I have purchased 2 product i. E. Leaves print sleeveless fuchsia dress and bunny bow hair band - grey & pink from past one week i am trying to return the product, but i am unable to return reason is the hair band was torn and the dress is small not the size that was order, there was no tag in the dress highlighting the product or the brand name nor the price. Hopscotch website does not allow me to return the product because there is no option for return. Someone from hopscotch called me to take the return request. The agent took the return request for both the items but selected return only for one item. Second call from hopscotch assuring that both the product will be in return procedure and will be collected. The courier guy came at my door step to collect the return item but only for one product. Now someone can tell me what is going on why cant i return both the items. Why you guys are delaying and exhausting the 15 days return policy period.

    August 21st i have placed a order still today i didn’t receive the order... If i call up and enquire about the product they are giving me a proper answer 3times i have called them.. They will give me a same reason like within 24 to 48hours i will get my order.. And give a amount back to my account... They are asking me to reorder the item again... Very bad experience about hopscotch... Plz solve this problem as soon as possible

      On 24th august i had returned 3 dresses bought from hopscotch to nilesh (Delivery boy). He had not given me any proof and told that due to server issue it was not available. Later on his boss kunal had spoken to me and told that it will be updated soon and after the pick up was done he was very very rude due to which i had to disconnect the call. I have complained hopscotch on the same day also and have been continuously following up but they are not providing me any updates. My order i'd is[protected]. I called the delivery guy and he told me to plead to kunal to give my products. Hopscotch is not doing verification of vendors and sending them to collect things which is very unsafe

        A)Your delivery boy picked up an Amazon wrong product from my doorstep instead of an Hopscotch item.
        I have been regularly calling up your executives on their cell phones.

        Initially they accepted that wrong product would be returned to me but later on they blocked my number even.

        I didn't expect such kind of behavior being an end customer.

        Please return my product or refund the same amount by seeing my amazon bill since mistake was not at my end.
        Please help me out at the earliest.

          I had placed an order for aile rabbit - trendy grey top and skirt set and little miss cutie - floral glitter head band pink of order id[protected] placed on 4th august 2019. Hopscotch package with awb[protected] has not delivered to me. Today around 11:30 am i got a msg saying delhivery: your shipment has been delivered. Called up the delivery boy as i have not not received the order; he is telling that only cover is there, item is not there. We will pay you the amount of the order.
          What is this? Does hopscotch standard has come down. There is no value to your prepaid customers.. The order was supposed to be a gift of 6 yrs birthday girl which is on 7th august 2019... Is this how you value the customers... What a service... Disgusting to share the experience... With hopscotch online services... I do not know what you are going to do... I want my delivery on or before 6th august 2019. Let me scale your capacity of escalation... Or fulfilling a small child's wish...

          I was surprised to see as the product ordered was completely different from the product received.

            refund not received for my cod returns

            It has been almost a month and the refund for my cod returns of worth 7800+ is not added to my bank account. The customer care numbers given do not work. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.in the website u show contact us like, which takes us to many links and finally it does not even show the products i have retired.in that case how can i contact u. Atleast u need to have a working customer care number. I never expected such a poor...

            On 21 July 2019, i made a transaction for Order No.[protected] for Rs. 529.00 through E-banking and the said amount was debitted from my account, then hopscotch page came with your payment failed. After this i made another transaction for the same thing under order No.[protected] for Rs. 529.00 and Rs. 529.00 was again debited from my account and showed payment sucessful. Now, my issue is that the first amount didn't came back in my account and from last three days i'm complainting on hoscotch helpline and the are assuring me that they will connect with me within 24 hours. They failed to reply back. Is this a way to treat consumers.

              The shoes purchased from ur wbe site hight dissapointing. The shoes is with lights and no finishing. It hurts my son when he wears it. The insole is loose and keeps coming out. The shoes is not that old and already the outer sole is opening up as in the glue is off. Such horrible quatity plastic is used to make the shoes. Just because u reduce the price doesn't men u give me crap which i can't use or return after a certain period. This is so dissapointing experience i will never shop from ur website even for free.

              I received an item 500 ML hot & cold Unicorn Thermos water bottle on 2nd Aug 2019 and within 2 days, item got broken so they are delivering defective item.

                Hi, i have placed an order on 20th may 2019, and i was supposed to get the delivery on 24th. When i visited the app on 24th may the order status is showing as already been delivery on 22nd of the may but i dint receive any order from fedex as mentioned in the order. I really disappointed with my first order that i placed through hopscotch mobile app. I need immediate response and action to take on this issue.

                    This is regarding subjected order no. for 2 dresses which is ordered for little one for her birthday. I have ordered this products on 6th May and same day raised priority to deliver it before 11th May Pls. Hopscotch team promised to work on priority to meet my requirement.

                    On 8th May'19 I got message that product is out for delivery but no one has contacted and attempted the delivery. When I contact Hopscotch then they started saying, Cancel the product we cant deliver it to you, we cant do anything.

                    First of all this is not the way of talking to your customer.
                    When we trust you, we place order but this kind of behavior doesn't help Customers.
                    Secondly, other executive says that we will deliver it we are rechecking the issue but from last 3 days there is no response from Hopscotch.

                    Lastly when hopes are over from hopscotch then I called Fedex courier service domestic main branch-[protected], then got local Chandigarh no. [protected] and they connected me with local counselled person [protected]. He updated me that both products received today and he is trying best to deliver product today only. Here I am not finding any issue with Fedex service, because they got product today and they are trying best to deliver it. But the Hopscotch has updated very wrong information in App that it is out for delivery from last 3 days.

                    For Fedex Courier service 100 Out of 100, for understanding the issue and connecting through chain to reach out the local courier person, but for hopscotch 0 out of 100 because of below reasons:-
                    1. They are updating app wrongly that product is reached to Chandigarh and out for delivery
                    2. They promise wrong that we are investigating and will come back in 1-2 hrs, never get call for update
                    3. Way of talking of employees is so bad, If person is placing some order it is for some occasion but this behavior moods off badly.

                    I will never going to use this app for any of my future order and will make sure I give this feedback to as many users as I can.

                    I will also report to Consumer forum for wrong details, wrong promises and bad behavior.

                        I placed two orders on hopscotch considering the low cost and great design. Later when i received 1st product on 17th i was set aback by the quality received. I immediately placed a return request which was accepted and got a mail for pickup. Contact of delivery guy[protected]
                        I called him about 7-10 times he didn't pick up the call.
                        I waited for another day then contacted support. They said that the pickup cannot be done since i was not reachable.
                        I was very much reachable for the entire day, didn't go anywhere beacuse of the return.
                        This is my second experience with the courier company who never come for pickup.

                        Still the customer care noted my complaint and said that another pick up will be done by monday itself.
                        It's been 3 days now and i have been constantly contacting them via support but there is no response from their end.
                        The return period is 15 days and no return cancellation or option is shown on their site now.
                        They are just an amateur establishment trying to fool around with people.
                        Kindly get in touch with them before the return period expires.

                          This is regarding product white and green buckle closure sandals from order id[protected]. I have received this order on 14 april 2019. Used this sandal for only an hour and they are already torn in such a short time. Attached is the picture for reference. I brought them for 700 rs and they tore in an hour only. Even local products, much cheaper in price than this stand for months. On raising complaints of this poor quality product, customer executives mentioned out of many products some are like that. We cannot help.

                            I ordered few dresses for my kids from hopscotch. I received the order on 14th march, 2019. Wherein, one product was completely different... I ordered a grey jogger whereas they delivered a very cheap quality pant shirt set. Rest clothes were also very cheap in fabric quality and stitching. I immediately placed return request for the above mentioned jogger and a shorts. They sent me message that their executive will pick it from my address. Neither i received any call from them nor anybody came for the pickup. Instead, i got a message next day that i have cancelled the return request (Which i obviously never did). This happened 3-4 times. After much follow up, finally items were picked 14-16 days later. Now the items were picked on 28th march, and still (After 12 days) i'm waiting for the refund. After complaing n number of times, their cc executive vighnesh called me on 8th april and assured that the refund is processed and i'll receive the same within 3-5 working days (Which bank transaction takes 3-5 days?). Now, today morning vighnesh again called and said my refund amount is seized as bank refused the transaction (Why would a bank refuse any online transaction?). When i counter questioned, he again instructed me to wait for another 3-5 days.
                            This clearly shows they have no intention to refund the amount and lingering the process so that customer back off from the trouble.
                            Hopscotch is making complete fool of indian customers by showing high quality product images and sending cheap quality items. Return and refund process is a nightmare... Which ultimately leads customer to bear the loss and the customer doesnt't find worth putting further time and efforts for few 100s or 1000s.

                            This is a big online fraud to be stopped immediately.

                              I have placed 4 products from hopscotch. 1st item placed on 8 march order id is[protected] and expected delivery on 14 march but i haven't received any order from your side and this mistake was happened repeatedly with 2 more items order number is[protected]. I have already raised complaint to your customer care team but they didn't responsed me positively, my money is already deducted from my bank account but i haven't received any order till now.
                              On above three orders priced 399 and 1678 has been deducted from my bank account and i want all my money back. Kindly process my refund as earliest as you can.

                                I have placed an order from hopscotch on dated 08.03.2019 and then i received that order on dated 11.03.2019. But that size is too big that's why i request for return that order on dated 12.03.2019 and schedule for returning order is 13.03.2019 but still my order is pending for reverse pickup. Nobody comes for reverse pickup. And that's why my refund is also pending from hopscotch side. And i am not getting any reply from hopscotch side. Please help me and resolve my query.

                                  I have placed the return request on the same day after receiving the package as the size doesn't fit. Its almost 2 weeks, still no one has picked up the return and no refund is made.

                                  I have made number of emails and call to customer care but still the item is not picked for return. Whenever they call they just ask me to wait. But how can i wait after the return bucket days is over.

                                  I want this to be resolved immediately and refund the amount immediately.

                                    I have ordered 4 items in the last 1 month from the hopscotch website and out of those 3 are bigger in size than i ordered.
                                    It would have been great if you could just send me a smaller size the next day or within 2 days of collecting my packages, but it only initiates a refund.
                                    Also, i want a proper cash refund since i paid cash on delivery. The website directs me to get a bank transfer or add to my hopscotch account which i don’t want.
