Hi,

My name is Sirazuddin Basha and I purchased Honda Dio scooter (Invoice no: TN01BB0421S00301) on 03-March-2022 at "Lodha Motors, No.784/6 GST ROAD KADAPERI, Tambaram-600045".

Reason for Complaint:
When went to Purchase I mention clearly to provide new manufactured 2022 model because this was a first gift to my wife(First Vehicle) and Sales person (Name: Bhuvana) assured me they sold the only new vehicle right now (Which all stocks are 2022 MFG models) and old vehicles are already sold out now.
After taking vehicle delivery all invoice and other papers are okay and I thought it was 2022 model Scooter.

When I Identify:
Vehicle RC receiving as per the Show room notice board is one month post delivery, But in my case I didn't Receive my RC after 50 days also. When I check show room physically attending they told previous papers have mistake due to that RC got rejected and I need to resubmit details again. So right away I re-summited proofs. After 1 month I receive my RC and when I cross check I found "Month & Yr. of Mfg. is 09/2021". Literally, I Shocked and went to correct the details in RC. But Shocking they telling as per the records this a 2021 vehicle and no need to correct the RC.
When I try to convey that when I purchase the vehicle I told need new 2022 model vehicle. But they are telling you to check all the papers before taking the deliver like that they put all blame on me. No sentimental value over the customers. I need justification for this. Could you please route to correct person regarding this Fraud selling on Lodha motors and try to resolve my issue.

    Dear Sir,
    I bought Honda Shine BSIV on 11/09/2019 from Yug Honda & purchased 3years of extended warranty (Total 5years warranty). During delivery itself Dealership guys mentioned wrong address in RC even after submitting correct details & they are very casual. Nobody answered for that. I used to service my bike in the same service center from where I purchased even though it's 30kms far away from my house. From the day 1 I faced speedo meter fluctuation issue & vehicle vibration after 60kmph speed, which was not resolved by service centre. They are not able to identify the problem. Even after several phone calls & mails to Honda Customer care, no body responded & even I won't get any reply or call back from them. After 1st service new problem came. There is a noise from Front whenever we are crossing speed breaker or going on rough roads. Same was informed during 2nd, 3rd free services which was not rectified. Then moved to near by service center i.e., Om Wheels Honda. Here this is different. Every time after service, I need to visit service center again for new issues to resolve. In Honda Service center they don't deal with Warranty as they don't give warranty for any part. Even I replaced my Battery with payment even within 15 months as they told that Battery warranty is for 1 year only. Inspite in manual it's mentioned that Battery warranty is for 18 months to 21 months. In this service center also I complained about front noise & they put papers in between head lamp & doom & told it was rectified. Due to papers now there is a huge gap in between head lamp & doom which looks ugly. After service I found oil leakage & they rectified after visiting service center again. In last to last service I complained about vehicle not able to accelerate in 1st gear or initial movement. Once they didn't do anything. 2nd time they rectified the problem, but new problem started like fuel cock stopped working. In last service I complained about this & old complaint of front noise and handed over byke at 9:30 am. At 2:30 pm I got call from technician & he told like he got vehicle to service at 2:15 & spark plug & air filter need to be replaced & he assured me that he will rectify the said problems. I told to proceed for replacement. At 3:30pm I got one more call from reception that my byke is ready & asking to come for delivery. When I went there at 4pm, none of the complaint was rectified & technician is telling that he assumed the complaints & did some other checks & not the actual ones. After sitting there for 2 hours again, they replaced fuel cock & told that front shocks need to be repaired for front noise problem & they are telling it will not come under warranty & also telling that there is a problem in shocks even in new vehicles also. They are not able to give warranty for Battery, Signal lamp initially in 1st service, fuel cock even shock absorbers.
    When I complain the same to Honda customer care, I am just getting acknowledgement & nothing more than that. I am attaching screenshots of the acknowledgements which I got till now. I am requesting you to please arrange a call back from Honda team & try to resolve my issue at the earliest.

      I have I have purchased a honda 6g from KUN honda tirupati on july 4th, we have noticed that the fitting under the mat is not good at all and they have hid the fitting under the mat at the time of the purchase.

      when I found out it 10 days back, I asked them, both the sales agent who sold me and the manager of the service place are rude and rejected to replace or fix it.

      I am very disappointed and sad that I didn't got any resolution and depressed that all my savings are put up in this defect bike.

      I need justice on this and I am in depression due to this.

        I have raised complaint to Honda two wheelers custom care on 12/8/22, mean while two times contacted them for resolve, no action taken yet for my query. Please find above CC Ticket number for the reference.

        I have 1+3 years engine waranty program for my Unicorn bike hence I'm elegible for free of cost spare, I have requested to replace the RPM meter, service center delayed 70 days still no improvement.

        My complaint as follows:

        I wish to inform you that I have done regular bike service on 08/02/2022 (REGISTRATION NUMBER :TN 23 CS 4212)
        at M/s.Shabeel Motors Pvt. Ltd, Kanchipuram, Padappai branch, Chennai. Bike delivery taken on 09/02/2022 during my travel I have witnessed RPM meter not functioned and I have intimated to service person same day. After two days I went to Padappai honda service station and they told me to get service from M/s.Shabeel at mudichur branch - Chennai branch since they are having hole service set up.

        I have done next service at M/s.Shabeel - Mudichur branch on 01/06/2022 and informed them to rectify the RPM meter along with general service, same day evening they informed me that RPM meter has to be replaced.They given assurance to arrange RPM meter and raised intent for that, I have intimated to them I have 1+3 years Engine waranty and they accept to provide the RPM meter in free of cost and they accept.

        After 65 days, continuous follow up through SMS, Whatsapp, Voice call to Mr. Surya service manager called me to bring bike for RPM meter replacement on 08/08/2022, I hand over the bike to service person, very next day Mr. Surya service manager informing me RPM meter charges have to pay, i said I'm have waranty why i need to pay. Even he is not bring RPM meter till date, he is deliberately doing this. He told me that If I agree with payment for RPM meter then only he will arrange the spare.

        He dragged the purchase arrangement upto 65 days, and now he trying to hide his delay and avoid me to get the service. I disappointed lot for this kind of attitude by the service manager.

        Hence I request you to kindly intervene and sort out this issues and provide RPM meter in free of cost sine I have 1+3 years Engine waranty.

        Please do the needful.

        Shabeel honda mudichur chennai customer care person contact me and informed due to water dropped through trip meter switch, the RPM meter got repair.

        I will not accept this reason, because this is mechanism fault. Why they are not taken care for trip meter switch protection. As a customer we have to run the bike all the seasons, not only for summer. Even iam doing water service in Honda service center only, due to service center persons only this RPM meter got repair

        Hence I request Honda two wheeler India has to involve and sort out this issue. Since I have 1+3 years warranty this RPM meter has to be fixed in free of cost

          I have Honda sp125 bs6. I got my bike serviced on 28/08/2022 at Jai Ambey Honda Service Behror 301701. My bike had 4th service at 18000 km. They have only changed the oil. they didn't check brake shoe or oil filter. Now the bike chain is making a very loud sound.

            Honda sp 125- This bike have gear shifting problem. So Honda recall all the bikes please resolve the issue.

              I had purchased Activa 6G in the month of Jun 2022. (Regd No. MH27DF9594) After first service, there is started a problem in it. It suddenly stop the engine and not start by push button or self start. I hv shown it to shaan honda July 2022. They temporary made same changes but issue not resolved. I again handovered the activa to shaan honda on 24.08.2022 and todays date is 01/09/2022. still the moped in showroom. Its worst service by the company that they are not providing part of the moped. I have shown a video that time my little daughter was with me and above activa 6g got problem raised in night on deserted road. In the night i had to dropped vehicle and took taxi.

                  Dear Team

                  Greetings...

                  My name is Raihan Suresh Telore. I am residing at Vikhroli east Mumbai, I have an issue regarding my Honda unicorn BS6 2020 December modal battery/ self start issue due to battery charger. I have done regular service at Venetian Honda service center which is located at Nagpada Mumbai Maharashtra 400008 Also I have extended my vehicle warranty for +03 years from the service center.

                  The said issue happened at 01st time in December 2021 at that time your service center people have replaced my vehicle battery after my long follow ups with the Venation Honda service center. I am very worried about this kind of issue and I have demanded for vehicle replacement due to the issue happening within a year but the manager on duty Mr javed (Venetian Honda service center) assured me that due to faulty battery the issue has happened and now the issue has been resolved.

                  After replacing the faulty battery within 06 months i have facing the same issue regarding the same i have done telephonic conversation with the service center manager Mr. Nazim and visited the Venation Honda service center which is located at Nagpada Mumbai, at dated 31st July 2022 i meet the senior manager Mr. Salim and explain the said issue to him, as per his suggestion i left my vehicle at service center for under observation.
                  At dated 02.08.2022 i have received a call from service center that your issue has been resolved you come and collect your vehicle, also as per manager Mr. Salim suggestion i have done my bike service before the service kilometers done. After 03 days again i have face the same issue (battery/ self start) on 06.08.2022, i have made a video of said issue and sanded to service center manager Mr. Nazim also informs him the same.
                  At dated 07.08.2022 i have called service center manager Mr. Nazim as per him the said issue has happened due to faulty battery charger and we have place the order at our store which is located at Kandivali Mumbai it will received within 03 to 04 days, once we received we can replace the same.
                  On the said date till the time i am taking continues follow up with the service center manager Mr. Nazim & Senior manager Mr. Salim regarding the same but still they state that due to unavailability of part at store we are not able to replace the same. Also I have complained about the said issue to technical manager Mr Sagar but still no response and now he is on leave.

                  I am very disappointed about the service which i have received from Honda service center, due to battery charger issue i am not able to ride my bike for almost 01 month. The thing is that due to battery issues the vehicle has a power off issue during running and once it stops after making 09 to 10 kick start the vehicle is going to start.

                  Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.

                    Greetings.
                    Executive at service center was demanding money for parts that us under warranty and was saying gear box is not under the warranty and after so many discussion he got ready to change the part, now, Its been 3 days and still they are giving excuse like part is not available any where.
                    It is not good significant from Honda service.
                    I am not getting the satisfactory service for that i already have been paid.
                    Very disappointing service from Honda 2 wheelers.

                    Kindly look into the matter.

                      I have bought a new motor bike Honda cb shine black on 08/01/2021 (Model Name: CB SHINE DISK BS 4, CH NO: ME4JC856MLD095392, ENGINE NO.JC85ED0266715)from Vihaan Honda Airoli Showroom (shop No 13/14/15, plot no 36/37, Swami Samarth Complex, Sector 9, Airoli, Navi Mumbai-400708). However, they sold me a defective bike, it stopped working in one month, it completely stopped working. Not even kick start is working no light no side indicator no fuel indicator and sometimes no horn so. We are facing same issue even after one year
                      Had contacted with showroom as well as service center multiple times in last one year but everytime they told us it is a battery issue and they replaced the battery every time, but still we are facing same problem with bike.
                      We told them it is not just a battery issue, maybe it is an engine issue but we haven't received any satisfactory solution yet.
                      It is my humble request to you to refund my 84559rs and take my bike back or just change and provide me with a new bike.

                        i am a serviing indian army officer posted in haldwani (uttarakhand)
                        i purchased honda hness cb350 on 26 aug 2021 from shree balaji motors, haldwani
                        the motorcycle has run 3017 kms
                        since more than 1 month the honda motorcycle has starting problem. i gave the motorcycle to shree balaji motors, haldwani to look into the problem almost 2 weeks ago.
                        i recd the honda hness cb350 yesterday on 28 aug 2022. please see attached tax invoice.
                        yesterday when i took the motorcycle from the authorised honda service centre to the market the same persistent problem resurfaced. the motorcycle didn't start. i called up the honda service centre in haldwani
                        somehow after 2-3 harrowing hrs of trying, it somehow started & i gave the honda back to the authorised honda service centre here in haldwani - the same day i collected it after almost 2 weeks
                        request plese resolve the issue.
                        i would want a refund of my money for which i bought this honda hness cb350 else replace it with another similar motorcycle.

                          I want to complaint about the service center of yours as few days back I gave my bike to the service center of sai point mumbra shilphata, This guys took almost 2weeks and still haven't made the service properly... Due to which my brother has made with an sever accident and now we are going to logged a FIR for the same on your service center.. This is not the way you should treat your customers when he went back for the complain those people at your counter were extremely rude even with me and my brother... Pathetic experience I have faced till date. Who is responsible for the this you guys have to answer and take the proper responsibility of giving services of bikes when given to service center...

                            I want to file a case against honda company that ever since i got the bike it is getting pickup or meter issue but no service center is able to fix it and i have spent a lot of money on it for getting new bike. Despite and still my bike is at the service center but nothing is updated since 10 days and the cost of 4 to 5 thousand is telling, some fault is going on in the bike very much and once the meter is changed Even after it has gone bad, I hope that you take action against the company and the service center as soon as possible. Thank you

                              I have baught a new bike Honda unicorn before 7 month and it is in under warranty and now my speedometer rpm is not working and the motode. Honda service center is not providing me warranty on that parts
                              Don't know why, but they are making accuses that your reset button rubber is broken
                              Pls help me

                                I am from Karnataka State Bagalkot district RABAKAVI -Banahatti Thaluk last 7 months back I bought Honda Activa 110 scooter from shankutal Honda showroom Gokak Doddappagol Motors (Honda Showroom) and I asked them for number plate after two months of bought my scooter they next week it will be their we will call and you come and fix it they told next i went to their again they sorry next week pakka again same this kind of they telling and daily i am to my office work daily police officer are stopping me fining so please you only tell what shall one are other problem they are telling.Now just few i called to the owner of that showroom he network issu is their in RTO office so call me some other time or i will call these are the reason of this dealers. I believe that you rectify regarding this issue within 2days if definitely I will take further action. Iam very sorry to say this last line because I am fed-up with it..

                                  Helo I am an honda user I face problem on my Honda hornet 2.0 bike and I give the service centre for solve it .this is an problem that I tell till from my first service then also they r not solved after that I give my vehicle two weeks for solve the problem then now also it doest get solved .and I am very sorry to say that your service was bad ...I have strong reason to say that because at first time I give it for solve problem at that time they tell it's the problem of air filter and they replace it after the replacement also it not solved then they tell it is the problem of injector so i said you put it on warranty and solve it they tell they can't give warranty at that time we shout so they said we will look then i keep vehicle for more than two week and I ask them did you replace the injector at that time they tell that sry sir it's not problem of injector dear sir what kind of mechanic they are did they know the work it's not always possible to bring the vehicle to service station they. Always say sir this vehicle is like this so i take it to an outdoor mechanic they said another person also come with same problem and they get fix it so why this service person suppose to say like this they didnt give value for her customers did they have the right to solve the customers problem so this bad experience I had from palakkad am wings showroom..so pls take arrangement to solve this problem it's not possible to bring there always if it's not solved I will take the further steps so it's an important message do replay on my mail fast or contact me ok.

                                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                                      On may 2nd 2022 taken new honda activa 6g bike with full cash payment. on the day they promised will give the accessories like helmet, seat cover.. etc... when today also reached the office, they answering same old story, we didnot get the accessories from the Honda company. Please confirm will these accessories really provide or just for sale purpose Showroom officers blamed.

                                        आपके ध्यान मे लाना चाहता हूं कि मैंने पिछले साल अगस्त मे honda activa 6g खरीदी थी। आज दिनांक[protected] को मैं घर से ड्यूटी के लिए निकला गाड़ी 26 किलोमीटर सही चली वापसी मे 12 किलोमीटर चलने के बाद पंप से तेल डलवाने के बाद दोबारा स्टार्ट की तो नहीं हुई। आपके सर्विस सेंटर पानीपत मे call की तो उन्होंने कहा कि किसी लोकल मिस्त्री से दिखा लो। मिस्त्री ने स्टार्ट करके दे दी व सर्विस सेंटर ले जाने के लिए बोला। परंतु गाड़ी रास्ते मे फिर रुक गई। इसलिए मुझे pick एंड ड्रॉप की सुविधा देकर जल्द activa ठीक करवाने का कष्ट करें। मैं health department मे हूं।
