & also telling that there is a problem in shocks even in new vehicles also. They are not able to give warranty for Battery, Signal lamp initially in 1st service, fuel cock even shock absorbers.
                                When I complain the same to Honda customer care, I am just getting acknowledgement & nothing more than that. I am attaching screenshots of the acknowledgements which I got till now. I am requesting you to please arrange a call back from Honda team & try to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                  I have I have purchased a honda 6g from KUN honda tirupati on july 4th, we have noticed that the fitting under the mat is not good at all and they have hid the fitting under the mat at the time of the purchase.

                                  when I found out it 10 days back, I asked them, both the sales agent who sold me and the manager of the service place are rude and rejected to replace or fix it.

                                  I am very disappointed and sad that I didn't got any resolution and depressed that all my savings are put up in this defect bike.

                                  I need justice on this and I am in depression due to this.

                                    I have raised complaint to Honda two wheelers custom care on 12/8/22, mean while two times contacted them for resolve, no action taken yet for my query. Please find above CC Ticket number for the reference.

                                    I have 1+3 years engine waranty program for my Unicorn bike hence I'm elegible for free of cost spare, I have requested to replace the RPM meter, service center delayed 70 days still no improvement.

                                    My complaint as follows:

                                    I wish to inform you that I have done regular bike service on 08/02/2022 (REGISTRATION NUMBER :TN 23 CS 4212)
                                    at M/s.Shabeel Motors Pvt. Ltd, Kanchipuram, Padappai branch, Chennai. Bike delivery taken on 09/02/2022 during my travel I have witnessed RPM meter not functioned and I have intimated to service person same day. After two days I went to Padappai honda service station and they told me to get service from M/s.Shabeel at mudichur branch - Chennai branch since they are having hole service set up.

                                    I have done next service at M/s.Shabeel - Mudichur branch on 01/06/2022 and informed them to rectify the RPM meter along with general service, same day evening they informed me that RPM meter has to be replaced.They given assurance to arrange RPM meter and raised intent for that, I have intimated to them I have 1+3 years Engine waranty and they accept to provide the RPM meter in free of cost and they accept.

                                    After 65 days, continuous follow up through SMS, Whatsapp, Voice call to Mr. Surya service manager called me to bring bike for RPM meter replacement on 08/08/2022, I hand over the bike to service person, very next day Mr. Surya service manager informing me RPM meter charges have to pay, i said I'm have waranty why i need to pay. Even he is not bring RPM meter till date, he is deliberately doing this. He told me that If I agree with payment for RPM meter then only he will arrange the spare.

                                    He dragged the purchase arrangement upto 65 days, and now he trying to hide his delay and avoid me to get the service. I disappointed lot for this kind of attitude by the service manager.

                                    Hence I request you to kindly intervene and sort out this issues and provide RPM meter in free of cost sine I have 1+3 years Engine waranty.

                                    Please do the needful.

                                    Shabeel honda mudichur chennai customer care person contact me and informed due to water dropped through trip meter switch, the RPM meter got repair.

                                    I will not accept this reason, because this is mechanism fault. Why they are not taken care for trip meter switch protection. As a customer we have to run the bike all the seasons, not only for summer. Even iam doing water service in Honda service center only, due to service center persons only this RPM meter got repair

                                    Hence I request Honda two wheeler India has to involve and sort out this issue. Since I have 1+3 years warranty this RPM meter has to be fixed in free of cost

                                      I have Honda sp125 bs6. I got my bike serviced on 28/08/2022 at Jai Ambey Honda Service Behror 301701. My bike had 4th service at 18000 km. They have only changed the oil. they didn't check brake shoe or oil filter. Now the bike chain is making a very loud sound.

                                        Honda sp 125- This bike have gear shifting problem. So Honda recall all the bikes please resolve the issue.
