I have placed an order on March 4, 2016 with your site for four (4) boys shorts.
Three (3) of them are for size 2-3 years.
One (1) of them is of size 3-4 years.

I have ordered a product from hopscotch.in with order id [protected] Placed on 26 Nov, 2015, the product was supposed to be delivered by 02 Dec, 2015. Till date 25 jan i havent received the product and i was contacting customer care people from 10th dec 2015 and every time they used say due flood your product got damaged, we will check and deliver the product or refund . Till now i havent received neither my product nor refund....

I have ordered pack of 3 starts and Moon Rompers for rs. 1095/- . But when i receive the item, there was only two pieces. I contacted the customer care of the particular company, but they told me they cant resend the item and told me to send back the item on my expense. They told will return the amount to my hopscotch account. But i don't want to buy anymore item from this site, and i have to get the ordered item and they have to take back...

I recive 1 no of Wonderkids Sandal With Velcro Strap Black against order no - [protected]. Size of this product is small as i require. i have request to the chane the size. but they are only send the mail not sending the person to collect the item.

Pls do the needfull....
