August 21st i have placed a order still today i didn’t receive the order... If i call up and enquire about the product they are giving me a proper answer 3times i have called them.. They will give me a same reason like within 24 to 48hours i will get my order.. And give a amount back to my account... They are asking me to reorder the item again... Very bad experience about hopscotch... Plz solve this problem as soon as possible...

On 24th august i had returned 3 dresses bought from hopscotch to nilesh (Delivery boy). He had not given me any proof and told that due to server issue it was not available. Later on his boss kunal had spoken to me and told that it will be updated soon and after the pick up was done he was very very rude due to which i had to disconnect the call. I have complained hopscotch on the same day also and have been continuously following up but...

A)Your delivery boy picked up an Amazon wrong product from my doorstep instead of an Hopscotch item.
I have been regularly calling up your executives on their cell phones.

Initially they accepted that wrong product would be returned to me but later on they blocked my number even.

I didn't expect such kind of behavior being an end customer.

Please return my product or refund the same amount...

Hi, i have placed an order on 20th may 2019, and i was supposed to get the delivery on 24th. When i visited the app on 24th may the order status is showing as already been delivery on 22nd of the may but i dint receive any order from fedex as mentioned in the order. I placed two orders on hopscotch considering the low cost and great design. Later when i received 1st product on 17th i was set aback by the quality received. I immediately placed a return request which was accepted and got a mail for pickup. Contact of delivery guy[protected]
I called him about 7-10 times he didn't pick up the call.
I waited for another day then contacted support. They said that the pickup cannot be done...

I ordered few dresses for my kids from hopscotch. I received the order on 14th march, 2019. Wherein, one product was completely different... I ordered a grey jogger whereas they delivered a very cheap quality pant shirt set. Rest clothes were also very cheap in fabric quality and stitching. I immediately placed return request for the above mentioned jogger and a shorts. They sent me message that their executive will pick it from my address....

I have placed an order from hopscotch on dated 08.03.2019 and then i received that order on dated 11.03.2019. But that size is too big that's why i request for return that order on dated 12.03.2019 and schedule for returning order is 13.03.2019 but still my order is pending for reverse pickup. Nobody comes for reverse pickup. And that's why my refund is also pending from hopscotch side. And i am not getting any reply from hopscotch side....

I have made number of emails and call to customer care but still the item is not picked for return. Whenever they call they just ask me to wait. But how can i wait after the return bucket days is over.

I have ordered 4 items in the last 1 month from the hopscotch website and out of those 3 are bigger in size than i ordered.
It would have been great if you could just send me a smaller size the next day or within 2 days of collecting my packages, but it only initiates a refund.
Also, i want a proper cash refund since i paid cash on delivery. The website directs me to get a bank transfer or add to my hopscotch account which...

I had opened hopscotch account with mob. No. [protected]. Further, i have changed reg. Mob. No. To [protected]. But, the sms alerts still deliver to previous mob. No. [protected]. Since t mob. No. [protected] is used by other now. So, inconvenience occurs.
It is therefore, requested you to stop the sms alerts on previous mobile no. [protected].
