I am talpesh patel, i have activa 4g on my wife name (Patel Pratiksha Talpeshbhai) with vehicle no. GJ-01-PU-9708 and chessis no. ME4JF507LHU660474 and Engine no. JF50EU5660442.

On the 12th July 2022 morning 10:00 AM my brother in law submitted my activa 4g for service but till the date service station did not return my active, in attachment i attached a copy of job card.

i also talk with Service manager Parthbhai, sales manager Bharatbhai and Honda showroom dealer Darvinbhai patel for returning my activa but no any satisfied answers got from ranger honda.

Last May I bought my honda h'ness from honda bigwing Aluva, Kerala. from the first day onwards I felt the foot peg vibration from left side. The very first week I reported to the showroom about the same. They said it's normal to all vehicles and wait for the first service. I waited for the first service but unfortunately there is no changes and vibration increased again I reported to the showroom they said it's because of your body weight if you want to check with honda higher authority you keep vehicle there. I kept my vehicle for one week but no changes and they said it's normal but I drove my friend h'ness but there is no vibration exists. They said honda customer support contact you within one week but after one and half month I didn't get any call from honda.
I found another issue before two weeks my vehicle cross 80 km handle bar get wobbling

I had purchased honda shine disc from upadhyay auto sales Machhlishahar jaunpur. At the time of purchasing they had told us that they provide helmet also but some how they don't have helmet at that time . So they said us that they provide it later on .. but when I visit second time they directly told us that they were not provide helmet .just because we didn't have any prove regarding this .. this is not right way to behave like that.. And the way they are talking its totally worst.
I had paid for honda shine disc 98000Rs but now I thought this is my bad decision to deal with this type of agency .
I was purchasing this because I like that model. And from this agency just because it near to my native home .
We visited another showroom also which are not honda agency but the way they treated us its totally appreciable even not bought anything from that agency . My humble request to u sir please take legal action on them.
It's not about helmet its about behavior which they were treating with us.

Sir, I have purchased Honda Activa 125 in January 2022 from Shree Rudra traders. Honda dealer, kings road Howrah, pilkhana, west Bengal. I have given a second free service to Shree Rudra traders dated 25/06/2022. After service a few weeks later on 12.07.22 I started the vehicle it is not started. Immediately I contacted the Honda dealer where I purchased the Scotty there people said it is a battery problem. You may contact the Honda service center for battery replacement. After a lot of trouble I reached Honda service center (SIDHI HONDA SERVICE CENTER, BELURMATH/HOWRAH) they lodge a complaint against battery replacement. My Complaint is I purchased my vehicle just 6 months before and the battery is gone. Service center technician said that it will take 1 or 1.5 month to reach the battery. My problem is how I stand my vehicle for one month. 10 days have already passed. Service is the worst. I request to please solve my problem as earliest as possible.

My self Darshan Prajapati, and i have cb shine GJ18CG3116 and i am facing battery issue last 2 years and its 7th time reproduced, alwasy i paid charges thats given by royal services, Gandhinaagr 2 wheeler authorised center.

i am tired with it. when they give after repair its almong complete for 4 months and problem again reapper.

I have purchased Activa 6g one month before, now it suddenly shutdown automatically and not restarting.
I visited Hoda service centre bi.e VENKATSAI Sales and services
It 6 days now, they are not providing updates as well not returning my bike.

I bought a bike unicorn (BS 6) on 22/02/21 on muthoot honda adimaly in Idukki district. I have faceing many time ABS issues. So my bike given to that showrooms for solve problem on 05/07/2022. Now keeping the bike in showroom for repairing, but didn't get back until 13 days . Kindly please enquire it.

Hi, the bike I bought is Honda SP 125, its on-road price is 107000 rupees. I made a down payment of 25000. 86000 rupees so total amount I made is 111000.I have been cheated of 4000 rupees. Give me justice

My scooty every time problem when I go Dhingra honda service center matiyala trere staff members roudly behaviour every time but today I go and meet general manager he talk abuse language an miss behaviour and fight with me after staff also abuse language and fight with me so I tell I complaint your company honda manager telling no problem you complaint

I have bought Honda Unicorn BS6 since 1 1/2 years old. while driving on road, the lower base hits the road while crossing the speed breakers. This problem has been there ever since I bought the vehicle. I also said this problem in free services. But that problem has not been solved even today. Now it is suggested to change the shock absorber on payment basis. I already said that problem in warranty period. Till now they not changed the shock absorber. Hence it is requested to solve my problem and change the above please.

I visited the big Wing showroom at Navi Mumbai and Thane.
Both dealers told me that I will have to pay extra registration charges which are illegal since they have to bribe the RTO under the table.
I did not agree to this and they refused to sell the bike to me.
I did not agree with this business malpractice and I complained to Honda at the customer care number.
It has been more than 45 days and Honda has not responded back with any resolution. The dealers kept calling me asking me why I have filed a complain against them and I should close it in their favour.
I did not close the complain and I was waiting on Honda to call me and resolve this matter but did not call. Honda fraudulently closed the complaints without resolving it and are not responsive.

Hi, I am Rufus Shyam from Hyderabad. I bought Honda highness CB350 on the 20th of April this year. On 21st May 2022 I gave the bike for 1st service. I gave a complaint about brake pads making noise. They said it was dust, nothing would happen. But after 2 months the brake pads wore off and started making noises. Today I went to the service centre at HONDA BIG WING, Kukatpally branch, Hyderabad, Telangana. The staff were so rude and said it was my fault and my driving was terrible. On average I drive for 25kms only and that too on a clean & good road. I rode my bike only 2462km when I went to the service centre today. No bike brake pads will wear off after 2.5 months and that too a 2462km distance. I am so disappointed in the HONDA service, I have spent 2.43 lakhs for the bike this is what I get?. They charged me Rs.1099 and the staff were so rude. Please take this complaint into consideration. I don't want this kind of behaviour from the staff and service is terrible. Please take the necessary action and notify me.

Emi problem

I get serviced by bike few days ago but i still facing the same problem leakage from engine oil

I had complained on honda website also and till now no action is taken.. I had purchased honda activa 125 on 19th apr 2021 and just after completing 1 year its battery went, then few days later it's belt broke. So I took bike for servicing which was a paid service on 29th Jun and complained abt all the issues I face since my last free service.. in this paid service they r telling me that my bike Tyre is gone needs a replacement, my disc break pads are gone, my bike guard needs to be replaced, my bike air filter needs replacement, like why is that all this problems r coming after my free service is over. Like in 3 months my bike started giving problems. And I had to pay 2100 for paid servicing which is quite alot and when I get my bike my floor mat of th3 bike is missing. After complaining abt the same on that moment they refused and said that I had given bike without mat! Like first of all you'll reap off your CUSTOMERs and then misbehave with them and then if all this is not enuf you'll rob their bike accessories! Plus the staff is super rude! He is telling me I nvr purchased only accessories while buying this bike! Pathetic people and Pathetic company!! All are ###! I had put a complain on 29th Jun.. till date I sent them so many mails n till now no action is been taken! It's more than 15days!

Mere baar baar request krne pr rudrashree honda sriganganagar me parts available nhi hote .meri distance wahaan se 70 km ki padti h ...baar baar Chakr padta h yahaa. Tk wahaan shocker leakage ki seal bhi available ni hoti ...na head cover h jiski wajah se likage bhut jyada h ...bike oil gira rahi h or wo log ab teesri service me bhi kahte ki agli baar dalwa denege. 3 service se lagatar aise hi taale jaa rhe h or kah dete h ki pichhe se parts nhi aa rhe ...fir service centre hone ka fayda hi kya .., ..baar preshani hoti h koi solution kre iska

I have purchased Activa 6g on June 22 .its engine not working properly affected fuel supply to engine that's why vechile stopped on middle of road so it may cause of accidents and loss of life also. So I requested to change this deffect piece with new one within 10 days after that this video gives to media and lawful action .I also send video of this incident . MY PHONE NO IS [protected]
