Hi,
I am having an account in hopscotch with registered email id [protected]@gmail.com. I have few orders to return but my account is deactivated due to which I am unable to login and see those orders in my order book. Hence, I am unable to return them. No one is picking phone on the customer care no. Shared and also nobody is replying on emails as well ( except that automatic reply email).
Please resolve this asap

            Courier agent not calling and marking the status as consignee not available .

              Dear hopscotch, this is to inform you that you have worst customer service in the world. Please refund my money. I didn't get any item. My complaint is not resolved yet. Don't mark it as resolved by your own without taking a efforts of reading it

                  My order is not delivered by Hopscotch as mentioned in the website. They mentioned the delivery on 20th july but till now I have not received my order with Id[protected]. The customer.care helpline are not proper. No one is responding. they have simply mentioned some numbers which are not authentic. Immediate action needs to be taken if this is a fake one because they are collecting customer's details in the name of delivery.

                      I was suppose to receive my order yesterday which is 5/07/2021. But no update of my order till now.

                        It's to inform you about your pathetic service. I didn't received my refund for the product I've cancelled and returned, order no:[protected] placed on 8th May 2021. I need to get back my 957 rupees back not a pie more or not a pie less. Please don't fool your customers. Please be noted that customers are the strength of business. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  i didn't receive any call and also the shipment was not brought to my address it has been 2 days that my order is in ofd lock.. From last 2 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet.

                                    I am holding two accounts with hopscotch but for no valid reason my accounts are suspended from a long time. First my account was suspended due to unknown reason i kept quiet maybe i had voilated the website rules but it seems they have a habit of deactivating regular customer accounts and harass them by not delivering parcels on time and in addition to this they claim to do everything possible for customers satisfaction.
                                    I want my both accounts activated
                                    and my parcel delivered.

                                        I have placed an order thru hopscotch app on 17th feb 2021 which shows as delivered on 24th feb 2021 but actually it not delivered.
                                        Order id is[protected].

                                        I even recieved a msg that order is with rider[protected] of shadowfax courier but the no. doesnot exist.

                                        i tried raising complaint to hopscotch but never got any reply from them. i want a refund or deliver my order.

                                        Please refrain using hopscotch they are big frauds.

                                        The same issue I'm also facing now, Shadowfax and Hopscotch both are cheating without delivery mentioned as delivered and there was no customer care number to talk to the people. Many times wrote mails but no response, Please don't buy from this site biggest cheaters both Hopscotch and Shadowfax delivery people.
