I want my hopscotch credit amount is transfer to my bank account, we already given account details but still the amount is not transfer to my account, already ten days passed away

    Very pathetic experience about refund and return noms of Hopscotch . They are asking you to return product by your own by any third party courier . Once they receive your product, they will not refund your money .

    They never mentioned about return product won't be picked up from your location while giving order .

    Later on, when we asked for return that time they send email that if you want to return product then send it on your own by any courier service .

    Post successfully return, they won't refund your money . ( they will give any excuse )

          I oder a party dress for my daughter on 24 Nov2020 where I already made an online payment. the delivery agent of the hopstccoh did not deliver me the product on 4th Dec 2020 and he blocked me from his call list..Now when I called the coustmer executive they said they'll refund the money but they did not nor they gave me the product.. why is the customer service so poor and how can you keep such people as your delivery agent. I need my money kindly refund me team hopscotch

                I have ordered 5 dresses all were prepaid.
                Due to Corona at my delivery address, I have sent them to change my address however they returned all my items and one of the item is showing delivered however no package delivered.i received only 2 items refund SMS, what about the rest of the cancellation amount.i highly disappointed

                  I have orederd a dress for little on dated Oct13... amount has been deducted from account.. made payment through bhim App and but in hopscoth app its showing payment failed...pls chexk the issue and revert back the amount...or kindly consider the order...

                    I ordered one kids wear and I got it on 28th August. And I weared to my son on Onam day (Monday). With in one use, it became damaged. Here by attaching the product photo and the photo of damaged product. Kindly do the needful.

                        I have raised a request for return pick up of my products (Order number #[protected] throught email and i am not getting any response from them. It's been more than 48 hours since i raised a request.
                        They have disabled their phone customer care so there is no way you reach out to them.
                        The return window is only of 15 days and they are doing it deliberately so that the return window gets over and we cannot return the product.
                        If they are unable to handle their operations in this pandemic then they should completely shut down rather than harassing the customers during this time.

                          I have placed a total of 04 products on 11-Jul-2020 and soon raised a request to change the contact details. On the same day, received call from Hopscotch for confirmation on mobile number updation. On 18-JUl-2020 when I checked for tracking the order, app shown the return of two products as unavailability or incomplete phone number and two products shown as to deliver (but on past date)
                          Soon I have approached Hopscotch and since then I am following up with team through many mails. Team contacted and assured me as on priority delivery of order but till now I have neither received my order nor my refund.
                          Here even though I made prepaid, I lost my time, the moment for which I placed the order and undergoing mental stress because of the irresponsible behavior of the hopscotch team due to false commitments.

                              I ordered a few dresses for my niece from hopscotch on 27th june for which the delivery was supposed to happen on 7th july. Today we are sitting on 10th july and there is no response from their team except for the fact that they keep asking me to give them 24hrs to get back to me and its already been four days and i still know nothing about the delivery of my products. These dresses were a surprise gift for my niece who turns 2 months on 11th july and i still dont have anything to gift her. This was even a prepaid order and look at these people, just not bothered to update me about my order. I have sent numerous mails but no help or update. This is seriously ridiculous

                                  The scheduled delivery was 11th may, but the product didn't arrive. Also, the next delivery date is not updated. I have even dropped many emails regarding this, but such a disgusting is that i haven't heard yet.

                                  Already this is a pandemic situation, with belief and trust we place orders, but this is so cheap on you people that, you don't even feel like informing further information.
                                  Are we mad to back off??? I need the information immediately and resolve my issue. I want my product to be delivered at the earliest.

                                      I had placed an order for Navy Floral Print Slip Ons- of order id[protected] placed on 28th October 2019. Hopscotch package with awb[protected] has not delivered to me. I didn’t get any message from hopstoch that nov 2nd it is going to be delivered. When I checked in hopstoch app, it is showing as delivered.
                                      What is this? Does hopscotch standard has come down. There is no value to your prepaid customers. The order was supposed to be a gift of 3 yrs birthday girl which is on nov 10th October 2019... Is this how you value the customers... What a service... Disgusting to share the experience... With hopscotch online services... I do not know what you are going to do... I want my delivery on or before 9th nov 2019. Let me scale your capacity of escalation... Or fulfilling a small child's wish...

                                      I had Ordered Shoes for my kids 3years and 9years old in HopScotch. I was at office and my mom had collected one of the package from the delivery boy. When i had returned from office and found the box was empty. I immediately registered a complaint with HopScotch CaseId[protected]:Order Delivery : I haven't received following item(s[protected]. After explaining the situation there were no support from the customer care. Instead they were doubting on me. This was my worst experience i have ever faced with any of the online merchants. I was already upset because the product was missing and i have my kid's birthday in the coming week. On top of that HopScotch had treated me has thief. is this how you value the customers.

                                        I haven't received my orders yet, it's been a month. I ordered it on 28 sept and today is 2 nov. One of it was out for delivery but the delivery guy misplaced it. Got call from the courier service and assured to deliver the package asap but still there is no response from them. Kindly help me out with this or return my money back. And i can't make my kid wear those winter clothes in summer as what i am thinking it will take that long time to deliver.
