For the past four days water from the bapunagar residential area area is overflowing into Sai baba temple road in SR Nagar Hyderabad 500038.., just behind the house of chief justice of India Mr.Ramana.

Please rectify this to avoid major health issue to the residents of the colony

Drainage leaking and flowing at O.U Colony, H No. 8-1-284/OU/495, Shaikpet since last 4 days. Would appreciate if attended on urgent basis.

Sewage water overflowing in our street
This is rainy season if is not clean sewage water come in home.I'm requesting to you please take immediate action.

From last 20 days we are getting delayed& Irregular water supply in our lane. We are getting water after every 6 days, when we tried to reach local line man on phone he is not responding to phone calls.
During this covid situation buying drinking water from out side ( un sealed 20 litres water cans) pushing us in to the risk of contamination & because of water scarcity washing the hands repeatedly with soap as a covid prevention norm also we are forced to avoid.
If covid spreads heavily in our area I feel all the concerned employees and Government is responsible and to be prosecuted.
Request you to take necessary steps to make regular water supply in our area i.e. Street no.8, Santhoshimatha colony, Safilguda, Neredmet, Medchal(Hyderabad) - 500056

Sir u r wrongly changed my can no[protected] status from dm-domestic to ds-domestic slum pl change back to dm-domestic as soon as possible bcg I should clear my dues from jan21 onwards

My water meter is in working condition. But the person who is taking the meter reading is not at opening the cover and not recording the meter reading. I asked him so many times to verify and put correct reading, he says it is in normal limit and makes no difference and collects the money and gives receipt. Hence I applied for free water. Now a msg received that "no meter/ not working." I humbly submit the meter is working. Pl. inspect the meter and do the needful. Thanks.

After 6months I received a bill to pay the water bill..
As per scheme I have link my addhar to CAN number, after that i have not received any bill at my home.
Suddenly they came up and given the bill for 6months to pay..
Kindly help me to reduce the bill so that i can pay it.

Its been four days till now that we haven't received any water from HMWS water pipeline. We checked at meter level with a plumber when water supply is on.
Request you to take initiative at the earliest and resolve the issue.

I am resident of Alijah Kotla Gaffri galli near Hussaini Kothi. Water not coming since 4 days only 1 day came with low pressure. Kindly resolve and release water regularly as before.

Hello, I owned a house in 2018, as my house area is 100 sq.yards I need to get the single billing but I have been charged for triple billing for the last 3 years, as I wasn't getting the bill receipt I was unaware of this, my house comes under slum area and I use to get the minimum bill. I came to know this in October 2020 when the government has raised the one time settlement scheme, I was told to submit the documents to replace the triple bill amount to single bill amount for 3 years, I need to submit the documents for twice as the office person has lost my documents, from 7 months I have been going regularly to office.for the update of my application but the status is same, they are not taking any action, all the verification has done, all they need to do is to change from their system but they are not doing, I request please keep my application in consideration as I have submitted all the correct documents, kindly please replace my triple bill amount with single bill and also change the triple billing to single bill, also I want to change the name and Aadhar number as it was registered to the previous owner,
I hope this complaint will be taken into consideration, .

Sir HMWSSB employee named Mallesh has taken charges for aadhar linkage. When I came to know that HMWSSB asked their employees doesn't charge any amount for adhaar linking. I asked him to apologize and return my money but he is so rude and says he is not going to return the money anyway.

Please check the water leakage from the pipe or it is overloaded

There is no proper supply of water or no water in some streets in Paramount
Gate -1, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Some streets get plenty water supply but others get limited or even no water supply. This is happening since many months inspite of many complaints.
So I request you to take an immediate action.

There is severe water problem in very low water pressure pls resolve the issue

we are facing regular over flow drainge problem in our street every week or month. we request you to clear the street No.23, main street drainage manholes immediately.

since to 40 years old pipelines there is no new big pipelines done even after apartments constructions made in these period and population are increasing more than 3 times.

Hi, I notice there has been a heavy water leakage in my area from evening, I think some issue with the pipe. Please consider this complaint and resolve the issue as many water are getting wasted on road.
