I have purchased a honda activa 6g deluxe (UP32MV1739) from JP Honda Daliganj Crossing Lucknow on 3rd May 2022 and I have given my adhar card and driving license as an identity proof with the name of Gyanesh Kumar Shukla but they registered my vehicle with the name of Ganesh Kumar Shukla. I have contacted the dealership but they do not take any actions against it. I request you to help me with this thing I will be grateful to you

    Dear Team,
    The dealer charged me the service amount Rs149.86 even though my vehicle is under free service. If the dealer charges for service also then what is the point / meaning of a free service. In my case free service is a myth. Need clarification about whether dealer is misleading/cheating their customers or HONDA free service is actually a paid service????

        I purchased a Honda Shine bike on 1st April 2022 for Pritam Honda Showroom at Keonjhar, Odisha. within 5 days of running the fuel meter stopped working. I went the showroom regarding these where the whole team is unprofessional and not polite at all. After 15 days of waiting they replaced a new one. After that the vehicle started vibrating a lot. Now I don't want these vehicle. I have made a complaint to the customer care on 10th May to replace the bike but no response ever came from them. The dealer spoke harshly saying even a new born child is having cancer then why not to a new bike, I no more need the service from Honda. I want my refund.

              I have purchased a Honda unicorn on 4th Oct 2019. I am facing a issues regarding instrument cluster. I have complained during the service but they told that speedo meter harness is damaged. I have changed it during the service. But still i am having same issue.
              Issue:
              1. RPM Pointer is not working during vehicle running condition.
              2. Fuel Gauge pointer is not updating as per fuel input.
              3. Both the Turn Indicators are working on different frequencies.
              4. Battary is discharged in short period of time. Crank is not happening due to battery.
              5. Trip distance is not updating after the TRIP RESET.

              Please check and do the necessary action

                I have been using Honda Active My second one in the last 10 years - in the last 3 times i have been servicing in Red Honda and its always its been pathetic. every time i get back the vehicle after service especially in the last 3 service it had so much of problem - once it is accelerator wire has malfunction because it might due to rain water. next time it didn't start after the service they said the petrol tap had failed, then they changed and still the problem is not completely solved.
                My wife's vehicle is also experience the same problem with Red Honda service- this time it was the clutch after the service. If such service continues it also affects the Reputation of the Honda Two wheeler. i am now worried should i go for Honda next time is my doubt - without a proper service nothing could be done

                  I visited the Honda Harmony showroom 2 days ago. After discussion and reviews about Activa 6G I informed them that they will buy the bike in 2 days and told me the mode of payment.
                  Today I visited the showroom.

                  At the time of payment I was informed to pay an additional 1.5% as the mode of payment is credit card

                    I have two complaints, 1st is in my new Honda Activa-6G there is Handle are little bit bended at right side in ridding position this problem had from very 1st day to till date, so my request is Honda have to repair this and solve the issue.

                    my 2nd complaint is against to the Honda's service centre - Aher automobiles pvt. ltd. the service centre had charged me around Rs. 770/- on my first free service, also they never solved my bended handle problem, so my request is to Honda have to return my amount which had service centre charged me and also Honda have to repair my vehicle handle to solve the issue.

                      Hi,

                      I am Deepanshu Burreja resident of dwarka sec 22 new delhi. For my 3rd service I went to Pankha road honda service center (VD Honda) with the missing problem.after the service they mentioned they have resolved the issue but again 2 weeks after i faced the same issue so again went to them again they said they have resolved the issue but it is not getting resolved completely. I am facing this missing issue on daily basis, although after few tries scooty was starting but today it didn’t got started and i had to drag it for 3-4 kms. Kindly help to get this problem resolved as scooty is only 1 year old and I have lot of expectation from honda. Kindly help to resolve it asap as my scooty is not getting started.

                        I had been fallen accident on 19/04/22 and send my Honda hornet 2.0 bike to JAYBEE HONDA, JORHAT, ASSAM, 785001 for repairing on 25/04/22 with policy Complaint no:C[protected]
                        But the dealer personal don't repair the bike yet. Although they don't give any response while go to dealer or try to contact regarding the problem.

                          Honda activa 6g engine going off problem while running .some esm board have gone faulty, they claim and now 15 days passed but scooter not delivered yet after resolving defect. Complaint also already raised with company but problem is not yet resolved

                              My Honda Livo vehicle number UP78FC2907 had an accident in February which I had given it to the dealer of SKRB Honda Unnao to be made. I was given the bike in April, in which I had to face a lot of problems. On 29th May, when I was getting my bike serviced, when the technician opened the panel to change the air filter, the front panel was broken from inside which was fix to the fevikwik. Which I immediately complained to the dealer by sending the photo of the panel. It's been a week today but I haven't got any response from the dealer.
                              If my complaint is not redressed then I will file my complaint in consumer forum.

                                I bought my scooty on 20th February and since the beginning, I am facing missing problem. I have contacted the customer service many times and I have also taken it to the workshop multiple times as suggested by the customer care executive but the problem still persists. This has caused me huge losses in terms of time and has been really inconvenient. I also had to pay repair fee. Even after multiple complaints, this issue has not been resolved in the past months. I now want the scooty to be replaced with a fresh piece, otherwise, I would have no choice but to go to the consumer court.

                                  Honda Two wheeler are unable to resolve my battery discharge issue for the 8th Time. They have kept my vehicle for 7times and everytime they give it back to me stating there is no issue and like everytime I got my vehicle back on 11 th May after they checked it this time for good 2 months and they say there is no issue as they are incompetent to find the real issue. Today it didn't start when my wife was coming back to home and had to leave the vehicle there itself.
                                  I have asked Honda to either replace the vehicle or refund my money but they just keep giving me the vehicle and keep saying there is no issue but after I use it in 15-20 days the same error happens again.

                                  I have all the written communication since January 2022 as they were even making false statements when I was dealing with them verbally.
                                  Please help.

                                    I am one of customer. Purchased activa 6g from BAPNA MOTORS AMBERNATH EAST.there is a issues of over heating of back light due to that fiber glass was melt and chance of big accident fuel tank in right up of than and caught of fire. i went to shop bapna motor they put there hands up and told me to go service center which is in kalyan.
                                    i went to service center aher honda service center kalyan they cheak the problem they solve the issues but what about damaged part.
                                    I need to change that part which is damaged but Honda company saying
                                    this is not happen first time this type of issues came to us.
                                    what to do now I need reply if technical issues come to scooty that also just a month of purchase. who will solve this issues.
