Hi team,

I have placed the order on 25th sep'2018 and i have cancelled the same on 25th sep'18. So i have not received the refund yet and it been more than 15 days now.

On you portal, it is showing that refunds take 5 to 3 business days and it is more than 15 days. So could you please let me know when i will get my money.

I have been following up via e-mail ([protected]@hopscotch.in) and i have not received their single e-mail or call and they have not provided any update on payment refunds.

    Plz check it out and another product is to be deliverd today as i track your delivery partner fedex[protected] for this i just want actual delivery in given address.. If you have any coplicariom in finding address plz call on my given no... I want my product as soon as possible!

      Please note the yellow gown which I ordered was very different from the one I ordered onlinr. This has light yellow flowers which was not st all in the image which I ordered. It is very very differenT. I woul like to return the same and would request you to credit the amount to my account. I know it is a non returnable item, but it also mentions that if the item is different from what I ordered, it can be returned. I hv never returned a dress, but this is very different from what I ordered. As it is you'l took almost a month to deliver the same and the the item is completely different from the item displayed. Would request you to kindly arrange to collect the same. If you see the gown, you will also agree that it is very different from the actual gown ordered The bow is also fixed wrongly.
      EVEN THE BOW WHICH HAS TO BE TIED AT THE BACK IS SATIN, BUT WHAT IS DELIVERED IN THE ACTUAL PIECE IS NOT SATIN, IT IS NET. i HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO COLLECT THE SAME, BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. THEY DISPLAY SOMETHING AND DELIVER SOMETHING ELSE.

        Please note, I received the below 2 packages, but the sizes are wrong. I asked for Size 30 for both, but you have sent me size 32, which is very big for the child. So please arrange to collect the same back.

        I have still not received the shimmery purple shoes, which was to be delivered on 11th August. Please check the size before sending the same.

        The courier person is also very rude. Despite following up with the company, no response.

        We have purchased one kid dress still now we didn't receive although we have paid money we should wait it was already 15 days so hopscotch is worstscotch .

            Order no [protected] was placed on 20th june, and got refund on 7th july, reason was provided by you we are unable to deliver my order on time.
            Order no [protected] placed on 7th july, deliver date was showing 30th july, when i'm checking it it's showing 2-3 more weeks, why?

              I have ordered chocolate baby dungaree and t-shirt (Navy blue and white) about the size of 6-9 months baby on 14/06/18. I have got the product on 21/06/18. The product is ok but i have got the wrong size (3-6 months) which runs one size smaller that i ordered. Now the problem is that in my order account the product status shown as arrived on 28 june for which i am unable the try replace/return the product. So i request the hopscotch care team to look into the matter that i have faced and give a correct solution to replace the product.

                I do not have an account with hopscotch nor have i ever ordered anything from their site. Someone has given my mobile number by mistake or intentionally and places various orders. These include various items. I get calls from their delivery boy asking for the products to be delivered. I have also started getting mails and messages from them. I have complained to them regarding my situation but i am still getting the calls. Its been like 2 months or so since this has been happening.
                I request that this wrong information is soon corrected and i am not bothered anymore.

                  I ordered for a metallic belt but i got a wrong item. I dnt know what to do. Instead of black metallic belt of kids aged 8- years i got a cake recepies book. I have also paid the amount 340 rupees. I have called him and he had told me to contanct trough online. I want to replace my order and i want my metallic belt. Can you pease replace the product.                     I had ordered gowns for my baby. But some are quality issues & some are size issue & some products missing in the package. The whole order costs for rs. 41, 682/- when i asked hopscotch to refund my payment. They just denied & said we can't refund ur payment & telling i'm lieing. I have all proofs. I had ordered for 4 years old & they gave me 6 yrs old gown which is too big. My child is flying in that.

                    Please issue my refund of rs.41, 682/- or else i've to mention this issue in cyber complain. I have all proofs & bills & products which i recieve.

                      I would like to return the below mentioned product and request to initiate the refund for the same.

                      Reason for return - costing rs 150/- and quality is so cheap, looking used and will not cost rs 150/. All the whole felt cheated. The image looks very pretty and reflects has if though its a good product but in reality is not like that.

                      I would like to get the refund money as am really disappointed with this purchase.

                      Hey Reshma, as per your discussion with one of our representatives we hope your query has been addressed.
                      No updates yet on refund, though the product was picked up on 9th of April, 2018.
                      This is a fraud company. As we give them products for pickup they disappear the dresses we received only 2-3 items.

                      I had given 6 dresses to hopscotch & pickup took place for 6 items & they told we received only 3 items & telling the items I send to them the products not matching to their images.

                      They just denied to give me refund & disappeared my 2 dresses. Very easily these people first try to win our trust & then cheat us.

                      I faced a loss of Rs.40, 682/- from this company which is really a big amount for me

                        I had ordered on t-shirt in hopscotch on 21.03.1018. I had mentioned correct address while ordering the product with correct pin code. Nandyal mandala pin code as per records is 518501. But fedex courier people r telling that, that pin code is kurnool. And my product is delivered in kurnool to wrong person. Instead of delivering the product to correct address to nandayl, but they delivered in kurnool. How can they deliver the product to wrong address, without conforming how can they deliver that product. There is no such street and such house number in kurnool with i mentioned address.                             I placed my order no. [protected], on 17th of feb 2018.
                            My order was shipped and delivered on 18th of feb 2018.

                            But when i oped the packaging, the product i ordered was in completely damaged condition. Now i am not able to return it or even get it replaced.

                            I hope my issue would be resolved asap. Either refund the amount or allot me an option to replace it.

                                Hello sir, recently last week i return one dress of my daughter but those amount are not credited to my account and i want to buy a another dress for my daughter but your site are allow me the shopping, when ever i goes to your site to buy a dress shows me the error i.                                   Products never got delivered stating it has been returned from us whereas i never got any call from delivery team before delivery of goods...

                                  Plus customer care team is so incompetent that they can't even arrange the delivery of products within 2 days as the fault is from there end, instead they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks, very bad delivery and customer services.

                                  This is not the first time it is happening it happened with order number [protected]

                                  Worst site for shopping.

                                    I have ordered online from Hopscotch.in with tracking order S[protected], payment already done using credit card.It was told to me that will be delivered within a week.Now its more than a month we didnt received the shipment yet.
                                    One of the customer service guy called and told that we cannot deliver at the address.
                                    Since this is not my first order i had purchased from hopscotch which also had been delivered at the same address.
                                    For this shipment i had tried contacting over email in their customer support email id, they are not replying?Please assist

                                        Hi,

                                        On 16th July, 2016 i have placed order with Hopscotch with the hope that i will get my order on 19th july or max to max 21st july. on 19th july in the morning i got SMS of order delivery n after waiting for whole day i got another message o[censored]nsuccessful delivery and the same thing happend on 20th and 21st also. I am not getting any reason for such unsuccessful delivery by their customer care.
                                        I want to register proper complaint against them because their is a deficiency in their service and having said this they have again and again breached my consumer right by not providing proper redressal and telling me the valid reason or for that matter reason o[censored]nsuccessful delivery
